• Bergthora (9/5): Chang Mai was great and Lucy made sure we were well taken car of! - Very nice staff and hospitality great. Lucy was very helpful with recommendation for food and anything we liked, the breakfast served each morning at the time we wanted and the clothes washing was extra nice. Thanks to all of you! the outdoor area upstairs is in need of some cleaning - only down side to the facility, but this is also not area that you are staying to much in the house.

• YI-CHI (10/5): 床很好睡 空間超大 還有撞球廳 瑜伽室 會議室 小游泳池 - 地點很好： maya 百貨走路10分鐘，各種一日遊都可接送範圍內，附近有白色市集、各種小店，走路3分鐘有一間711，非常方便 屋主Lucy超級熱情，屋況維護很好，地板打赤腳都沒有灰塵，冷氣超涼，廚房客廳房間空間都超級大，13個人還有很多餘裕，隔音也很不錯 會有3個管家負責整個屋況（會一點英文，不會的就用翻譯軟體溝通無礙），在我們出門跑行程，他們就會開始打理房子，每天換浴巾毛巾補衛生紙；另有一位男管家負責搬行李。小費統一最後一天交給Lucy，他會依照管家工作內容分下去。 可以透過Lucy訂機場接駁或是按摩，每天都附贈早餐（menu有十種可以選）、免費水果（你想得到的熱帶水果都可以點，我們爆吃山竹和榴槤）、咖啡、吐司 設備也很齊全： 烤麵包機、微波爐、電磁爐、碗盤、刀叉筷 比較類似兩棟建築打通，在一樓和頂樓5樓可以跨到隔壁棟去，但最低的房間也在2樓，如果同行者不能爬樓梯，建議可以訂tolani在古城區的villa（聽Lucy說那裡沒有樓梯， 尼曼區的因為地太貴，所以只能以現有坪數往上蓋） 在4樓的房間有時會水壓不穩，但不影響體驗

• Yuying (10/5): An exceptional stay with impeccable accommodation and heartfelt hospitality that made us feel truly at home. - We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Chiang Mai! The accommodation exceeded our expectations in every way. The entire house was spotlessly clean, well-organized, and fully equipped with everything we needed—and more. On top of that, there were plenty of extra entertainment facilities that made our stay even more enjoyable. What truly made our experience exceptional was the outstanding service provided by Lucy, who went above and beyond to take care of us. She ensured flexibility with our breakfast options, adjusting the timing and menu to suit each member of our group’s preferences. She also shared plenty of helpful local information, assisted us in arranging transportation, and showed genuine care when one of our group members wasn’t feeling well—just like a family member would. Lucy’s thoughtful and attentive care truly made us feel at home and left every one of us deeply touched. We are incredibly grateful for her kindness and hospitality, and we would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Chiang Mai. It’s a perfect stay in every sense of the word! None!

• Samantha (10/5): Amazing space for big groups, will stay again - Great places for big groups. Place was cleaned everyday, and easy to find with a parking spot in front so it was easy for rental vans. Lucy was amazing as host, she exchanged money at a great rate, recommended places to eat, also booked vans for us, and also shopped for fresh fruit for us. Game room was great- we played billiards a lot :) Can't comment on the hot tub as we never used it. Barely used the kitchen because there was great food but the dining area and living area was great for quick snacks we brought back. The rooms were large and spacious. Most rooms are adjoining rooms, sharing one door for entrance from the stairs and a bathroom but afforded enough privacy between the two with another door to separate rooms. Will definitely stay again next time we're in Chiang Mai. Nothing really just a few notes: The villa has four (4) flights of stairs, so the most fit can stay at the top floor. This isn't a bad thing just something to think about but the hot tub is on the roof deck :) There was NO PROBLEM in bring our bags up and down as Lucy brought in staff for check-in and check-out to bring our bags up and down. :)
• Tamar (8/5): Great property, perfect location with amazing staff - This is a perfect property for a very large group or a few families. It can sleep 14 people (5 king beds and 4 single). The location is amazing, there are more ACs than rooms and lots of space to hang out and eat as a large group. Lucy who manages the property goes above and beyond to make you welcome. She helped us find a great private tour guide (Ann from Absolute Tours) and communicated very clearly before and during our visit to get activities planned. Stairs Clean but not spotless It is important to understand the setup of this property. It is a 5 story building that is rented out as one property. There’s a large lobby with a kitchen lots of seating and a large dining table. The building is divided into two vertical sections on each side with a room on each floor. This means that to get to some rooms you’d have to walk up 3 floors.

• Siripak (10/5): The best place to stay in Nimman. - The facility is superb. We enjoy karaoke ang pool table so much. The beds are comfortable. Everything is perfect. The staff is so nice, friendly, and helpful.
