• Yusuke (8/5): 立地は最高！ - 明洞の繁華街まで歩いて３分位、明洞駅は徒歩１分位と抜群の立地。 そして個室でシャワートイレが付いているのは良い。 難点は壁の薄さ。音が丸聞こえで、うるさい人が近くの部屋だと夜中までうるさい。 また、排水音がうるさく夜中にシャワーを浴びられるとかなり響く。 とは言ってもこの立地は捨てがたい。 ソウル駅方面のバスやリムジンバスのバス停もすぐ近く。コンビニもすぐ。何か持ってくるのを忘れてもダイソーがすぐ。 余程音が気になる人以外は良い選択肢だと思う。
• Cyntia (10/5): Perfeita localização em Seul - Melhor localização impossivel. A poucos passos da estação Myeongdong e tudo que o bairro tem a oferecer. Super estratégico pra vir e retornar ao aeroporto com ponto de onibus há um quarteirão. Quarto espaçoso, cafezinho e agua na porta. Os colchonetes sao um pouco finos, mas é possivel relaxar.

I appreciated the available water and coffee and availability of fresh towels every day. The staff was friendly and helpful. Location is an easy walk to Myeongdong Cathedral. I highly recommend!

• MIYUKI (8/5): - エレベーターはありませんが、チェックインとチェックアウト時は、スタッフの方が荷物を運んでくれました。 タオルは毎日取り替えてくれます。 シャンプー、トリートメント、ボディソープ、石鹸、歯磨き粉、ドライヤー、冷蔵庫があります。 部屋のテレビは映りませんでした。 立地はとても良いです。

• Tomie (8/5): - 何も問題なく過ごせました。セルフチェックインの仕方はメールで連絡いただいたので 問題なかったのですが、チェックアウトの仕方や、タオルの交換や部屋の掃除なしやゴミなど、ちょっとしたことを部屋に書いてあればよかったです。たまたま社長さん会えたので聞けたけど、忙しくしてるようでなかなか事務所？にはいないようでした。 日本語で対応してもらえて、とても感じが良かったです。 また利用したいです！

• SHIOMI (8/5): - 3人で一部屋使用しました。布団を敷くとそれだけで部屋がいっぱいになるくらいの狭さでしたが、寝るだけだったので問題なかったです。浴室関係は、ほかのゲスハと同じです。最低限の設備はありますが、トイレットペーパーの替えがもう少し欲しかったかも。 WiFiが繋がらないということがありましたが、疑問点はチャットで聞いたらすぐ返事してくれたので安心でした。朝ごはんは作ってくださるし、親切にしていただいたので過ごしやすかったです！4階まで階段なのが大変だったくらいです〜

• Hiromi (8/5): - 施設のおじさん、おばさん共に親切で感じの良い方でした。 日中チェックインの際に洗面所の電気が壊れてまだ修理できていないことを謝られましたが、夕方には直っていたので全く気になりませんでし、 エレベーター無いのは周知の上でしたが、まさかの最上階…スーツケース運んでいたらすかさず見つけて運んでくれた助かりました。 冷え性なので、バスタブ無くても熱い湯は必須なので、シャワーの熱さ湯量問題なく快適でした。 とにかく、立地が便利です。

• EM (8/5): - リムジンバス乗り場が近いのと、買い物してもすぐに荷物を置きに帰れるので、よく利用しています。 日本語を話せるお兄さんが2人いるので、その方がいる時は気軽に話せます。 朝食は無料で、パンと目玉焼きを焼いてくれます。飲み物はコーヒーかジュースです。 部屋はシンプルで布団を敷いて寝ます。冬はオンドルがあるので寒くないです。 シャワーの温度はまあまあ安定しています。 時々テレビが映らないことがあるので、チェックインしたらテレビが映るか確認した方が良いです。

• KAORI (10/5): - 駅から近くすぐに見つけられました。 ただ、急勾配を登るので、荷物を押しながらあがりました。 部屋はかなり狭く、シャワーが洗面所と便座の間にあり、水浸しになります。 ホテルの方は大変親切で、また廊下のコーヒーや水がいつでも無料で飲めるのが良かったです。部屋内も清潔だし、オンドルで温かかったので、問題無しでした。 また泊まりに行きたいです。

• Yong (10/5): - The location is very near Myeongdong street. Just opposite and airport bus station. The subway station just 80 m. The room is clean. Hotel staffs is helpful. But the check in time in Expedia show that from 8AM. I have to wait till 2PM.
• FT (6/5): Nice hotel near shopping district - Stayed for 3 night with ECO house. Very convenient, but not really suitable for elderly who cannot really walk as you need to climb a 30-40 steps of slight hill up to the home stay. Good enough for the affordable price if you are looking at budget stay with clean room, comfortable enough for 2 person, not more than that.
• N (8/5): 清潔な部屋 - 入口が施錠されていたので、インターホンの赤いボタンを押して呼び出す。 英語を話す方の対応だった。施錠と解錠の仕方を実際にやってみせてくれる。 その他諸々説明があり、室内にも日本語のガイドが置いてあって判りやすい。 部屋は日当たりが良く、入室時には暑さを感じた。気密性は高いとみられる。エアコンを点けたところよく効いた。 シングルユースなら荷物も広げられるが、土禁なのでスーツケースを入れるならキャスターを拭くものか、敷くものがあったら良いだろう。 布団は程よい厚みで問題なし。 タオルはフェイスタオル2枚を毎日交換。ドライヤーは室内にある。 浴室もまずまずの清潔さ、シャワースリッパも綺麗なものがあった。 水圧、湯温共にOK、水はけがイマイチかと思ったが問題なし。 壁はまあ薄い。 喫煙所は人がひとり入れるスペース、24時間利用可。 外のガーデンテーブルでも喫煙可だが、スタッフ不在の夜間は施錠されている。 ランドリー設備はどうやらキッチン・ダイニングにある模様だが、ここも施錠される時間があるので使用時は要確認かと。
• Verified traveler (6/5): 방의 구조 - 텔레비전을 보면서 벽에 기대 앉았을 때 고개만 돌리면 바로 욕실입니다. 그런데 욕실이 유리이거 바로 변기가 있어서 변기에서 무엇을 하는지 실루엣이 다 보입니다. 민망합니다. 욕실 유리 반정도는 행위가 보이지 않게 시트를 붙이면 좋겠습니다. 제가 묶은 방은 304 였네요.
• Verified traveler (10/5): 立地最高です。 - とても過ごしやすかったです!!!もちろん立地と最高です!!!エレベーターはないけど、到着の時は持って上がってくれて、帰りは、降りているのに気づいてくれて持って降りてくれました!!!敷布団でしたが、オンドルでぬくぬくで良かったです。
• TAKEHIKO (10/5): 駅近　清潔　優しい - Check-in 時まで荷物を預けるつもりで10:30頃に到着したのですが、部屋の準備が終わったばかりの部屋に通してくれました。 　建物入口はオートロックなので、時間外は渡される鍵で出入りする事になります。 　当然Check-in の際に入れず、建物周辺をウロウロしていたら、ご主人さんが中から飛んで来て開けてくれました(笑) 　駅2番出口を上がって、一つ目の路地を覗くと　看板が見えるので　わかりやすいですし　近い！ 　一人だったので、寝るだけでしたら　布団ですしスペースも気にならず、シャワー・トイレも清潔、50/60Hzの変圧器、wifi 、廊下の珈琲お茶も自由に使えて快適でした。　ご主人さんは東京でも働いていた事もあり、日本語中国語も大丈夫！　優しいかたでした。 　次回もまたお世話になりたいと思います。
• ＊maru＊ (6/5): 明洞駅すぐそば - 明洞駅へは、徒歩2~3分。明洞メイン通りには、信号渡るだけ。隣に学校があり、治安はいいのかな？メイン通りは信号渡るので外は静かです。ゲストハウス内は、廊下や階段の明かりは薄暗いので夜の出入りは少し怖いので明るくしてくれるといいですね。朝食は9:30までなので9:25に行くと今回だけね。と言う感じだったので早めに行かないとです。電子レンジなどは食堂にあるので夜使えなさそうです。

• Aaron (8/5): Pros and Cons - First of all, Hotels.com needs to REALLY update the number of people you can book at a time on their site... With a family of six, I'm continually running into problems when I arrive with 6 instead of 5 (the odd max allowed) - this is unacceptable. I'm seriously considering taking my business elsewhere if this isn't remedied soon. The "Family" room is on the 5th floor, there is no lift and the AC was not working that well. It wasn't too warm, but it never quite got cool. The manager (perhaps owner) was a kind man and very helpful. The breakfast was acceptable, but the "kitchen" in the room was without a single item to cook with, serve with, or eat on - nothing. zero. The location of the ECO hotel is the real gem - you're right in the mix of MD, but without the noise. I'd certainly stay again.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - Only the location is great. 50 m fm exit 2 off Myeongdong MRT stn and across the road is the airport shuttle bus pick up point. Hotel no lift, only face towel provided, room is small but clean. Luckily staff is helpful to carry our baggages up 5 floors. You get what you pay for.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - It's gonna hard for you if you check-in late after 9:30pm. I didn't have a sim in my phone, and I couldn't call for them. I took an hour to find so some on the street to help me call for them and got a code get in the hotel. Internet of Eco was bad, it didn't work well at all.
• K C (8/5): Great place! - Myeongdong Eco Guesthouse has my full endorsement - the location is great, a mere 100 metres from the subway, with the popular Myeongdong shopping just across the road. You wont go hungry as restaurants are a plenty and within walking distance. The guesthouse itself is clean, convenient and comfy. The only downside I can think of is the small towels provided, other than that everything's just perfect. If you are looking for budget accomodation, look no further!
• K C (10/5): Great stay, great location - Hotel is no frills but clean, comfortable and has easy access to everything - food, subway, shopping and places of interest. Simple breakfast of toast, egg, and coffee served every morning.
