• Dawn UK (9/5): Perfect recharge - I was welcomed with a friendly smile by Huynh. She also helped me on a few occassions during my stay. Her service was exceptional. It is a hidden oasis within the heart of the city. It was a perfect 24hrs to escape the noise from the traffic and relax. Unlimited use of the Onsen facilities is included in your stay. I also had two 20mins foot massages with my room rate, which I took as one 40min with Anh. She was superb, just the right pressure and very relaxing. She also gave me the complimentary 5min shoulder massage also included in my room rate. The onsen is small but it has all you need to enjoy this experience. I used it 3 times from check in to 9pm. You can also visit the onsen with a day pass at a good rate with or without use of the infinity pool. The infinity pool is the same depth both ends. It was clean and a good temperature to swim in. There are swinging beds around the pool. They is pool service if you want to order drinks. I ate in the restaurant in the evening. The house red was pleasant. Breakfast is also included in the room rate. The variety was exceptional from local vietnamese hot and cold dishes, eggs cooked various ways on request, various breads, pastries, snack bites, juices, cereals, choice of nuts and tea or coffee. The two ladies. Tra My and Lan Anh were very attentive at breakfast time. My room was on the 1st floor facing the garden. There was a small balcony to relax on with chair. The bed was very comfortable and big! The bathroom was my favourite with a large shower and a standing bath. A candle with aromatherapy oils is a nice touch too! I will definately return to use the onsen and take a break from the busy life! Thank you ! The onsen hours are 12pm - 21.30. It would be nice to use it in the morning before check out at 12 midday. There is no socket by the kettle area. I had to plug it in by bedside to use. There were many large ants on my balcony I think due to the vines around the door frame. They could do with a trim as it was difficult to close door. These are not major things but maybe worth consideration by hotel.

• Jen (10/5): An enjoyable and relaxing escape - The service is excellent, the restaurant has a nice range of food, all very affordable, and the little pool is lovely for relaxing. The resort is also very well situated, super close to the airport, and well positioned for trips to the beach. The onsite spa makes for an easy way to treat yourself. It’s quite small, meaning you’re at the mercy of other guests being considerate/quiet. Not adults-only, in spite of there being few amenities for kids.

• Helen (9/5): Lovely Calming Hotel in a Busy City!! - Lovely Calming Hotel to stay in within a busy city! Room was a great size, comfortable and clean. Good location but you are not in walking distance to main city areas or beach, however, a quick taxi ride only takes a couple of minutes and Grab's are so cheap it did not cause a problem for us! Breakfast had a good selection of choice. Excellent customer service from all the staff, they were all so friendly and helpful, particularly Tia My, Hue and Lan Anh from the restaurant, who were so helpful and friendly, it was a joy to see them each morning at breakfast, they are a credit to the hotel! The Chair on our balcony broke during our stay so no where to sit, a small uncomfortable chair was given as a replacement. However, I am being picky, there wasn't anything we didn't like about this hotel!

If you claim to be a '6 star' experience and charge premium prices, you also need to be measured by such. The hotel is at the location it claims to be so I guess that's a good thing? It exists. Mold in the rooms, super tiny gym, the 'poetic view' of the han river is a view at a huge construction site and a ferris wheel (illuminated all night long). The food isn't great, the breakfast choices are always the same, and they even throw leftover food away (incredibly wasteful!). The staff is 'forced nice' but you can feel it's not genuine. There's also no way the room sizes are correct.
• Julie (8/5): Very comfortable and quiet! - Our room was very comfortable and roomy and the shower was great. The staff were very helpful and friendly especially with the assistance with our last minute change of booking. The breakfast offering was also great! Our only thoughts on improvements would be the lighting - the rooms especially the bathroom are very dark. Some extra floor lamps in the lounge area would help with this. This is probably a generic complaint actually, as everywhere we stayed in Vietnam had similarly low lighting.
• Esther (10/5): - Wonderful oasis in Da Nang which gets you away from all the craziness. It's got to be noted that the property has a walkability score of zero. There's literally nothing around within walking distance, but the included breakfast gets you on your way, and a cheap Grab will drive you to where ever you want to be in a few minutes. We were upgraded to a villa, and it was stunning. The Onsen were a bit of a puzzle. The hotel allows children of all ages in there which takes away the intent in its entirety considering you're supposed to go in there naked and not a word is supposed to be spoken. We didn't use them for this reason - I didn't care for sharing the space with splashing noisy kids.

• Andreas (10/5): Ruhige Oase abseits vom Trubel - Das Resort ist etwas abseits vom Trubel auf einer Insel in einer Villengegend gelegen. Die Anlage ist nicht zu groß und bietet eine kleine Saunalandschaft mit einer Dampfsauna (50 Grad), einer Trockensauna (92 Grad), einem kleinen Thermalbadbecken und einem Tauchbecken - jeweils für Männer und Frauen getrennt. Zudem gibt es einen schönen Pool mit Blick auf den Fluß. Die Mitarbeiter:innen sind sehr herzlich, hier auch nochmal einen besonderen Dank an Hue und an Tra My, die uns auch während der TeT-Feiertage gut umsorgt haben.

• Ryeowon (9/5): 도심 내 작은 정원으로 동남아를 느낄 기회 - *다낭 공항에서 대부분의 시내 숙소는 15분내라 시내 선택시 큰 문제가 되지 않습니다. 단지 원하는 스타일에 문제일 듯 해요. 저는 빌딩형 호텔과 대형 리조트를 제외하니 도심내에서 현지 스타일의 작은 리조트를 고르느라 아주 드물게 찾았어요. 숙소는 아늑해요. 위치는 호이안,바나힐 빼고는 대부분 가 볼 명소가 15분내 한화 2500원~5000원 내 그랩 이용 가능해요. 수영장이 깊은것도 성인이 즐기기 좋고 아이용 튜브제공 서비스되고 이용하고 보니 다시 올 수 있겠다 싶었던 시설이 사우나(습식,건식,온탕)시설이에요. 부모님과 함께면 더 추천할게요. 그리고 직원들 친절이 아주 훌륭합니다. 과장되지도 않고 좋습니다. 고객 응대와 예의 말 할 것 없이 소박하고 성실해요. 카운터의 직원들,관리매니저,Mhan, ms.HUE,ANH씨는 조식 때 안내, 수영장에서 케어까지 친절했어요. 덕분에 좋은 기억으로 마무리 할 수 있었어요. 숙소 자체의 문제라기 보다 현재 숙소 수영장 앞에 강변으로 공사를 진행하는데 약간 보이지만 그래도 아쉬운 부분이긴 합니다. 처음 도착때는 조금 당혹스러워 클레임을 걸었는데 방은 교체해주셨고 저희가 추가 1일을 해서 휴식을 취할 만큼 3일 체류해보니 크게 신경쓰일 부분은 아니었어요. 그러나 다른 분들 참고하시라고 남깁니다. 참고로 Lake view, Garden view가 좋습니다 river view가 공사가 약간 보여요.

• Lawrence (7/5): Very good stay and excellent place if you are looking for something away from the city - A nice little resort that is away from the city. We stayed in room Iris and liked the size and amenities in the room. The backyard of the room does look over the backyard of other rooms. So keep your blinds closed if you want privacy! All Staff are excellent and when we checked in the receptionist came and showed us the room and the features. My daughter had vomited up and one of the staff came and helped clean it up which was much appreciated but didn’t get her name. Also, staff members Lan anh and Bich hue at the restaurant were great. The resort has massage services and an onsen. Very good and would definitely recommend for everyone. Our room also had a sauna which was great. The gym at the resort is quite small and limited. I think it has a couple of treadmills, small free weights and one machine. Our room did show some age and the resort might be due for a renovation. Some cracked tiles in the sauna room, bathroom had a piece of wood that needs repair.

We were disappointed about the lack of maintenance done to keep the property in top condition. The paint was falling off the walls in several places and just generally in need of some TLC. Also didn’t know upon booking this hotel that the Onsen spa was a nude spa so we didn’t feel comfortable to use it at all during our stay so didn’t get the value of the hotel that we expected. This should have been clear before booking as we may have chose another hotel instead.
• Frans (4/5): Not up to expectations - The staff is friendly and understanding. After 2 weeks with various hotels in Vietnam we arrived at this hotel. We booked it because the recent reviews in Booking.com were good. However, we have been seriously disappointed with this place. The whole resort looks extremely run down, there's mold everywhere, it looks like it's not maintained properly, the small room was damp, also because the bathroom lacks ventilation. The first night we arrived late and ordered hamburgers in the restaurant. The chicken burger was served raw. The waitress acknowledged that immediately and the chef simply warmed it up! We fail to understand how others can give such positive reviews as this is by far the worst place we stayed in, in south-east Asia. I made some pictures of items that clearly lacked maintenance but can't post them all here. At check-out we mentioned the issues and the manager apologized and offered some compensation. She seemed to understand our complaints well. Hopefully they will fix the maintenance and cleaning issues to what it once must have been, as the place has a lot of potential.

The pool area was calm and well maintained, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the overall vibe was quiet and comfortable—great for unwinding after travel. Rooms were clean, spacious, and felt thoughtfully laid out. The location is a bit removed from the main beach and city areas, so getting around usually requires a Grab or taxi. Also, while the resort is tranquil, dining and nightlife options nearby are limited if you prefer to walk instead of ride.

The balcony overlooked a fish pond, which was a nice spot to sit for a while, and having a steam room inside the villa was a great bonus. The staff were excellent throughout our visit. Both breakfast and dinner offered plenty of choice, and everything we tried was fresh and well made. No fans in the lounge area. The AC unit across from me was so loud I couldn’t sleep. It was a stunning place before but now it needs attention to detail and work to bring up to the experience and expectations in the photos.

The spa facilities are excellent, with everything you need to unwind: hot bath, cold bath, sauna, and steam room all included. Massages are available as well for an extra charge, but not overly pushed, which I appreciated.What really makes the resort stand out is the staff. Their hospitality is simply on another level—always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. At the restaurant, Try Me, Anh and Hue always greeted me with a warm smile, which made the experience even more memorable.Overall, this resort is a perfect combination of nature, comfort, and exceptional hospitality. • MOHAMMED S (4/5): THIS IS MY LAST TIME TO VISIT THIS RESORT - Our experience at this resort was very disappointing. It did not live up to the photos or the advertised 5-star standard. We experienced a power outage late at night, which was extremely inconvenient. The surroundings were filled with frogs and lizards, making the atmosphere uncomfortable and far from what you would expect at a luxury property. Breakfast was basic and certainly not of 5-star quality. In addition, the nights were very noisy due to extremely loud music from a nearby area, making it difficult to rest. The mornings were equally unpleasant with ongoing construction works right in front of the resort. Overall, this resort falls far short of 5-star expectations. If possible, I would rate it closer to 3 stars.

• DuJin (4/5): 10번 방문하고 실망했습니다 - 이 호텔에 수많이 숙박했지만 잔여 방이 없어서 슈페리어 룸에는 처음 숙박을 했습니다, 객실 현관 앞에 청소 직원들이 오후시간에 너무 시끄러워서 제대로 휴식을 취할수 없었습니다 직원들끼리 소리를 지르며 대화를 했습니다 객실안에 냉장고는 너무 시끄러워서 내가 전원을 뽑았습니다 음식 배달을 시켜 호텔 식당에 양해를 구하고 식사를 하려고하는데 어떤 직원은 가능하다 말하고 어떤직원은 안된다고 말해서 불편한 시간을 가졌음에도 소정의 팁을 주었습니다 이 호텔에 10번 정도 숙박을 했지만 이번에는 매우 실망했습니다
• Tran (10/5): - Vị trí trung tâm thành phố, resort rất chill, có khu vực ăn sáng nhìn ra hồ. Rất đẹp và nên thơ. Phòng rộng rãi, thoải mái, tiện nghi. Ăn sáng ngon và đa dạng, có 1 khay granola rất nhiều món luôn.
• Tao (10/5): Wow! Probably one of the best places I’ve stayed. - Wow! They gave us a free upgrade from A twin room to the villa! Steam room and bath tub inside was fab, it was more spacious than some apartments I lived in. Felt like royalty. The onsen is small but still relaxing, it was a week day so practically all ours. we were given a complimentary neck massage too. Great atmosphere by the pool too. The buffet breakfast was delicious with plentiful options. Staff were so courteous and welcoming. Highly recommend! Gym was ok, sufficient for me. The machines are a little tired and the weights might not be heavy enough for some people. Also the essential oil burning in the room became too much with the doors closed, it hurt my throat.
• Robert (10/5): - Schöner Pool und Spa Bereich. Essen war sehr lecker und die Auswahl war sehr gut. Und wurde bei jeden Anliegen sofort und freundlich weitergeholfen. Die Zimmer sind sauber und komfortabel eingerichtet.

• Gerd (10/5): - Wir war 4 Nächte in The blosson resort. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Personal waren sehr nett und hilfreich,besonders sind die beiden Damen im Restaurant Frau Tra My und Frau Bich Hue. Wir haben jeden Tag im Restaurant gegessen und fühlten uns wie zu Hause. Vielen Dank für die schönen Zeit! Ps: es gibt sehr feines Frühstück mit getrockneten Früchte, die hat uns besonders gut gefallen!

• w (10/5): - 2泊しました、プールも広くプールサイドではレストランに直接注文できてビールや食事も頂けます。また、フットマッサージやウェルカムマッサージ(5分)、温泉(ドライサウナ、塩サウナもあり)とても良かったです。部屋からタオルを持って行かなくても受付でもらえます。温泉アメニティも歯ブラシ、ヘアゴム、クシなどがあり部屋から持参しなくて良い所が良かったです。 最終日、なぜかメインルームのエアコンが作動しなくなりマイナスにしました。 それ以外は、スタッフ対応もよく満足しています。

• Deborah (9/5): Superb - The staff were excellent, thanks to Quynh, Thao, Tram, Phuong and especially Hue for their help. The hotel is located in quite an affluent area and a walk around gives a very different perspective of Da Nang. Most of the time it was quiet and a very pleasant place to relax. Very nice swimming pool although missing some tiles. Menu choices are limited, but every dish we ate was delicious. I found the bed sagged in the middle a bit which disturbed my sleep. The nearby roller coaster was quite noisy in the evenings.

• Kent (10/5): - A Heartfelt Week at The Blossom Resort, Da Nang We just returned from a wonderful week at The Blossom Resort in Da Nang, and it truly exceeded all our expectations. From the setting to the service, everything came together to create a memorable and relaxing getaway—but what really made it special was the people. A special shoutout to the restaurant team—Tra My, Hue, Khang, and Nhi—who went above and beyond every single day. My dad is elderly and uses a wheelchair, and the way they assisted him during every meal was so thoughtful and kind. Whether it was helping him get comfortably seated or making sure he had everything he needed, their care and attention really touched our whole family. We also loved how convenient the location was. There were plenty of spots nearby for authentic Vietnamese food—we never had to go far to find a delicious bowl of pho or some amazing local food. Plus, Lotte Supermarket is just a short distance away, which made picking up souvenirs (and stocking up on coffee!) super easy and affordable. The massages at the resort were another highlight. Each therapist was skilled, professional, and attentive, working carefully on each member of our family to make sure we felt relaxed and refreshed. It was the perfect way to wind down after a day of exploring. All in all, our time at The Blossom Resort was filled with kindness, comfort, and care. It’s a beautiful place made even better by the people who work there. We’re already talking about coming back.
• Allister (5/5): Overpriced and run down for what you get. Wouldn’t stay again - It wasn’t too busy and quaint Rooms were run down, one aircon only cooled one part of a big room. Pricey. Accomodation wasn’t close to anything

• TAMAMI (10/5): - 空港からとても近く街へ出るのもグラブを使えば便利でした。今回オールインクルーシブプランで3連泊させて頂きましたが温泉とサウナ90分のスパとてものんびりと過ごすことが出来ました。 お食事も美味しくワインの数も豊富でどのワインも美味しかったです。レストランではタラミさんに大変よくして頂いて気持ちよく滞在できまた機会があれば是非泊まりたいホテルです。
• Kosei (6/5): - 施設はこじんまりしていました。料理は美味しかったですが、朝のビュッフェは品数が少なく飲み物は4種類程でした。部屋は広すぎず狭すぎずでした。温泉は、行った時間帯が悪かったのか夕方で、ホテルスタッフのような方達が多く騒いでうるさかったです。

• Jai (8/5): Very good - Spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable beds and warm, friendly staff, The Blossom Resort was delightful, and the Onson was a new (free) experience, that I enjoyed immensely! There is nowhere to have a sunbathe...there are some lovely places to relax, but th4 only place for full sun, is in the pool (which is again, spotless...) Also, the light switch locations in the rooms is unusual! Just a dim, bedside light and all the other switches were by the door...
• JUNGEUN (8/5): - 안녕하세요~~직원분들이 모두 너무 친절한 리조트였어요~~~~마사지도 시원했어요!! 객실도 깨끗하고 쾌적했어요!! 약간의 노후와 조식의 종류가 많지 않았지만 하루숙박하기에 좋았던 숙소입니다!!
• Nazaria (9/5): What me and my husband needed to wind down and relax - The restaurant staff.. big shout out to Miss Kay and Bich Hue. These two ladies were so good to me and husband, every day they greeted us, asked how we are and made our stay pleasant by talking to us and getting to know us when they saw us. The location was great as quiet and a great place to just relax and enjoy the laid back side of Danang. Not crazy like the beach side of Danang. This was a great place to find your peace again. When we were checking out the cleaning staff tried to make us pay for drinks we never took!! Be careful as they said we took drinks from a previous night which we never did and showed a receipt of what we took which was never done in my handwriting! We took water x 2 the night before we left and that was the only time and I wrote it down and brought the paperwork with me. Double check! I also paid for drinks at the restaurant whilst at the poolside. Lucky I had Bich Hue confirm I paid the bill as it was sent to the room to be charged even though I had paid for it!! Always check and keep a record of all you ordered and bought and taken! The cleaning staff really made me not happy that they lied and said we took drinks which we never did! This ruined what would have been a perfect experience at this hotel resort.
