• estelle (6/5): - Hotel agréable bien situé Nous avons été surclassés mais, malheureusement, la chambre etait très grande avec beaucoup de lits plutôt pour une famille avec 3 enfants et elle etait sous les toits donc très sombre. Bref, j'aurai préféré la chambre que j'avais réservé initialement. Mais merci pour cette attention .

• Aurélien (9/5): Parfait, et personnel excellent - Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Le dîner et le petit déjeuner sont excellents. Nous tenons également à remercier le personnel qui était très accueillant et à l'écoute. Merci particulièrement à l'employée (femme) du restaurant/petit-déjeuner qui était très attentionnée et qui parle français. Seul bémol, pour la voiture, mais des parkings (payant) se trouve à proximité.

• Mireia (8/5): - Esmorzar molt complert, hi ha opció de pàrquing pagant un suplement, val la pena ja que a Encamp has d'aparcar en un paquing. També hi ha opció de reservar per sopar al mateix Hotel, un menú molt complert. L'escensor es petit però és molt ràpid.

• Josep Lluis (10/5): Una opción muy agradable para una estancia en Andorra - Buen desayuno. Atención del personal de recepción, excepcional. Nos ofrecieron una tarjeta por 12 € al día para aparcar el coche a 3 minutos del Hotel en un estacionamiento público cubierto. Admiten mascotas con un suplemento de 15 € por noche El pueblo de Encamp es muy tranquilo y está a unos 10 Km de Andorra la Vella, a 1300 mts de altitud en la carretera que va a Francia por el Pas de la Casa.
• Jose (10/5): Gran estancia y servicio - Pasamos 7 noches, todas ellas el desayuno tipo bufet super rico y con mucha variedad a elegir. La cena de carta y tipo menú, casero y muy muy rico todos los días. Las habitaciones están muy bien, camas cómodas para descansar bien. Super recomendable Como pero nuestra habitación no tenia neverita, nos habría venido bien para guardar algunas cosas de refrescos o comida.

• Sergio (7/5): Buen hotel con algunos detalles mejorables - El personal fue muy amable en todo momento, tanto la cena como desayuno muy variado y de mucha calidad. Bien ubicado en zona tranquila y accesible a cualquier parte de Andorra. Las camas muy mejorables, parecían plegables. La insonorización muy mal, se escuchaba cualquier ruido externo. Nos asignaron una habitación para personas con movilidad reducida, creo que solo debería asignarse a personas que lo necesiten, ya que el lavabo era adaptado y al no tener cortina ni nada se salía todo el agua de la ducha y se mojaba todo el baño.

Las habitaciones muy tranquilas y de calidad más que suficiente, aunque el precio siempre está inflado en temporada de esquí, pero con cancelación gratuita hasta el día de antes, que se agradece. Personal muy amable y que solucionó un problema con las toallas (nos faltaban) al instante. Para ir a esquiar en general, si no te importa no estar a pie de pistas, un 10.

• Cristiana (6/5): O Quarto que deveria ser um arrumo! - Colchão era bom Para passar uma semana, deram-nos o quarto mais pequeno que tinham. O hotel até podia estar cheio no dia de entramos, mas nos dias seguintes sobravam muito quantos online, e a METADE do preço que pagamos pelo nosso. Uma simples mudança teria mudado totalmente a nossa opinião. O WC só deixa entrar uma pessoa de cada vez, e em volta da cama quase nem se circulava.

• Agnieszka (9/5): Place you want to go back - Very nice staff, great location with shuttle bus just 2 minutes walk from the hotel, great breakfast choices and served dinner was excellent. Room was very tiny but clean. Could have a bit better lighting. Other than that it was very nice and clean.

• Ting (7/5): Good facility and friendly reception staff however the frequency when fire alarm was triggered and the noise level, were - The room is clean and staff at reception is friendly. The location is ok, quite near the free ski bus stop. We stayed there for a week and there were 3 times of fire alarm causing panic, twice at mid night 2am and another one around 11pm. This really damaged my kids sleep cycle and it was also a panic as outside was -7 and you were struggling to get kids dressed up and gone out of the room. If the hotel has smoke alarm you shall put signs everywhere that no smoke or vape as the frequency is crazy. Also the doors/windows are not good at noise cancelling so you can hear everything from the street and the corridor.
• Gesham (10/5): Exceptional stay - I very much enjoyed my stay here. The location is perfect - within a walking distance to the ski lift. A ski bus stop is also near, and a free shuttle is provided every 15 minutes. There are a couple of great supermarkets and a few restaurants nearby. I really liked the stylish and modern interior of the hotel. The room was spacious enough, and the bed was comfy. I also very much liked that there was a kettle. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were amiable. I would be happy to come back.

• Womack (9/5): Overall a great experience - Comfortable beds and rooms, nice view from the back rooms looking out on the stream and mountains. Perfect location for funicamp and funibus, very convenient. Lots of choice for breakfast. Dinner was overall great, a couple of courses over the week let it down slightly Dinner was served a little too late for me at 8. After a day on the slopes 7 would have been better. Would have been nice to have at least a soft drink included for dinner.

• Emma (9/5): - The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was modern, clean and comfortable. The breakfast had all we needed. It was very useful having ski storage and the location was excellent for getting the free bus up to the gondola station and for getting buses into Andorra la Vella English was limited but did not affect our stay as the staff were very efficient. The breakfast was quite expensive if not added at the time of booking. A mini fridge would have been useful however we were able to use the balcony to keep things cool as the temperature was so low!

• Cassandra (4/5): Friendly staff but disappointing stay. - The rooms were clean and staff was friendly. The place listed that there was air conditioning available in our bookings. However, upon check-in, staff was not upfront that our rooms did not have air conditioning. After we got into our room, we realised that there was no air conditioning despite the booking showing that there is, hence we called front desk, but the staff said not all rooms had air conditioning. We are disappointed this was not conveyed when checking in and staff was not honest about it. Next morning, we went down to ask if the staff could give us a partial refund (as rooms without air conditioning were listed at a cheaper rate). However, staff said that was not feasible.

Nous n'avons pas su lors de la réservation que les chiens ne pouvaient pas nous accompagner lors des repas et surtout que nous devions payer 15 euros par jour pour notre chien !

• José Luis (10/5): Excelente relação Qualidade/Preço - Pequeno almoço com muita diversidade de produtos, e bem elaborados. Para quem vai para fazer esqui, o hotel está muito próximo do Funicamp. Para além disso, a 50m do hotel há uma paragem de bus, onde é possível apanhar um autocarro direto (e sem custos) para o Funicamp, ou por exemplo para Andorra la Velha, por 1,9€.
