• aneeshkumar (2/5): Be caution - The rooms was so worst I changed 3 rooms in my stay only good part was location and the reception staff was good and they was so guilty about room condition, but they are friendly room was so bad

• Dineskumaran (2/5): Bad Rooms and Customer Service..! - Old and unmaintained room.. We had problems with water heater and aircond. The staff were very unfriendly and not so helpful.
• Verified traveler (2/5): Disgusting - Dirtiest and nastiest hotel I have ever stayed in, which is saying alot for Pattaya! Just dirty. Not maintained. Pool was disgusting. Almost vomited when I walked into the toilet in the room.

• alla (2/5): Nightmare!!! - Do not stay at this hotel. The place is disgusting! It's rotting with black mould everywhere. Staff are very rude! The whole resort is disgusting, like you're in Chernobyl. Cleaning staff wash they're feet in the pool. Everything is rusting and broken, windows, doors, furniture - everything. The room we booked was not available on our arrival. They lie and the photos they provide in websites are not real. Do not stay there!!!
• Diappointed (6/5): Cheap for a reason - waited 15min for girl to stop doing paperwork to talk to me, !st room sheets were dirty ontop and bottom looked like someone had already been in the bed. went back to reception asked for new room had to wait for 35min before I was shown to new room - 2 staff only my 1st room was on ground floor as requested next room 3rd floor no lift but was clean...
• jane (2/5): Alles is heel slecht en vies - Never go to this hotel. Very old and dirty. The staff can’t speak english and not friendly at all. They don’t have hot water. You take a bad with cold water. The pictures in their website is 30 years ago. The bathroom are very very very dirty.

• Simon (10/5): Hotel charmant - Petit hôtel avec du charme à l ancienne, chambre spacieuse confortable, ventilateur au plafond et climatisation grand frigidaire. Personnel sympa.

• Uwe (4/5): ein in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel - Das Hotel liegt in einer verkehrsreichen Lage mit sehr guter Bath Bus Anbindung und man ist schnell im Geschehen. Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut und schnell auch zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Hotel selbst, bedarf dringend einer Renovierung. Im Bad war die Badewanne teilweise angerostet, die Fliesen abgefallen. Auch der Pool der sehr schön aussieht hatte schon bessere Tage. Auch hier sind viele Fliesen an den Rändern beschädigt. Den Liegen sieht man ihr Alter schon von weitem an. Das Personal versucht sein bestes und ist immer bemüht dem Gast den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Für diese Preislage gibt es bessere Alternativen
• Verified traveler (2/5): Worst Hotel in Pattaya - This place is not fit to be a hotel. The whole place is old, worn out broken furniture etc, very run down, staff are rude & aggressive towards foreigners. There is mould all throughout the bathroom. Beds are like blocks of concrete to sleep on. Breakfast staff do nothing but play with their phones & the breakfast itself is poor. We would never stay here again so be warned travellers.
• The Swed (4/5): Ok for budget stay - it's an old hotel. Could use some renovations. Wifi did work for about 2% during 2+ week stay. Will not stay again.

• christoffer (2/5): Väldigt dåligt - Hotellet va väldigt dåligt men bra att gå runder och hitta lätt saker där. Rummet va väldigt dåligt och Wi-Fi va glad om du fick igång det 1 gång om dagen men kunde lika snabbt förlora täckningen. Rekommendera verkligen inte detta stället.

• Verified traveler (2/5): 様々な客と揉め事を起こしていた。 - フロントでは様々な客たちが揉め事を起こしていた。我々もチェックインしようとすると、エクスペディアの予約では9桁の予約番号があるはずだが、あなたたちの予約は15桁もある。違うと、予約を信じてくれず、日本のエクスペディアにわざわざ電話をして、メールや予約表などに記載のなかった、9桁の番号を聞き出し、ようやく1時間半かかって予約を信じてもらえた。エクスペディアとホテルの連携というか、教育も問題あるのではないか。

• Scott (6/5): Stay at Seashore hotel Pattaya - Good location. Hotel is very run down and basic. You pay for what you get here we paid £11 per night inc breakfast which is so cheap you can't really grumble. Value for money here. Check in wasn't the best and we had a problem with our a/c unit. We complained and they moved us to another room with no problem. Breakfast wasn't great, not well staffed there was one woman running round trying to do it all! Pool was excellent, sun trap and the bar ladies were spit on! Location was perfect, walk outside the hotel and your in the centre of the action!
• K (2/5): Just Avoid. Dirty, moldy bathroom, Cockroaches, - not worth the money. Definitely better hotels for the same value in the area. avoid this one. we didn't even sleep. AC took hours and hours to start to work. mold and slime in the bathroom. didn't bother to complain to the staff. they were already rude.
• Frank (2/5): Dirty and old hotel - The hotel is very dirty, very old and the staff at the reception not very friendly. I wont stay there again for sure. Unfortunatly the photos are not like in real. We broke up our stay there after two nights and went back to BKK.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Run by con artists - I booked a room with a balcony but when I arrived I was given a dirty mouldy room with a window and a brick wall against it. I then went and complained to the rude unfriendly reception staff. After speaking to them I immediately checked out and found a real hotel but they still took my money and wouldn't give back to me even though it was falsely advertised though Expedia, criminals! DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL NO MATTER WHAT!
• Sharmistha (2/5): - We stayed for one night in a triple room. The room was very old, no wifi connectivity inside the room. The room was also not properly cleaned and the toilet condition was very bad. There was no toiletries and commode was cracked. There was no balcony as mentioned by hotels.com. The stay was very unpleasant.

• Verified traveler (2/5): 점수도 아까운 마이너스 100점짜리 호텔. - 이곳에 묵은지 5개월이 다되어갑니다. 현재 다른 여행지를 찾으면서도, 이 호텔이 계속 생각나서 후기남깁니다. 야외활동으로 인한 호텔에서 보내는시간이 적어 저렴한가격의 호텔을 예약했으나, 그것은 저의 큰 실수 였습니다. 싸구려 오래된 카펫, 눅눅한 침구는 눅눅해서 수건으로 몸을 감싸고 잤습니다. 벌레들에겐 천국이었던지 개미가 옷위에서 자고있었습니다. 청소도 제대로 안해서 누구의것인지 모를 머리카락이 있었고, 소음도심해 제대로 잘 수 없었습니다. 곰팡이 냄새도 나고 수도조차 사용하기 꺼려졌으며 수영장조차 더럽고 서비스도 최악이었습니다. 3명이 묵는데 샴푸와 바디워시는 첫날 엄지손가락만한 크기의 서비스가 다였습니다. 가족들을 위해 반년을 혼자 준비하고 계획해서 떠났던여행이었는데, 호텔을 잘못잡아 망칠뻔했습니다. 유일한 장점은 알카자쇼와 매우 가깝다는점 하나. 심지어 일일투어를 담당했던 가이드조차 이름을모르고, 어딘지알았을때 나쁘다고했던 호텔. 다시는 이런 호텔에 묵지않으려고 다음부터는 최선을 다하고 있습니다. 누구든지 이 호텔에 묵는다면 반대하고 싶습니다.

When I checked-out, I need to contact Hotels.com by myself and let Hotels.com talked to the hotel staff. This is quite bad experience.

• TOSHIYUKI (6/5): 質素なリゾートホテル、プールあります。 - まぁ、3000円台で宿泊できる部屋の広いホテルです。シャワーはお湯が出ない時があります。エアコンの温度調整ができず、深夜に寒すぎてエアコンのスイッチを切りました。お客様は、ロシア人60％、中東30％の感じです。日本人には会いませんでした。朝食は、開店して30分ぐらいなら、十分食べ物がありますが、補充をしないため10時ごろだとパンとフルーツしかないことも。WiFiはロビーだけですので、８席しかないソフェアは、満席のことも。プールもありますしまぁまぁです。ホテルの名称は最近変更になったそうで、空港やバンコクとの送迎バスのベルトラベルには、現ホテル名で登録できません。その場合は、ホテルを出て右側の、バーの一角にあるベットパタヤで登録しておくことをお勧めします。
• Verified traveler (6/5): かなり古いですが、プールもあり朝食付きで3000円台で泊まれるホテルとしては、まぁまぁかも！ - 4泊しましたが、最初の2泊はシャワーのお湯が出ませんでした。正直後悔しました。朝食は、料理の追加をしないようで、10時ごろ行くと、パンと卵しかないことがありました。7時ごろ行けば大丈夫です。日本人の姿は見ませんでした。ロシアと中東系のお客様がほとんどです。アメニティは何もありません。ペットボトルは補給してくれます。エアコンの温度調整は効かなかったです。WiFiは、ホテルロビーのみ。硬いソフェアは8名まで座れます。夜は混みあっています。スピードは遅いです。部屋は広いです。隣のベットパタヤと比べると2倍以上のスペースです。今回はベットパタヤが4000円台で、こちらの方が安かったので使用してみました。朝食付きですし。

• Verified traveler (2/5): Rundown Motel - The hotel was rundown and the pool was a green color and the wifi was only in the lobby but thankfully at least there was an air conditioning system in the room and hot water.
