- Kylie (7/5): Better suited for the night owls - This was a small but nicely decorated apartment with limited cooking facilities and a coffee machine.Within walking distance to many of the major attractions. Sufficient cafes and restaurants nearby and more if you are prepared to go further. Staff were friendly and welcoming, however limited English and my limited Italian meant communication was difficult at times. Daily service offered, however as stated as I found communication difficult I mainly opted out. I had a ground floor apartment which at first I thought would be great as I wouldn't have to navigate the stairs. But this also meant I heard everyone coming and going and all the street noise and there was a LOT of street noise. Irish pub across the way, lots of people milling about at all hours, not to mention the road was under construction during the day. As mentioned the apartment was nicely decorated however I found the pillows were extremely flat. Probably time for some new ones No iron.

- Sevinj (8/5): Overall, we liked the apartment and the cleanliness very much, but it would be much better if the heating stayed on duri - We had a very pleasant stay at Palazzo Branchi in Florence. The apartment was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Everything was organized thoughtfully, and it felt cozy and convenient during our stay. The cleanliness and overall comfort of the apartment were definitely the highlights for us. However, there was one important issue. In the evenings the heating was turned off, and the apartment became very cold. We were traveling with children, and after they took a bath in the evening, the apartment was quite cold because the heating was off. Unfortunately, the children got sick afterward.

Ums Eck ist ein Pub und es kann bis 12 Uhr nachts oder spĂ€ter noch sehr laut sein. Das Bad hatte leider SchiebetĂŒren in der Dusche, die sich gern mal aushĂ€ngen. Braucht man auf jeden Fall gut Kraft, sie wieder einzuhĂ€ngen.

- Kristen (10/5): - Everything about our stay was wonderful. My questions were answered promptly and they couldnât have been more welcoming or accommodating! We booked the same day for four days and we were so grateful. If I had to ask for something, it would have been a dish towel:) Everything was walkable! Including a reliable laundry service & supermarket. Air conditioning a plus! If we come back, we will definitely try to book there again!

- Guillaume (8/5): - We stayed in Palazzo Branchi for 3 nights. Location was excellent, about 15 minutes walking distance from the Santa Maria Novella train station. It was also close enough to the historic center. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Everything was clean. The shower was very good. The room was spacious. Communication with the management was good. There was a tiny kitchenette which was a nice option to have; nothing to prepare Michelin meals but nice nonetheless. Only negative points were: the level of noise was extremely high so be prepared to put some earplugs. Also, the fact there was no desk or table to put a laptop on was a bit unexpected and felt a bit like a shortcoming. Neutral observation: the room did not look at all like the one shown on the pictures of the listing we booked. Overall we appreciated our stay despite the very disturbing noise we experienced.

HabĂa champĂș/gel Lo que no me gustĂł es que cuando lleguĂ© me hicieron esperar mucho tiempo para entrar: no habĂa donde llamar, ni timbre ni fue sencillo contactar para que me abriesen. Tampoco me habĂan indicado el cĂłdigo numĂ©rico de la puerta, por lo que tuve que irme a una cafeterĂa cercana y esperar a que me dieran los datos para poder entrar, incluso habiendo indicado con antelaciĂłn la hora a la que iba a llegar. Sin embargo, al salir prĂĄcticamente me echaron y me instaron a hacerlo deprisa y corriendo. Creo que solo habĂa una persona encargada del alojamiento.

Everything else was fine, just the shower was a bit run down. Feels dated, but still comfortable. Can get noisy outside as there's an Irish pub.

- Adam J (10/5): - Great place to stay. The host was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and check in and out was easy. This hotel is in the restricted traffic area of Florence so if youâre driving stay somewhere outside this area.
- Launa Kay (8/5): - This property was in a great location for us. Walkable to all the major areas and on the edge of the busier tourist area. Check in went smoothly, even though our arrival was delayed by hours by airline. Host was in contact and greeted us upon arrival after 10pm. Our apartment was spacious and clean, very comfortable for our 2 week stay. Staff was absent most of the time so very little interaction with them. An unfortunate incident for us was that we returned after dinner having been away all day to find our door was wide open, with dirty towels and the trash just outside our door. We immediately called the hosts, who brought us clean towels. Their response to this was that the cleaner must have forgotten. Said everything was safe in the building, they were around most of the time. We were appalled at their lack of concern. Thankfully all our belongings were still there but it could have been a disaster.

- KENNETH (10/5): - This stay is only minutes away from Firenzia Maria Novella station and well within walking distances to restaurants and the museums hosting the Michaelangelo David statue and Venus painting. The stay hosts was very nice and helpful
- Stefan (4/5): - Upon arrival, we were received by a hostess, who was lovely and walked us through the room while giving us any information we would need. Nowhere in the tour did she mention any rules or instructions in regard to the use of the air-conditioning (AC) *keep this in mind*. On our third night there, we got back around 9pm from a full-day tour, to our AC turned off and the only remote to work the AC was taken away from us. No note, no explanation, nothing⊠just took it from us as if we were getting punished. We guess their reasoning was because they didnât agree with how we had the AC set, but again, we werenât given any rules about prohibiting us from being able to use it. We obviously messaged both numbers given in the roomâs folder since there is no receptionist or staff around by this time, but no answer. Lastly, we had the âDo Not Disturbâ sign on our door and they STILL came in to take the remote and empty the trash cans⊠very unsettling with our belongings in the room.

We had issues with the aircond not working, but the lady kindly explained that the fixing can't be done within these days and provided us with 2 fans. We were happy with that. The hotel is 15 mins walk from Firenze SMN. Without luggages its completely fine but I would suggest to hire a taxi if you have luggages as dragging them for 15 mins on cobblestones and small streets was a pain.

- Alonso (8/5): Good - This place has something that most hotels within this range in Florence lack, SPACE. If you want an ample room more than anything else, this place is perfect. It was pretty clean and check in was easy. There is no front desk and it is isnât exactly a hotel. However, they clean every day and leave coffee which is nice. Overall, I felt it was commensurate to what we paid and, like I said, comfortable.
