My searches in Booking did not come up with this hotel, I got an Austrian friend to search Booking and that's how I found it. I have figured out that Booking's algorithm modifies results for those who search. For me to get best results I ask others to search for me. If my search results were not modified, my disasterous first room in Vienna never would have happened.

Comodo per gli spostamenti. - Hotel raggiungibile a piedi da Pratestern, vicina al parco Prater, dove è comodo prendere treni locali da e per aeroporto, a costo inferiore rispetto alla navetta diretta per Wien Mitten, oltre che accedere alle fermate U1 e U2, perfette per visitare il centro storico e per collegarsi alle altre linee (per esempio quella per il castello si Schonbrunn). Camera ampia ma spoglia, presente una struttura a vista per appoggiare le proprie cose e tre (di numero) grucce. Isolamento acustico buono, peccato la porta di ingresso facesse filtrare la luce dal corriso. Prezzo giornaliero, senza colazione, euro 77,10. Personale cortese e chiaro nelle spiegazioni. Cambio asciugamani, anche se non richiesto, effettuato ogni giorno, La colazione si può fare nella struttura a pagamento, con sconto per i clienti hotel, ma purtroppo è solo continentale, non adatta ai gusti italiani. Meglio andare nella panetterie che vendono brioche dolci, oltre che pane e panini, e fare colazione nelle molte zone verdi presenti, Pulizia della stanza carente. All'arrivo la moquette della stanza presentava diverse macchie scure, segno che un lavaggio della stessa non è stato effetuttuto da lungo tempo e una spece di cuscino morbido adagiato in un angolo era macchiato; tra l'altro per le dimensioni e l'altezza poteva essere utilizzato solo da un animale di piccola taglia. la pulizia giornaliera consisteva nel riassetto del letto, in modo approssimativo, e nel cambio degli asciugamani. Lavandino, WC e doccia non sono stati puliti e il secondo giorno non sono stati svuotati i due cestini della spazzatura, quello piccolo in bagno e quello nella camera vicino al tavolino.

It is clean, the location is great and I love the fact that there's the cafe on the ground floor where the breakfast is exceptional. I love the cafe, the breakfast and the pizza, but I think it is a bit pricey. I think breakfast should be included in the room rate. Or at the very least, either the room rate should be a bit more affordable considering that you’re paying for breakfast too, or the breakfast itself. The 10% breakfast discount is negligible - 31 euros (with discount) for two dishes and two coffees per day is too much when you pay 146 euros per night.

There was too much light early in the morning because the blind on the skylight window was broken, and the blinds on the small window let too much light through and did not close properly. • Sofia (10/5): - Εξυπηρετικό και χαμογελαστό προσωπικό, πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει σε ότι χρειαστήκαμε. Η τοποθεσία άψογη, 7’ με τα πόδια από την στάση του μετρό και πολύ κοντά στην πλατεία του αγίου Στεφάνου. Καθαρό δωμάτιο και το πρωινό καταπληκτικό!

• Iside (8/5): Una bella esperienza - La struttura gode di un'ottima posizione per visitare i vari punti turistici della città. La stanza era molto pulita e l'acqua del bagno molto calda, l'ideale dopo una giornata fuori. Personale molto gentile infatti ci hanno permesso anche di lasciare la valigia presso l'hotel e poi di ritirarla prima di andare via. In generale ambiente pulito ed ordinato. Ogni giorno ci hanno cambiato le asciugamani. Se proprio devo trovare un difetto direi la mancanza di un minifrigo perché ci sarebbe stato utile in alcuni momenti della giornata.

La colazione è alla carta, quindi molto comoda e c’è un ristorante interno che fa ottime pizze. La struttura pulita e accogliente, con tutto il necessario per qualche giorno di vacanza. La nostra camera aveva un lucernario con la tenda rotta e agganciata con un filo, quindi entrava molta luce al mattino che può dar fastidio.
• Hanna (7/5): - The staff is really welcoming and helpful, even sent me pictures of both available rooms to choose, I appreciate it really much 😊 The towels were changed and the bed was made daily. The room is big, celling is high and view is simple, but pleasant. Room however needs a bit of love, proper cleanse and maybe some refreshment. The carpet on the floor doesn’t give “clean” vibes at all. It takes a short walk, only 15 mins to Prater and around 30 mins to Rathaus and other sights. There are not so many restaurants or cafes around and neighbourhood is pretty quiet, not so much traffic. There are enough supermarkets nearby. The water pressure in the bathroom is really good. But weird shape of toilets make it difficult to clean for staff probably, thus it is not properly clean and there is an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. We got a bottle of water and two delicious candies as a welcoming treat😊 Room doesn’t have a fridge (we didn’t except to have it as it is not mentioned in the description, just to confirm it to someone who may wonder). We didn’t try food here, but there is a vending machine at the entrance which is really convenient. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the room, so it was just ok to rest there and move on as location of the hotel was convenient for us. Price is ok comparing to other options, but basic cleaning is a must, no matter what price it is. Cleanness
