• Guillaume (9/5): Rapport qualité prix - Le petit déjeuner autonome, la chambre toute équipée avec salle de bain privée. Le petit déjeuner gagnerait à avoir un peu plus de variété, mais pour le prix qu’on a payé (en basse saison) c’était bien.
• Wang (10/5): It’s the place you should stay in Montreal. - It’s super clean and comfortable - the bathroom remodeled and the bedroom with elegant looking and high quality mattress. The kitchen is full of good stuff recharging your energy ready for every time you fell thirsty or hungry. The host Alex was so helpful to help the street parking near the house. It’s the place you can relax and feel like home. The location is in walkable range - 2 km to Chinatown and 2.4km to Old Montreal.

A heads up for lone travelers, every bedroom door had a keypad lock that allows for safety and privacy. The staff were very kind and considerate and answered any questions or concerns that I had. I even met B&B owners and they made wonderful recommendations for eateries and cafes in the area. The breakfast offered consisted of store bought pastries and cereal. That's not my personal preference and I thought there would be a warm or prepared meal. That being said, I wouldn't let that deter your stay. Everything else was pretty nice.

Le propriétaire était des plus chaleureux et m'a préparé un déjeuné digne du film de Narnia! Il prend maintenant sa retraite. Allez-y avant qu'il soit parti :).

Contact très limité avec les hôtes. Salle de bain commune en face de la cuisine. A certains moments, bruit et vibrations (venant de ?) nous ayant empêchés de dormir. Animaux domestiques non acceptés mais les propriétaires ont un chien (certes, très gentil). Ce serait bien que cela soit indiqué car tout le monde n'aime pas les chiens, voire en ont peur.
• Jean Luc (9/5): Un endroit idéal pour visiter Montréal. - Gentillesse du personnel. Le petit déjeuner copieux et pour tous les goûts. A deux pas de la rue Ste Catherine et du centre ville. Etant au sous sol, la fenêtre donne sur l'extérieur et des escaliers en acier. Les rideaux en nylon blanc ne sont pas opacifiants. Résultat, le soir, si on allume la lumière, les passants peuvent mater. Eviter les chambres du bas.
• Leah (10/5): adorable b&b with fantastic staff, convenient location, great experience! - the owners and staff were super friendly, knowledgable and welcoming- they cooked us a delicious breakfast. the room was warm and cozy. bathroom and shower very nice. the location was pretty and in a nice neighborhood. the b&b is a 10-15 min walk from the 2 train stations which was convenient, and the trains were so easy to use as foreigners. the place was also a 20 min walk to the old city which was also convenient. the garden and outdoor areas are particularly beautiful. the inside of the b&b was also done up very nicely. would stay again in a heartbeat! i have no complaints!

And Orlamdo made really awesome delicious breakfast. Room was clean and location was close to public transport. Logement très bien situé, dans un superbe quartier fleuri et calme, non loin de restaurants et autres commodités. Petit déjeuner parfait ! Chambre confortable et salle de douche commune mais spacieuse et très propre. Tout à disposition pour se faire un café/thé en journée ou en soirée. Rien à redire !

• Diego (10/5): Parfait pour aller se promener dans Montréal, chouette quartier - Petit déjeuner parfait, Yener et son collègue (désolé nous avons oublié son prénom) étaient au Petit soin pour nous, très gentil et très serviable. Ils prennent leur temps pour renseigner, servir etc... La difficulté pour se garer mais il y a un parking payant plus loin, heureusement nous avons eu de la chance cette fois-ci.

Bathroom was well-appointed. We stayed for a couple of days on arrival in Montreal. We liked the B&B so much that we decided to stay again at Maison des Jardins on our return to Montreal the following week. Navigating the streets in the area by car was difficult, especially given the roadworks that were underway. However, this was not the fault of the B&B.

• Claire (9/5): - La situation proche du métro Berri-UQAM, jonction entre différentes lignes Le personnel adorable Les petits déjeuners La chambre est assez exiguë Le fait que le WC soit dans la salle de bain partagée (ça peut être gênant si on a un besoin urgent et que quelqu'un prend sa douche) et que cette salle de bain donne sur la salle à manger où se prennent les petits déjeuners.

The breakfasts each morning were fantastic with delicious omelets and crepes. We enjoyed ourselves very much! Our room was very clean and comfortable. There was nothing we didn't like.

Les petits déjeuners sont excellents, avec des fruits frais, croissants, toasts et un plat différent chaque matin. Notre séjour a été exceptionnel, nous avons adoré notre passage ici qui nous a permis de profiter encore davantage de notre découverte de Montréal. Mention à Guimauve qui nous accueillait le soir lorsque l'on revenait de nos longues journées ! N'hésitez vraiment pas à venir ici si vous êtes de passage à Montréal, ça vaut tellement le détour !! Tout était globalement très bien. Nous n'avons retenu que le positif de notre passage.

El baño, aunque compartido con otra habitación es muy grande y tienes todo lo que puedas necesitar. El desayuno fantástico. La atención increíble, nos dieron todo tipo de recomendaciones. No le encontramos nada negativo.

The staff couldn’t do enough for us. - Breakfast was excellent, made to feel at home, interior was bright with lots of plants and the garden was lovely and calming The Village area in parts is a little rough. Whilst we didn’t fell threatened there are areas of the Village which are a little bit run down and attract homeless people. There is a high police presence which is reassuring but not always what you want when on holiday.

La toilette attitrée à notre chambre était occupée par quelqu'un qui prenait sa douche au moment du déjeuner. Nous ne pouvions même pas nous laver les mains et nous ne pouvions pas non plus attendre qu'elle se libère car nous avions un rendez-vous et nous devions quitter.

Viele gute Vorschläge für die Stadt zum erkunden Die Zimmer sind ein wenig ringhörig; eher dünne Wände. Doch man ist bemüht, dass es leise ist. Somit hat es uns nicht allzu sehr gestört.

• Robert (3/5): We left after one night of a two night reservation. Had to go to a hotel even though we had already paid for the night. - cant think of anything Shared bathroom with other guests. booking indicated private bathroom. Small old room , very tight area. Parking was impossible. Had to park blocks away.

Delicious breakfasts and very friendly and attentive owners and staff. A great location in the Village. Quiet street but close to restaurants and cafes and public transport. Loved it. • Federica (10/5): The cutest b&b with lovely hosts - The b&b is lovely, you actually meet the hosts, who are lovely, and you get a delicious freshly cooked breakfast each morning. The shared bathroom is huge and clean. We didn’t have time to enjoy the garden but it looked lovely as well. The high scores is fully justified!
