La propreté n'était pas parfaite (cheveux par terre de précédent clients). La salle de bains est un peu encombrée à notre goût. Dommage qu'on n'ait vu le propriétaire qu'à notre arrivée, puis plus personne sur le temps de notre séjour

Ho apprezzato molto che ci fosse una persona fisica ad effettuare il check in, pur essendo arrivata in serata. La camera era spaziosa, molto pulita e con dettagli non trascurabili, come le ciabattine e la macchina del caffè Nespresso. Molto carine e curate anche le aree comuni, con tisane e dolcetti. Comoda la possibilità di lasciare il bagaglio dopo il check out.

Apontando no mapa todos os locais para turismo e alimentação. O estacionamento muito próximo com pessoal bastante divertido e amigável. O café proximo ao estacionamento, muito bem atendido e com ótimas opções. O espaço fica muito perto dos pontos turísticos e restaurantes. O quarto super confortável, com um ótimo banho. Adoramos ficar no Pelliccano Guest House. Super indicamos Nada a reclamar.

• Johannes (7/5): - We stayed here for three nights in the Pelican room. The B&B is well located, with many things within walking distance and free street parking. The room was very clean, but quite worn, especially in the bathroom. The host, Lorenzo, is very friendly and gave us lots of tips at the beginning, but communication was sometimes a bit slow (for example, regarding checkout). It's also worth noting that it's quite noisy around the apartment. This is to be expected, of course, given its location on a street. However, it was also noticeable that some guests leaving very early in the morning were very loud, and their conversations with Lorenzo were perfectly audible because the rooms are very poorly soundproofed. Additionally, maintenance work was sometimes carried out on the house and the accommodation in the middle of the night, which was quite disruptive. Sleeping without earplugs was practically impossible.

• Eleanor Marlene (10/5): - The location was excellent with a short walk to Corso Umberto Garibaldi, the pedestrian shopping area & the seaside walkway. There were several restaurants and bars close to the location. There were 2 mini mart stores within 1 block of the unit. We would recommend.
• Tyler (10/5): Toller Aufenthalt im Pellicano. - Der Aufenthalt im Pellicano war Mega! Parken konnten wir unten auf der Straße, weil genug frei war. Eine späte Ankunft war auch kein Problem, wir wurden auf die Zimmer gebracht und hatten alles was wir brauchten. Sauber, Modern und gut ausgestattet! Frühstück gab es 5 Gehminuten entfernt, kostenlos, bei einem lokalen Bäcker. Dort war der Service ebenfalls mega. Danke Lorenzo! Nichts - es war eigentlich alles Top.

• POD1236 (10/5): - Completely rebuilt, like new. Very spacious and located near bars, restaurants and shops. San Giovanni Gemini is a nice place for a stopover. Not too big, but still with a lot of rrstsurants. No problem to find a place to eat, even on a sunday evening. An electric kettle would be nice to complement the capsule coffee machine. A second(softer) pillow would also be an improvement.

The terrace is wonderful and such a nice addition. We felt very spoilt staying here and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

• Raymond (9/5): Nice stay at the Pellicano Guest House in Reggio Calabria, we will come back for sure one day :) - The Pellicano Guest house is a fantastic place to stay!! You wouldn't know it at first as it is quite hidden away on a normally busy street in Reggio Calbria with access through what looks like a door to a block of flats. However once you are in the Pellicano it is all modernised with a lift to the upper floors and tasteful decor and brand new facilities including a fully modern and really well pointed bathroom. Bed was excellently comfortable as were the bed linens and towels. The air conditioning worked very well too after the host promptly took care of a small problem with it leaking water onto our bed. Lo and behold there were coffee and tea making facilities in our room too :) quite rare for Italy!! Its location is a 5 minute drive to the old town centre of Reggio Calabria with its famous Castle and many Brasseries and open air excellent fish restaurants so easy to dine out here in a beautiful Italian Cosmopolitan atmosphere! For Breakfast you have to walk 2 streets away to a Coffee Bar and Patisserie where you are given the most delicious croissant and cappuccino ever! We had a part view outside our room balcony with the town's old castle right next to us. The host was super nice too especially when she met with us upon arrival and was ready as she promised to send us to an public garage two streets away to put our classic motorcycles in there too! The Pellicano guest house is easily accessible from the main aurostrada after we arrived on the Ferry from Messina Sicily which was a bonus for us on our motorcycles too!This was a nice stay for sure and we will be back once again :) The road its in is very busy with hardly enough time to unload and load our motorcycles with our luggage as impatient drivers honk their horn at you!! Otherwise the Pellicano is nice.

La ciudad de Reggio Calabria. Tranquila, limpia y ordenada. Es difícil conocer el recorrido de los autobuses urbanos de Reggio y sus horas de paso. La playa de Reggio no es muy buena, pero tiene establecimientos balnearios cuidados y muchos bares y cafés acogedores en su paseo marítimo. De todas formas hay playas hermosas y bien comunicadas con Reggio en transporte público (tren)

The common areas were lovely and well thought out and the host was lovely… The cleanliness of the bathroom was terrible. On the surface seemed ok but there was excessive amounts of mould in the shower and above the shower which made it very uncomfortable

• Valerie (10/5): - The colorful décor was fantastic! From the moment I walked into the office, I knew that this was a special place. Sara welcomed me in a genuinely kind and friendly way and was very helpful. The décor of my room was 70s-fabulous, so much so that I took pictures and sent them to my friends. Everything was spotlessly clean, the room was large, and the little balcony was adorable. You are a five-minute walk from the main shopping street and another minute or two from the waterfront. I recommend this property highly!
