• Pablo (4/5): Hostel para hippies - Las sábanas tienen parches, los parches de las sábanas tienen agujeros. El agua caliente anda de a ratos. No aceptan tarjeta. El wifi no anda. La cocina está sucia. Los espacios comunes, más allá de la mugre, están muy bien. Si sos un hippie y estás en plan gastar lo menos posible supongo que está bien, pero si vas en plan vacaciones en pareja recomiendo fuertemente buscar algo un poco más decente.

The staff is super helpful and pleasant. I love the kitchen and rooftop garden area. I'll always come back where I feel I'm at home!

Cosas a mejorar deberia haber camas mas grandes al menos queen size Es un hotelito lindisimo Estuvimos 6 días y volveremos¡ Nos encanta
• Alicia (8/5): Hostelito Cozumel - Tiene muy buena ubicación, las áreas comunes son muy bonitas,además son muy amables en la recepción. La habitación es cómoda y amplia. La limpieza es una de las cosas que se pueden mejorar.
• claude (2/5): a dump - 1st experience after we arrive do not look like the picture then the men took one towel from the closet and another one drying on the side rail folding and give to us ....show us the room pretty simple but half clean the guest soap was a simple of soap cut in two only one for two person and two simple of head & shoulder...no coffee or breakfast ... the kitchen is not clean and more then basic i have a better one when i go camping ....if you need pictures to back up my statement i will sent it to you....not worth it ...i have very upset and disappointed since it was my daughter first vacation(mother daughter vacation)
• Katrina (8/5): Hotel central location - Great place to stay , has pool and sun deck. Cooking facilities are pretty good. Proximity to restaurants and shopping is awesome.
• Verified traveler (2/5): Not what was promised - This place has a horrible bed. I wouldn't even call it a bed, since it was just a full size mattress on a slab of concrete. We were promised a balcony in our room amenities, and we did not have it. The room was half the size of any of the photos. We did not even end up staying there, and didn't get any of our money back. If you like a comfortable night sleep, stay somewhere else.
• Stephanie (6/5): High ratings are misleading - We found the high ratings misleading foe this place. Stayed 3 nights in a private room. It was not clean, had previous foot prints and sticky floors from other guests. The room was very musty and we both woke each morning congested from it. The bedding was well worn and very thin. We asked for the bottom sheet to be changed as it had multiple holes but gave up after the second one was not better than the first. The mattresses extremely thin and very uncomfortable. We both left very sore and stiff after sleeping on the bed 3 nights. During our stay the room was apparently cleaned once, but the floors still weren't cleaned and it seemed as though the only thing done was the bed was remade with the same sheets. The common areas are very nice though and the location is great. Loud music is played late into the night on weekends from the bar across the road. With all the hotels in the area, I wouldn't stay in this place again.
• Pat (8/5): Centrally located to downtown San Miguel. - For the price, it was very clean and employees nice. There was a shared kitchen that was well maintained, a central meeting area and a rooftop social area. It got noisy 2 nights during the carnival celebration by some quests but they were reasonable when asked to quiet down.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Decent hostel - I stayed in the dorm room. The room is spacious and beds were comfy enough with a piece of material on the end for a little extra privacy (bottom bunk). Nice open-air common space. Only problem I had was the night club across the street kept me awake all night (weekends only, I assume).
