• Solene (7/5): - Ruhiges Hotel, sehr sauber, Essen in Ordnung Rezeption nicht professionel, besonders eine Dame sehr unfreundlich und arrogant Badezimmer mit kaum Ablage Möglichkeiten Weit vom Zentrum, ca 20-25Mn zu Fuß Strand in Ordnung aber nichts besonderes Liege sehr teuer, 18 EUR/pro Tag

• Mélissa (9/5): Super séjour en famille pour rayonner !! - Le restaurant!! On a opté pour la demie pension et étant avec un enfant de 2 ans nous n’avons pas été déçus du tout!!! Petit déjeuner et dîner : bcp de choix et franchement qualitatif!! Le ménage fait tous les jours dans l’apparthotel. Tout le matériel dispo dans l’appartement même si sommaire côté cuisine. Le manque d’obscurité dans la chambre qui a incommodé mon compagnon. Sols encrassés mais nettoyés chaque jour. Je suis maniaque et franchement c’était propre. Juste je pense que les sols auraient besoin d’un bon décrassage. En octobre un peu d’humidité dans le logement (exposition nord).
• Heller (9/5): Wir waren mit dem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder. - Gute Essensqualität mit großer Auswahl sowohl beim Abendessen wie auch beim Frühstück. Es wurde immer ausreichend frisches Essen nachgereicht. Servicepersonal immer sehr freundlich. Benutztes Geschirr wurde immer zügig abgeräumt. Ab und zu etwas Gedränge an den Kaffeeautomaten beim Frühstück. Größere Tassen oder Kännchen für Tee wären gut. Parkplatzsuche nicht immer ganz einfach.

• Jocelyn (7/5): Just a base from which to explore the island - The apartment was small but adequate for our needs, in a separate building with its own pool area. The food. tinned fruit and bought in sweet offerings were unexpected. Theme dinner was only OK.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was also great – top-notch, lovely! We are already planning on coming back again.

• Barbara Anna (8/5): Mallorca erkunden und geniessen - Das Studio lag ideal um Ausflüge zu machen. Am Meer war man in 5 Minuten. Fahrräder mieten/resevieren wurde direkt an der Hotelrezeption erledigt😀👍. Frühstück war frisch, und auch zu später Stunde bekam man noch genug🙃

• Can (8/5): - Das Hotel ist sehr modern und sauber. Lediglich die Klimaanlage war etwas schwach, sodass man sie den ganzen Tag laufen lassen musste, um das Zimmer kühl zu halten. Das Personal, sowohl an der Rezeption als auch im Restaurant, war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im Restaurant wären vielleicht ein oder zwei zusätzliche Kellner wünschenswert, da die Wartezeiten teilweise etwas lang ausfielen. Trotzdem handelt es sich um ein Top-Hotel, das eher an 4 Sterne als an 3 erinnert und in einer guten Lage liegt. Wir würden ohne zu zögern wieder buchen.

• M. (9/5): - Das Apartment war modern und funktional eingerichtet. Beide Schlafcouchen waren sehr gut zum Schlafen geeignet. Alles war sehr sauber. Der Strand war nicht weit entfernt. Strand und Wasser waren sehr sauber. Die Wanderungen bzw. Spaziergänge im nahen Naturpark haben uns sehr gefallen. Das Hotel ist als Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungen gut geeignet. Mit dem Auto kann man viele kleinere Strände erreichen. An 5 Tagen der Woche stört die Lautstärke des angrenzenden Restaurants. Mit Öhrstöpseln haben wir aber sehr gut geschlafen.

• Maxim (4/5): - Personal war immer fleißig. Beim Frühstück war er es immer sehr laut und gab immer „Gerangel“. Die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption („J“) war eine extrem unhöfliche, nicht serviceorientierte und arrogante Persönlichkeit - sowas habe ich noch nie irgendwo erlebt - ging gar nicht. Wir haben uns von Beginn an von ihr nicht willkommen gefühlt, erst als die stlv. Direktorin erschien war er wie es sein sollte. Andere Kollegen waren immer zuvorkommend und höflich.
• Felipe (9/5): Good overall. I would stay at this hotel again - I liked that the hotel had live music every other day and that it was well-maintained. The rooms and breakfast were good. Some of the staff could be kinder. I had great experiences with some, but a couple of others could be more friendly.

• Heidrun (8/5): - Bei nächtlicher Ankunft bekamen wir trotzdem noch eine Kleinigkeit zum Essen. Personal durchweg sehr freundlich. Sehr ruhige Gegend und trotzdem ist das Zentrum zu Fuß erreichbar. Entgegen den Bewertungen fanden wir das Essen eher mittelmäßig. Vieles aus der Dose auch die Auswahl fanden wir eher durchschnittlich. Das Zimmer war okay aber ohne Schnickschnack. Der Safe musste extra gemietet und bezahlt werden! Das Bad klein und die Toilette für Menschen mit normaler Statue kaum zu nutzen. Sehr angenehm der kostenlose Parkplatz vom Hotel, wir hatten immer Glück. Auf der Straße kann aber auch ohne Probleme geparkt werden. Die Frühstücks- und Essenszeiten entsprechen nicht einem Urlaubshotel 07:45 - 10:15 Uhr wer ist auf diese Zeit gekommen. Alles in Allem würden wir das Hotel nicht mehr buchen.
• Mandy (8/5): - Die Lage zum Strand ist mega. Das Frühstück ist gut, es gibt alles, was man sich so wünscht. Es gibt nicht wirklich was zu bemängeln. Einzig, dass man bei sehr zeitiger Abreise keinen Snack mitnehmen darf. Man muss im Hotel essen und trinken - ich meine, wer will schon um drei Uhr nachts essen? Das geht sicher besser (andere Hotels können es auch). Aber das hält nicht davon, nochmal wieder zu kommen.

Everything was clean and well put together. We had a terrace with just the right size and we could see the sea from there. The beach was 50m away or so. The staff was friendly and super-helpful. The rooms were acoustically isolated and the hotel was in a very chill area. There were a lot of free parking spaces near the hotel. The pool water was icy.

No smile among personal. Starting from reception. When we arrived she did not even said welcome! Also looked in our passports and told her colleague my baby's name. GDPR (personal information). I think that is problematic. Toni the waiter was really arrogant all 10 nights. It was clearly a problem that we had a baby with us which took more cleaning for him. Bumbed in to me with the service-table a few times. Had nearly lost my plate with food. Never tried that before. Aircon at restaurant made our baby sick. 90% german at hotel. Ok for us, but expect that all talks german to you. Terrible noise from the nearby hotel and their entertainment spoiling seaview in the evening from 20-23.. Manager never smiled

• Jan (8/5): Mycket rent, men extremt lyhört och kasst wifi - Mycket rent hotell. Luktar till och med rent. Sköna sängar. Dock VÄLDIGT lyhört, så när städerskorna började städa tidigt på morgonen, skjuva på sängar för att städa under dem, så vaknade man. Värdelöst wifi, gick ibland inte att ladda sidor när man googlade. Frukosten stängde redan kl 10.15, lite tidigt enligt vårt tycke när man har semester. Passar dock om man väckts tidigt av städerskorna… Gillar man sen kvällsunderhållning är detta ett ställe att vara på, då musiker spelade varannan kväll, annars välj ett annat ställe.

• Nikolett (9/5): Superb - nice and very clean hotel, with delicious breakfast and dinner, nice staff. If you close the balcon door, it is very quiet, you cannot hear the neighbour. location is very quiet, far from every main attraction on Mallorca. Car is a must. There is small beach near to the hotel, but if you want to go to the big beach of the Alcudian bay, it is 2 km far away. Even if you would like to go for a shopping in the evening, or to a restaurant it is 1,5 km.

• Frosted7790 (7/5): A fairly pleasant stay - The hotel is located in a quieter area which spares you from the downtown hecticness. You are literally only 2 minutes away from the seafront promenade. The staff is very friendly and helpful in giving you local guidance in getting around. Rooms could be better soundproofed. Ours was close to the lift and you can always hear people chattering in the hallway. We had the luck to neighbour a family with a crying child so that was unfortunately our daily morning call… A mini-fridge in the room would have been helpful given the summer heat but you have the vending machine on some floors.

• Juliana (8/5): Great hotel - The room view for the mountain and beach was amazing, the structure of the hotel was great, there was variety of food in the breakfast and dinner, and also the room was spacious and cleaned. There wasn’t air conditioning in the room, just ventilation so we had to sleep with the balcony door opened. The car parking was pretty small, so probably you may need parking on the street. The TV channels were in german and it couldn’t be changed, it was annoying.

• Agnieszka (9/5): Great stay - Great service, clean rooms, very nice sea view, tasty breakfasts. Good location - quiet, about 20-minute walk to Can Picafort centre, close to Son Baulo beach. Shops and restaurants nearby, bus stop about 200 m from the hotel.

• Timothy (8/5): Clean, freshly renovated apartment - The apartment was quiet and fairly spacious and freshly and tastefully decorated - practical rather than cozy, but very clean and orderly. The balcony was also a generous size. Fridge, electric kettle, toaster, microwave etc all in good working order. The apartment was cleaned and fresh towels provided every day. The breakfast staff were friendly and very efficient, clearing up used plates, refilling the buffet and resetting tables with fresh cloths. Free on-street parking easy to find very close to the apartment. Good supply of light and warmer bedding with extra pillows available on demand.. We booked with breakfast: a mistake for us. Buffet in a very large hall across the street in the main hotel with a lot of people scoffing a wide variety of uninspiring food. We both tested positive for Corona on our return and suspect that's where we caught it. I wished we'd cooked for ourselves or spent a few more Euros for individually cooked food somewhere outside. The apartment kitchen had nothing to wash up or dry with, and the cleaners didn't touch any used crockery. We would have liked a teapot and/or a French Press. Tea made with the desalinated(?) tapwater was not nice. The new, thick foam mattresses were surprisingly good at provoking our aches and pains (pensioner's complaint!) The ground floor apartment was rather gloomy. We would ask for one higher up if we stayed here again.

• B. (8/5): Very good - The hotel is situated perfectly, close to authentic restaurants and a beach. Rooms are very clean and kept clean thanks to the cleaning staff! The breakfast is also very well done, lots to choose from and all very tasty. There were also plenty of free parking options available around the hotel. Hotel is very 'German', reception wil greet you in German even if you're not German. They also seemed a bit lifeless at times but maybe that's because we don't speak German :).

Intetesting Parks. - We stayed in a 1 bedroomed property as part of the complex which was across the road from the hotel so we had the benefit of a small complex but use of all facilities. The property was very clean. We did request a kettle and it was provided to us. There was housekeeping every day and clean towels if needed. We were half board and the food at the hotel was the nicest and freshest we have ever experienced in a Hotel and is better than most 4 star Hotels. The choice at the evening meal was varied and always nice fresh vegetables and fruit. The staff were very nice and helpful. As we were leaving late on our check out day they held our luggage, gave us a hotel room for 30 minutes in the evening to shower and change. We therefore saw a hotel room which while lovely was on the small side so our next visit will definitely be to go to one of the apartments. We rented bikes 3 days and there are several cycle tracks. The area where the Hotel Vista Park is is on the outskirts of Can Picafort and nice and quiet. Nothing

• Rares (8/5): Very good - nice location. clean. good Breakfast one our last day we had an early flight so I asked one day before if we could get breakfast to take away. they told me it was ok, so. on out last day they wouldn’t allow me to take away tha sandwich that I prepared in the breakfast room, . I didn’t eat breakfast, I just wanted to take away the sandwich. the guy at reception was rude and unprofessional and the problem is that they also don’t speak English. they speak directly German to you. this is also disappointing for me.

• Mihaela (9/5): Great choice (and services) for the money - Great hotel, exceptionally clean with nicely decorated rooms, a lovely pool and good food. We received a lovely sea view room on the second floor, even though we had booked one without a sea view. It was slightly on the smaller side, but we managed to make it work, even with a baby cot inside. We had half board and it was a good choice, as the food is quite varied, it changes every day at dinner and is very tasty, There is something for everyone and every taste. The room was pretty quiet and we couldn't really hear the music which entertained the guests at the pool every night. The location is ok, as for a few days we used the bus to get to Playa de Muro/Alcudia. The bus station is 3 mins walking away and the buses are frequent - every 12-15 mins. There were some negatives (listed below), but I would definitely recommend this hotel, as the price/quality ratio is really good. The Wi-Fi was awful and the lack of a minifridge in the room when the temperatures are soaring is a big minus. I get the business idea behind this, but we traveled with a baby and consumed great amounts of water. Not being able to stock up on water was a big problem. Also, at dinner, at least we should be able to get water from the machines for free,. We felt that when we weren't ordering drinks at dinner, some of the staff members hid away their usually friendly faces. The hotel parking lot is pretty small and sometimes it was difficult to find a spot on the street to park our car, especially when we returned late at the hotel. It depends on what you prefer, but Son Baulo beach, which is 5 mins walking from the hotel, was definitely not to our taste. The water looked a bit murky and there were moderate to big waves when we were there. We prefer calmer blue/turquoise waters.
• Anonymous (7/5): Good - Lovely room with large balcony. Good food, safe pool and generally a comfortable hotel. No toiletries or tissues in room. No tea making facilities and safe in room. More umbrellas needed by the pool.
• Heike (9/5): It was definitely the best deal to find in this area for the price. - The hotel is recently renovated, and everything looks and feels new and neat. I especially recommend it if you use a rental car because it is relatively easy to find a parking spot around and well located to move to other places. The breakfast is plentyfull with a lot of choices and freshly made food. It can become pretty crowded during breakfast in the breakfast hall.
• Juliana (9/5): Superb - Excellent breakfast and dinner, very good facilities, nice and big rooms with an amazing balcony. The reception staff was not friendly, and the host at the entrance of the restaurant was unfriendly and even rude sometimes. The parking was always full and we had to park the car on the streets losing time to find parking. At night we could only buy water from a machine and it was unavailable.

• Katja (10/5): - Hotel ist super gelegen nur 4 min vom Strand entfernt. Zimmer sind sauber und werden täglich gereinigt. Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und wurde auch bis zum Ende immer wieder ausgefüllt. Parkplatz vorhanden aber zu klein so dass wir immer auf der Straße standen. Gelegen etwas ruhiger aber 15 min auf der Promenade und man ist im Trubel Abends.

Demi-pension: buffet excellent très garni et bien varié, sauf petit bémol pour les desserts. Les boissons du dîner sont en supplément. En bref, nous sommes ravis de notre séjour dans cet hôtel.

Winkels en strand/ boulevard vlakbij. Adres klopt NIET. Straatnaam moet zijn Avenida Romani in plaats van Avenida Romero!!! Met TomTom anders niet te vinden, tenzij je HotelVista Park intoetst.
