- slinkard (10/5): Wonderful stay in a first class, five star hotel with an awesome food service and staff. - Wonderful, classic luxury. The room, the hotel lobby, the restaurant and the staff were all five stars. Breakfast with the choice of three items from the extensive menu was especially delightful. Cocktails, wines and dinners were likewise. All of the staff were also exceptional. We will return again some day. That I couldn’t stay longer…….

O tom že sa ma čašník ani nespýtal ako chcem upiecť steak ani nehovorím

Grande attenzione al cliente da parte di tutto il personale, dalla reception al ristorante, situato al settimo piano con vista sulla città e con ottima qualità culinaria non solo moldava. La colazione viene servita al tavolo ed offre un elevato numero di sublimi soluzioni continentali ben eseguite e ben presentate, abbondanti e totalmente soddisfacenti. Bisognerebbe ampliare il parcheggio perché nel fine settimana l'albergo non riesce sempre ad accontentare tutti i clienti vista la grande richiesta da parte di chi arriva soprattutto dall'Ucraina e dalla Romania per il weekend.

- Diana (10/5): Escapadă memorabilă cu servicii impecabile - Am avut o experiență absolut minunată la acest hotel! Totul a fost la nivel de luxury 5 stele, iar atenția la detalii ne-a impresionat din prima clipă. Un gest care ne-a cucerit a fost faptul că au ținut cont de sărbătoarea noastră — aceste mici detalii fac diferența și arată cât de mult le pasă de oaspeți. SPA-ul este excelent, perfect pentru relaxare totală, cu servicii de înaltă calitate și o atmosferă rafinată. Iar micul dejun… pur și simplu mega perfect! Servit la ultimul etaj, cu o priveliște superbă asupra orașului, a fost o adevărată plăcere. Deservirea impecabilă a completat perfect această experiență. Recomand cu toată încrederea acest hotel pentru o escapadă specială sau o ocazie importantă. Cu siguranță vom reveni!

- Gavin (7/5): - The room was very nice and comfortable, the breakfast was good . The spa was good but very difficult to get a slot . The staff were attentive and very good . Good location. The room on arrival was like a furnace although I was moved. The spa has limited access and is payable , the lobby is a little underwhelming and there is not much to do in the hotel . I think its expensive for what it is .
- Nomad61783835203 (6/5): Nice central hotel - Firstly when I arrived at the nobil I found the lobby very underwhelming. The staff are very friendly and do a really good job . I checked into my room which wasn't cheap by any standard. It was unbearably hot , I opened a window but this didn't help . I decided I couldn't possible sleep in a room this hot , I mean it was so hot all the chocolate bars where floppy and melted. I went down to reception and the kind young man found me a more suitable room ( which was very nice ) . Breakfast was good , its a la carte and if you are a guest you have 3 choices of food and 3 drinks. This was more than enough for me and the service was very attentive . The quality of food was also good . We had some drinks one day at the bar , we were the only people there. We had a cheese board which was good , larger served from cans which is a bit rubbish for a 5 star hotel. I would of loved to have used the spa facilities more but unfortunately they are exclusive . Basically you have to pre book and you have them to yourself , they are also chargeable ( 25 euros ph something like that) . The first half hour is free if you are a guest . On the whole nice classic hotel , decent food , spa is very nice ( if you can get in ) . Would I stay here again? Probably not given the price difference between other hotels without spa access.

На рецепшене при 5 звездах надо бы и более тактичными

We were not informed that a reservation was required for the jacuzzi and sauna, and after about 20 minutes we were asked to leave because the area was reserved. My room to get to, had a bunch of steps to climb and then go down.. a little rough at 3am with a big luggage.. but that was a minor issue.. highly recommend if you want a fabulous Moldovian experience!
