- Verified traveler (4/5): Terrible service to multiple time returning guest - I stayed multiple times at this motel at regular business trips in Taichung and was always very satisfied before. However, this time the experience was not acceptable for multiple reasons at once. When checking in late after a busy workday, the build-in speakersystem of the room had a defect and there was a constant static noise despite being turned off. I had to go downstairs to get maintenance help who disconnected the speakers, but causing an uncomfortable loss of valuable sleeping time after a tiring day. There was no apology nor change of the room to make up for this. Secondly, at check-in the reception announced that breakfast will be delivered to the room, as the buffet being closed due to the Covid pandemic. Yet, in the morning no breakfast was brought to the room. When I complained about the missing breakfast, I was told it is not being included in my rate. After I showed the booking remark "including breakfast", I was told there is no breakfast offered at all at this time, which contradicts the staff notice at check-in and also goes against the booking reservation as advertised online. Again there was no effort from the hotel staff to make up for this inconvenience.

- Dana (4/5): 許多問題可在可善 - 晚上剛到會館告知是沒有車庫的房型，要有車庫房型需額外加1000元，晚上11點多KTV房聲音有人開門，聲音超大聲，隔音很差，當天晚上凌晨3點多房務整理房間，不知道為什麼一直有拖重物的聲音，房務聊天聲音也非常大，房內也聽得很清楚。

- YUI (8/5): 素敵なんだけど… - 私自身日本人なので、もし英語も中国語も出来ない方であればあまりオススメはしないです。互いに片言の英語でやり取り出来る程度です。 英語が出来る方であれば大丈夫だと思います。 お部屋も設備も問題ありません。 ただ、お部屋にコンドームとか置いてあるのが気になりました。不必要でした。
