• juanchogt (5/5): Caro para lo que uno recibe... - El Staff muy amable, la ubicación esta bien. El hotel esta en un lugar muy centrico lo cual es conveniente. El personal es bastante atento y amable. El precio con relación a las instalaciones me parece caro se ve viejo y descuidado, aunque si le hacen limpieza. los muebles se ven descuidados, por ejemplo las salas tienen sillones viejos, sucios y manchados. las instalaciones se ven desordenadas con cajas en recepcion y en distintas areas. Se nota que es un hotel que llevan años que no le invierten... Las camas tienen colchones muy viejos igual que las almohadas. las instalaciones en general necesitan mantenimiento. la presion del agua es muy debil

• Dr. Wolfgang G. (9/5): Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. - Die ruhige Lage, der geräumige Innenhof. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das freundliche Personal. Sehr zuvorkommend! Es gibt einiges, das modernisiert werden könnte.

L'habitació que et mostren a les foto suposo que es van fer quan va obrir l'hotel i des de llavors no s'hi ha fet cap manteniment.. Tant l'habitació com el bany com a mínim necessitarien una mica de pintura, doncs estava tot molt decrèpit.

• Nathan (5/5): Tired and in need of some TLC - We went back as I’d stayed over 30 years ago Sadly nothing much has changed in 30 years - the property was tired and in need of updating. The pool was dirty and unusable - I don’t feel it should be advertised as having a pool
• Fatima (4/5): Warning they will cancel your reservation last minute - The courtyard is nice. I reserved 2 nights and the property called me to say that they were overbooked and that it was an error that Booking allowed me to reserve 2 nights. They canceled one of the two nights and I had to find a hotel last minute. While I was at the hotel I witness the front desk person overbooked a party of 4 for extra nights. So at that point I knew someone else was going to get the same call I received. Don't book this hotel unless you have a back up plan for your stay.

El desayuno estuvo delicioso. La atención a los detalles, principalmente dentro de la habitación, puede mejorar, no afecta profundamente la experiencia pero puede potenciarla.

• Aristides (5/5): No trills or excitement. My stay was fair and the neighborhood is safe and walkable. - The breakfas was good and the restaurant staff was great. Salvadoran Traditinal breakfast with eggs, refri beans, plantain and bread. Coffee was good and a basic meal to start your day. El Salvador is hot and humid in June. I would have hopped that the pool was in a state that was usable. on the contrary it was dirty and looked like it needed chimicals and a good cleaning to get the water prepared for usage. There was construcion going next to the hotel so it was a bit noisy after 8AM.

• Caroline (9/5): Highly recommend - A very pleasant hotel with a lovely garden and a big pool. The location is in a nice part of the city, near the Hilton which is a location for tour pick ups—but it is very far from the old town where most of the tourist sites are. 15 min walk to big, modern supermarket. Fridge in the room. Good breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff. Far from city center.

• Felix (9/5): Super friendly Staff !!!! - Breakfast was very good but a second choice of meal would be a good idea for the continental breakfast. A lot of noise in the halls and doors slamming were the only thing I would suggest to improve.
• Yevgeniy (10/5): An excellent place to stay - Very comfortable; all plumbing is in good repair. I was able to swim in the pool early in the morning. A very good breakfast (included) and an inexpensive restaurant with an excellent kitchen, if you want to have dinner there. Staff are super friendly and accommodating. Well worth the money. Lights in the courtyard are on all night. Curtains help somewhat, but you can't make the room completely dark.
