Guest Reviews
- Gianna (1/5): It’s a closed ruin! - The place is shut down, boarded up, and fenced against trespassers. The place is non existent. It’s a ruin with boards covering all access and fenced off.
- Laurie (2/5): - We prepaid 3 nights, office was never open. Late checkin so they hid key under matt. No towels for 3 days, no blanket or bed spread just sheets. Rat poop, unplugged fishy fridge, room key only worked one day, maintenance man let us in riom 2nd night, would not re-key us, locked out 3rd day and night so had to get another hotel due to filled voicemail and no answer or response to texts, drugged people shouting on door steps - gratefully we never left belongings in the room or we would have not gotten them back. Worst place i have ever stayed.
- Wei Xia (2/5): - The room was dirty, smelled like sewage,
microwave dirty did not work, water leak in toilet. Could not get receptionist. Moved out in three days after being charged for two weeks. This hotel should be condemned. Called Expedia but got run around just like a hotel. Both hotel and Expedia screw their customers..
- Melinda (2/5): - I had a reservation and showed up a few minutes after 10pm. I tried to get someone to come to the night window for 30 min. while bums walked around, left and went to the restroom and tried for another 45min. Sat in the parking lot for 2 hours looking for another hotel, NOBODY ever came to the front. Several other guest were unable to check in as well. Terrible experience.
- William (10/5): - I got more than I expected
- Brijendra (1/5): Bad -
- Frank (2/5): - There was no one in the office to check us in. The office was locked. A man came around and said the owner had left on an errand. He then called and stated that they would not be back till 7am the next day. He stated he could let us into a room but needed a $250 security deposit but would not give us a receipt. In further checking about 90% of the rooms were condemned by the city of Tucson. We left and went to motel 6
- Morse (1/5): Bad -
- Emery (1/5): Bad -
- Kelsi (2/5): Overpriced and not clean environment - Not clean environment, rooms were filthy and outdated. Warning signs in the window "Do not fill vacancy" Outdated interior decor, not clean
Overpriced and no refund available

- Jason (1/5): I moved to multiple rooms with a new problem in each and bugs. Ones door wouldnt even close - How dangerous it was Everything and the bed bugs
- Haoche (3/5): Poor - It supposed to be nonsmoking room, but the room is smelly with cigarette odor.
- Levi (1/5): Bad - It was awful, I liked nothing. It was the most disgusting place that I have ever had the misfortune of paying money for. The staff is rude and lazy, the entire facility is falling apart, there aren't even shower heads in some of the rooms, jus water falling out of a rusty hole in the wall. On top of all that, there was a TWO HUNDRED FIFTY dollar "online booking deposit" that was never mentioned once, anywhere prior to arriving in person.
- Kameron (1/5): This is the worst hotel in the USA. Do not stay here. - This is the worst hotel to ever be posted. This needs to be shut down. Take it off your site. Everything. Nothing good about this place at all. Zero stars
- Manuel (1/5): i didn’t stay i left cause a/c didn’t work - nothing at all it was dirty and a/c didn’t work so i left
room smell like smoke
- Mike (2/5): Stay away from here. - The rooms are filthy. The one they gave us had no TV no shower curtain heater didn't work. Try to put us in another room and it smelled like cat piss. Found out that a lot of the rooms did not have TVs in them. Plus there are a lot of drug addicts running around the place.

- Huntley (2/5): Cheaper a block away, can’t be any worse. - Easy to find Cockroaches gallore! A/C quit. Officers staff not real friendly NOR helpful.
- Gene (1/5): Nasty ass hotel needs too be condemned immediately!!! - Honestly not a dame thing in this hotel was any good, there was nothing In the room's but a bed with really dirty sheets, and a chair, with an already clogged toilet and a broken a.c. unit, the staff also helped themselves into my room and went through my personal belongings aswell..!!!! (Rude) All of my entire stay was frankly unhygienic crap and I truly feel like this horrible property should be condemned as it in no was is worth the crazy amount of money that they charged me for a week, I was charged 313.00$ for a weeks time, I stayed a total of not even a whole 5 days and I couldn't do it anymore, I just left I have been fighting with booking.com for my refund over 2 weeks about with every single issue being used too slow play my refunds arrive being used bye booking.com, I've had enough, never ever stay here anyone,I'm warning you all!!!!!
- Ariana (10/5): Exceptional - The staff is caring and very empathetic. Toni is knowledgeable and great at her job. She not only is an outstanding employee but an amazing person. I was sceptable at first, after reading the reviews. If I had let the reviews sway my decision, I would of missed out on the wonderful staff. My room did not have roaches. It had a nice microwave, a mini fridge and a television. No one bothered me or harassed me in any kind of way. I was very comfortable.
- Jordan (2/5): - I have looked through four different rooms and all were dirty. The first had blood on the walls and floors, the other one had water damage and a broken ac unit on the floor, the second to last room had meth being smoked, final one had bed bugs.
- Tamara (1/5): Bad -
- Lucero (1/5): Bad - No TV. No microwave. No refrigerator. Filthy. one pillow. Bathroom is disgusting. Staff don't care.
Drugs, violence, police, prostitution.
- Melanie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rodriguez (1/5): That place sucks - Nothing I didn't like the fact that there were cockroaches. It was dirty it wasn't even ready
- Arthur (1/5): Uncomfortable - Nothing Druggies everywhere at one point some lady was trying to open my door in the middle of the night
- Lucero (1/5): Bad -
- Hernandez (8/5): Very good -
- Jose (10/5): Joy unexpectedly found - I was there for fun, thanks to my friend Tiffany she upgraded me to a senior executive room for nothing with towels & a private view. Good prices & always open for customers who have nowhere else to go even on the worst days. Great business thanks guys
- Kings (10/5): Exceptional -
- Miramontes (1/5): Bad - I had to check out day before because I felt unsafe I didn't like nun

- Lucero (1/5): Bad -
- Reginald (5/5): Passable -
- Dominique (1/5): Unsafe, unclean, shockingly unhygienic - Please don’t stay here it’s absolutely disgusting. You would be better off sleeping on the street. UNFIT FOR HUMAN HABITATION. Should be closed down, drug addicts and multiple shootings. CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN!!!!! Everything is filthy. There are no positives. Really is the pits of hell
- Winstead (10/5): Exceptional -
- Allan (2/5): Very poor - None Roaches and a lot of homeless people.
- Adela (1/5): Never staying here again - I liked nothing Everything including the crack heads
- Rene (1/5): So bad I didn’t even stat at an hour! - Nothing It was a run down disgusting slum more!
- Jimmy (1/5): Bad -
- Maxim (2/5): Very poor -
- Mathew (9/5): Superb -
- Kendall (6/5): - Had to stay because even though i paid for the protection it wouldnt allow me to cancel. There is only 1 bed, no blanket, no pillows, no tv, NO AIR CONDITIONER there is a board nailed over the spot where an air conditioner should be. The front desk also said they are having problem with their water so there probably wont be water all night and dont let me forget ppl in the next room smoking weed. 4 ppl 1 bed, not even the bare minimum of amenities or necessities. This cost almost $100? I am beyond upset. This room was for my daughter, son in law, and 2 grandsons who unexpectedly needed somewhere to stay tonight and instead of being comfortable they are traumatized .
- Rose (1/5): This place is so bad it might as well be skid road - Horrible facility Everything
- Ortiz (1/5): Don’t do it. Don’t do it. Without a doubt, don’t do it. - It was without a doubt the filthiest stay ever in any hotel. It was filthy and had roaches.
- Longenecker (1/5): Bad - Nothing Everything, no hot water for the entire stay, TV didn't work. Staff were rude.
- Linda (1/5): Bad - Absolutely nothing It was disgusting. Their pictures that they have on booking.com is a total fraud .
- Reynard (4/5): Definitely won’t be coming back and will never recommend this hotel to anyone - Nothing Drug addicts, roaches, no cable, no hot water,
- Jose (10/5): - Good for the price though
- Lydia (1/5): THE place is ripe for a horror movie filming. - Honestly there were very few redeeming qualities about this property other than their front line staff. They were friendly and doing the best they could with what they were working with. Owner needs to refurbish and possibly tear down this old structure and restart because the whole place is a mess that is hardly worth $25 per night much less the $79 that I paid. The stairs and 2nd floor walkway could probably use an inspection visit from OSHA. It is drooping and appears to be holding on for life. The door in the room we stayed in COULD NOT LOCK because it appears to have been kicked in at one point. The sink, toilet and tub are dirty and incredibly rusted out. The maid is NON existent. The Maintenance man could very possibly be a peeping Tom or voyeur. Think I am exaggerating? Visit for yourself, but don't stay too long.
- Shelly (4/5): Not comfortable - Tiffany at the front desk was really helpful and gave me a supposed upgrade. Everything about the room.
- Jared (10/5): - Helpful staff and close to stores and fast food .
- Demba (6/5): Pleasant -
- Steventheodora (1/5): Bad -
- Luis (1/5): Bad -
- Oscar (2/5): Very poor - Location Floor was noisi, I could hear a lot of noise, weed smeel got into the room and people knocking on my door. It fell just unsafe. Noisi bed, bad smell in the room when I got there.
- Jones (2/5): Bad experience and unsafe - Unsafe, locks in room were missing, lots of people yelling we left early
- Crystal (2/5): Don't waste your money - This hotel is the worst of the worst. Its filthy and in horrible condition. It honestly should be demolished. The room itself has no amenities let alone the peeled up flooring and gaps in the door. There are homeless and drug addicts crawling the place. You can smell the drugs as soon as you leave your room. NOT family friendly and would not recommend. I will never be staying there again.
- Marduk (10/5): - The staff are excellent, i had a problem with them.room.i was to be staying in. The cable was out and the entire side of the hotel was experiencing the same issue. They were gracious enough to let me stay in another room and even gave me an upgrade to better accomodations...
- Hayat (1/5): I will ask every business person not to stay in this hotel - No it's not place for decent people who travel for business purpose. I travel a lot for business. I have never seen bad. Stinky ,dirty ,Rude staff, Nothing working in Room No lights, No Fridge,No Microwave oven working . Had to wait two hours for another bed but no one brought it. So we had to leave hotel and paid again to stay somewhere else. And my payment to this hotel is gone.
Please remove this hotel from your booking listing. Because we trust booking. Com. Nothing was right in this hotel. From staff to facilities.
- Amanda (2/5): - The worst hotel I have ever seen in my life. Mold, fluids, rotting walls and doors.
- Sangram (10/5): - Excellent place!
- Lewis (2/5): Horrible service - It was horrible. They overbooked but the parking lot was empty. And our group ended up going to the casino and getting rooms there. Blessing in disguise.
- Suzanne (2/5): false pretense! - Upon inspection of the room, we refused completing the checking in process and left the property.
- Yuying (2/5): - it is so bad place, cannot stay, we left, but they didn’t refund.
- Tammie (2/5): Crack motel - This is a drug motel. The front desk lady was snorting meth while trying to check me in so I left. She told me the room I was supposed to be in but there were two people having sex in the em room and no electricity. I was physically assaulted by a meth head upon leaving there was also ground beef in the sink
- Verified traveler (2/5): Horrific - This hotel was not good at all, it was worse than terrible. Bad area, lots of bad activity around the place. The room was quite awful, very dirty, it smelled like dog urine and human urine, the bathroom was horrific, tub was very dirty and was peeling. This place needs to be shut down seriously. The health department needs to come there and see the conditions. Thats how bad it is. I slept in my car that night because the whole place had very bad conditions. I would never recommend this place Ever.
- Zhdanov (1/5): Bad - There are cockroaches in the room, and rats scratch at night, making it impossible to sleep. There was no door to the bathroom. There were no covers on the bed, no towels. The TV is not connected to the antenna. The bed creaks very much. There was no trash can. There were drug addicts near the room. And in the morning 5 police cars arrived. I couldn't spend the night in this room and had to sleep in my car in the parking lot in front of the hotel.
- Frank (2/5): - Got there to check in and peoples room keys not working. Front desk was asking guest to look at room before paying because rooms are missing tvs and other amenities.
- Jeff (4/5): it was ok - no fridge no tv no microwave
- Francisco (2/5): - As soon as I arrived I noticed that everything was so wrong, the main door did not close, there was a broomstick to close the windows, weird notes on the door, we did tell the hotel, the staff threatened us they told us it’s our problem, they also told us to call the police if we did not like it, and the WORTS part was that Expedia couldn’t help us to get our money back, I’m so disappointed.
- Andrew (8/5): I needed a place to sleep while visiting some friends in Tucson. This place gave me exactly what I needed with a friendl - Closely located to airport and near numerous restaurants and convenient stores some of which are opened 24 hours. Newly renovated clean and comfortable rooms. The front desk manager, Tiffany was awesome—-super friendly and accommodating. Parking lot was rather small. Would have liked more towels in the rooms.
- Charla (10/5): - Brandy a manager at Minsk is very helpful, professional, humble&kind! She was great wit my wife&myself. Now a days CUSTOMER SERVICE isn't a priority but we as CUSTOMERS know that it's probably still the MOST IMPORTANT especially when lodging or dining. For the $ it's a nice place to stay.ALSO they are currently upgradung all rooms with all new furniture etc .
- Jerry (2/5): - It felt like a scene from Breaking Bad...
- Austin (1/5): Zombie paradise - Nothing a place for zombies and drug addicts Nothing about the stay. Room was not ready till after 8pm even though check in at 3pm. It was dirty even though it had just been cleaned. Zombies wondering around all night long . Loud and couldn't sleep. Sheets even felt unclean. Felt very unsafe. Door locks not properly maintained.
- Jimmy (8/5): Very good - Nothing to be honest Hardly any lights worked in room. Barely any hot water more Luke warm if call it that tv didn't work.. Heater was in bad shape. For the price would have expected more of it to be good
- Aman (1/5): will never stay at this property in my life - nothing Run down situation in the washroom. Police showed up at the property early in the morning. People walking on the floor could shake the entire room and you cannot get a nice sleep. This hotel is right by the highway, and I had to put the earplugs but woke up 3-4 during the night. The office lady did offer to look at the room, but I refused, thinking that Priceline pictures wouldn't lie
- Mariah (6/5): - They are very chill about guests and noise. Lots of homeless people and drug activity on the property. But usually inside the rooms.
- Ramona (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ramona (10/5): Exceptional -
- Karina (2/5): - The worst hotel I’ve ever seen, I went to see the room and I left immediately! They refused to reimburse me, very rude staff
DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY!!
- Shayne (1/5): Bad -
- Amy (10/5): Exceptional - The staff was friendly and helpful. Tiffany was very helpful and understanding, the cleaning staff, Anna and Nicole,
Andy in maintenance, were helpful, friendly people.
- Gabby (10/5): Exceptional -
- Brain (10/5): Exceptional -
- Frederick (1/5): Bad -
- Mcclure (3/5): Poor - No comment. I didn't like the rooms being tremendously dirty. I booked the room for 6 days. The charge was way more than what it was worth. They got me in a room that had no LCD TV so I got them to switch me rooms. These rooms are disgustingly dirty. I had to purchase my own cleaning products. I bought bleach, a steam mop, and rubbing alcohol. The beds had no comforter. The sheets were stained, and the microwave didn't work.. I informed the staff of this problem but they failed to fix it.
