• April (7/5): Overall a good stay but would not stay again - The location was central and great to be close to Duval and places to eat. Walkable around Key West. Loud since off Duval. Apartment had great space and was comfortable. Did have parking but it was super tight and hard to get in and out of and is first come first serve and was taken the last day of our stay. The shower was awful. It had low flow and did not get very hot, it stayed lukewarm. The TV did not work, it just blinked the whole time. It felt it was really expensive for what it was but possibly worse since last minute booking.

• VERONICA (10/5): Key west é’ veramente un paradiso vale la pena di visitarla - Appartamento spazioso con cucina con tutti gli accessori, macchina del caffè attrezzata. Ampio frigo Pulitissimo e profumato. Bagno abbastanza grande con più asciugamani per persona. Ottima posizione in pochissimo si raggiunge la via principale duval street a piedi. Quando siamo arrivati il parcheggio era occupato per fortuna siamo riusciti a parcheggiare comunque vicino all’appartamento. Nella via ci sono tante macchine parcheggiate se non si trova parcheggio bisogna girare un po’. Comunicazione con lo staff ho fatto più volte una domanda alla quale non mi hanno mai risposto nonostante avessi sollecitato la risposta.

• Daniel (7/5): For our one night stay in Key West, Old Town Suites was exactly what we needed. - The location and spaciousness of our room couldn't be beat. It was right in the center of everything with easy access to bars, restaruants, and sights. It was a great size for our family of four (adults). The suite also had fun decoration and felt very homey instead of a sterile hotel feel. It was also quite affordable considering the location, space, and last-minute nature of our booking. The room was also fairly clean, and the staff was fairly accessible via chat unlike other reviews of the property. The location was great, but that did mean it was slightly noisy. I live in NYC so it was tolerable for me with a little white noise playing in the background to muffle it out. The beds were also a little uncomfortable, but not bad enough to completely ruin my night of sleep. The room could've been a little cleaner (dust in crevices, etc.), but was hardly enough to gross me out or feel dirty.
• Hermann (6/5): Top Lage und ruhiger Aufenthalt, aber Parkplatzproblem - Die Lage der Unterkunft ist hervorragend. Nur wenige Schritte entfernt befindet sich die Duval Street, wo sich das Nachtleben abspielt – ideal für alle, die zentral wohnen möchten. Die Wohnung selbst ist in einem guten Zustand und modern eingerichtet. Insgesamt macht sie einen gepflegten Eindruck. Trotz der zentralen Lage hatten wir keinerlei Probleme mit Lärm, was in anderen Bewertungen teilweise anders dargestellt wird. Die Treppe zur Wohnung ist mit Gepäck zwar etwas mühsam zu bewältigen, aber grundsätzlich machbar. Ein absolutes No-Go ist die Angabe „Parkplatz inbegriffen“. In der Praxis gibt es jedoch keine garantierten Parkplätze. Wer zu spät ankommt, hat keine Chance mehr auf einen Stellplatz und muss auf öffentliche Parkmöglichkeiten ausweichen. In unserem Fall bedeutete das zusätzliche Kosten von 140 Dollar für eine Nacht. Eine solche Angabe ist aus unserer Sicht irreführend und seitens des Vermieters nicht akzeptabel, wenn tatsächlich kein Parkplatz sichergestellt werden kann. Zudem ist die Unterkunft realistisch nur für vier Personen wirklich komfortabel geeignet. Zwar wird auf Booking angegeben, dass für die fünfte Person eine Schlafcouch zur Verfügung steht, jedoch ist diese nur eingeschränkt bequem und für einen längeren Aufenthalt wenig geeignet.

Housekeeper available for restocking towels, TP, etc. Great location. Close to everything. Cuban restaurant below apartment was absolutely amazing. AC worked well. Weren't allowed to set below 72 degrees, but we were very comfortable and cool at this temperature. Good communication from owners the week prior to our stay and at the end of our stay. We were allowed to check out, but still leave our suitcases in the room, while the housekeepers cleaned the apartment, since our flights weren't for hours later, enabling us to go eat, and do last minute shopping without lugging our luggage around. Wifi came in and out. A few nights could hear music from below and noise from the street. The people staying in the apartment next door that shares a wall with our apartment, stayed up late and walls are thin, so we could hear their conversations when we were trying to sleep a few nights. There isn't an oven but we already knew that, but would be nice to have an oven, not just a stove top. I was nervous about payment and confirmation, because my credit card wasn't charged until one week prior to our trip, which wasn't a problem, just worried me things might get cancelled last minute. Slow communication from owners initially, but everything worked out in the end and they were very responsive once it was time for our trip.

• JOSEPH (7/5): Great for 4 people and wonderful location. - The location was great, 1 block from Duval Street and across the street from a scooter and golfcart rental. I was glad to get 1 of the 2 parking spaces for 4 units to use. the 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and clean. some issues like lights and water heater, but that was addressed with the management and fixed. Internet tv streaming was a bit spotty, but Xfinity cable worked just fine.

• Goransson (1/5): The worst place I’ve ever stayed at - I did not like anything about the experience staying here The parking sucked. But the biggest disappointment was the room. Our whole room was infested by buggs and termites. There was flys on the floors, small crawlers on the beds, and a dead worm on the living room table as well as bedbugs on the beds. When we contacted the facility they did not answer and then when they eventually did, they said that we have to change the sheets ourselves and that there is nothing they can do. We tried to contact booking and they didn’t do anything about it either. We then slept on the couches but still got bitten by bedbugs. I had an allergic reaction and had to go to the doctor and neither booking or the hotel did anything about it nor gave us our money back. Our whole vacation was ruined and the service was horrible. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay there. The situation it self was awful but can be rectified by the right action taken, like putting us in a different room or giving us our money back. But instead they want to put the blame on guests and not take any accountability for the situation. Completely unprofessional and disgusting behavior.
• Susanne (8/5): Für Key West ein sehr schönes Apartment mit 2 Schlafzimmern, abends kein Auto notwendig, um in die Innenstadt zu gelange - Großzügiges Apartment, nett eingerichtet, unmittelbar an Duvalstreet gelegen. Sauberkeit sehr gut, bis auf eine Ausnahme (siehe unten). Keine Spülmaschine in der Küche, einige Lampen funktionierten nicht, steile Treppe ist mit Koffern schwierig, in einem Schlafzimmer hatten wir Insekten auf dem Bett ( sahen aus wie fliegende Ameisen), ansonsten war alles sehr sauber.

• Hollingsworth (8/5): Great location - The apartment is nice. Everything was clean and neat. The kitchen had everything we needed. It is a very short walk to Duval Street so we didn't need to worry about moving our car. The beds are really firm and really noisy. This is not the fault of the rental company but the two parking spots available were both taken by some guy in a big truck who didn't know how to park.

The two small spots reserved for this building was blocked by a car parked on the road and didn’t move the entire time we were there. Should install/monitor a camera to alert you to this so you can remotely alert authorities when someone is parked illegally.

• Micaela Barbara (10/5): - Super espacioso, cocina amplia y bien equipada, habitaciones tambien espaciosas y baño completo con articulos de higiene para toda la estadia. Excelente ubicacion, a 1 cuadra de Duval st, 4 cuadras de Key West Butterfly conservatory y 90 miles to cuba point. A 10 cuadras de Mallory Square, nos gusto mucho la ubicacion para poder recorrer a pie y no mover el auto. El codigo de acceso al principio no funciono y los dueños solo aceptan mensajes. Por suertw lo pudimos solucionar rapido con la chica de limpieza que se encontraba en el lugar.

Walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. when we got to the property the front door lock was functioning but the door jam and framing around the lock was not intact and the door wouldn't lock successfully; the dead bolt would engage but if you were on the outside you could just pull it open while it's locked.

Only spent one night I had a friend they came spending the night he left because of the bug situation I should’ve left also because I got bed bug bites all over me my Service dog was itching. I had to throw some of my stuff away because of the bedbugs. Had to clean everything and D bedbug everything. Worst experience I ever had on booking.com the manager is horrendous she’s so used to ripping people off. I would Google it and don’t listen to booking.com

• Chris (9/5): Hopefully this review will provide useful information for anyone looking to book! - Gorgeous and well appointed cottage right in the centre of town - precisely where you need to be for Key West. Great value for money too. The cottage had a huge king-bed, en suite bathroom, kitchen, dining area and large lounge. There’s also good WiFi, a lovely porch and parking right outside the home. Across the road is a CVS for all the essentials (don’t go to the expensive little grocery store which charges tourists more!), also across the road is a bike hire place and a Cuban cafe next door. Duval Street is on the other side of the block, and the amazing waterfront is 15 minutes walk. You can also benefit from the little beach at the southernmost point which is less than 10 minutes walk from the cottage. Only constructive feedback is the communication from the owners wasn’t great - we didn’t get the door code until asking for it, and there’s very little information in the home so you have to do all your own research.

When reporting to owner was told nothing they could do, termite season and for us to keep windows and doors shut. They were never opened !! Left Will attempt to get our money back!!!

When we arrived, the cleaning staff was still in the room, even though we were told we could check in early at 3:30. In the end, we weren’t able to access the room until the regular check-in time—and even then, it wasn’t properly cleaned. The door code consistently jammed and didn’t work, forcing us to leave the door unlocked during our entire stay, which felt extremely unsafe. Additionally, we were only provided with half a roll of toilet paper for a four-day stay with three guests. Communication was also a major issue—the response time from the host was essentially nonexistent.
