- SHASHANK (4/5): Only suitable for a short transit. - The location is good The room was dirty and so was the bathroom. There was bad order including in the alleyways. The breakfast was very basic.

- Patrick (5/5): - Bed was great The windows do not keep out noise Early start people in the pool Made it impossible to sleep And the mosque calling was almost like just on my window area Very noisy But yes a lovely clean hotel with friendly staff Easy for taxi pick up and drop off But noises The sound dampening of the rooms Check out is midday So people may want to sleep up to that time and it’s not possible.

- KAMISAH (1/5): - We loved the room and found the hotel very pleasant overall. Some improvements are needed in the toilet, and the air conditioning was inconsistent and quite irritating at times. The room is next to the roadside, so it is kind of noisy. I would like to share feedback regarding our recent stay, which unfortunately involved several issues. We booked a deluxe room but were initially given a twin room, and staff insisted this was what we booked until I showed my confirmation. Although we were later upgraded to an executive room due to availability, the non-smoking room requested for my children was not honored, as it had already been given to other guests. We were then asked to move rooms the next day due to a regular guest’s booking, which caused unnecessary hassle, especially since it involved my children. Additionally, despite requesting a late checkout until 1:00 PM, housekeeping entered my daughters’ room without knocking or confirming first. This was very concerning and could have been dangerous; proper checks and knocking procedures should always be followed, especially for families with children. On a positive note, we appreciate the staff for keeping the cake my children left behind and arranging transport to the ferry terminal. However, providing a minivan instead of a car would be more convenient for families with luggage. Breakfast was acceptable but did not stand out. Please review guest booking details more carefully, particularly for families, to avoid similar situations in the future.

- Ilyas (10/5): A pleasant and comfortable stay with great service in a convenient location. - The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient for food and ferry access. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. N/A – everything was excellent!

- Ying (7/5): Good hotel near the harbor - Very near to harbor within a 10min walk, and easy to cab around to Nagoya / City Square areas. Reception staff are helpful. Breakfast buffet is simple but has all you need. Room is comfortable, clean, and we'll maintained. Just that the aircon is not very cold.

- Latipah (8/5): Very good - The breakfast was good, could be better if have sandwich and kuih-kuih. We did not know that have shuttle van from habour bay. We walk from habour bay to the hotel, take us about 15 mins.
