A ágy nagyon kényelmes mindig kipihenten keltem és szatén meg pamut ágynemű volt mikor aludtam olyan volt mind ha egy 5 csillagos szálloda luxus ágyában aludnék .Háziállatot lehet oda behozni. Mayámal utaztam oda (Maja az én cicám) bejárata az egész apartmant és volt egy erkélyes rész ahol kitudtunk ülni . Maja nagyon élvezte a kilátást . Város nézés közben macska táskában vittem lusta sétálni . Volt olyan mikor csak a teraszon voltunk és élveztük a kilátást. 5 percre volt a Taksim tér. .Személyzet nagyon kedvesek voltak .

We like this place as - it has a good value/price rate - it is close to Taksim (easy to reach any place) - it has good budget restaurants and groceries nearby - the staff is kind and helpful - we can store the luggage there after checking out They do not serve breakfast during summer months anymore There are many things to be fixed in the rooms

• Filipides42km (6/5): Cheap stay near the Taksim. - Excellent location, very good price, close to Taksim, metro and bus station. Good check out time. Nice places to eat on the same street. Would book again. 4th floor with no lift, but we did not need one. Well... since there were two of us and not partners and had only one blanket on the bed, we asked for another blanket. They could not provide it. We managed with three thicker sheets. The shower had one wall completely open, so there was a flood in bathroom everytime one of us took a shower. And a hair here or there, that wasn't ours. There was a balcony, but totally unusable, since it was dirty.

The place was very neat and clean, with a nice location conveniently next to marts and close to public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. Sarah, the owner, was wonderful. She was kind, helpful, and guided us completely about the city’s transport system and attractions, which made our trip much easier. There were also two staff members at the reception—one named Ibrahim and the other whose name I can’t recall—both of whom were extremely friendly and accommodating. As a Pakistani, I truly appreciate the hospitality and support shown by Sarah and the entire staff. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable! I highly recommend this residence to anyone visiting Istanbul.

• Gabriella (4/5): Not what we expected. - The position close to a subway station and restaurants. Breakfast not included, despite it was advertised before I booked. The sheets were not clean, didn’t smell fresh and had dirty bobbles. Once we came back tired after walking all day and our card didn’t work, si we couldn’t get into our room. No-one was at the desk, so I had to call and the guy said he was eating and would be back after finishing his meal. I picked this hotel based on good reviews, I can hardly believe that people were satisfied with their stay.

Because based on this we close the booking. - the hotel was close to Taksim Square in the booking it mentioned parking and there was none. The rooms were on the 3rd floor and there was no elevator. If I had known, I would not have booked the room because I had surgery on my legs and had a lot of difficulty

• Konstantinos (7/5): Central hotel with excellent staff and cleanliness but poor soundproofing - The hotel is located in a very central location. It was very clean and the staff was willing, polite, and helpful. The wifi signal was also relatively good. The water was always hot as well. On the negative side, I would mention that there was an excessive amount of noise during the night hours to an annoying degree both inside and outside the room, unfortunately.

• Leman (10/5): Exceptional - The hotel room was very comfortable and clean. It was also very safe. I was able to leave my personal belongings in the room easily. Rufet and İlkin were very nice, friendly, helpful, which is the most important factor for me. This is definitely the hotel I will stay at again. I would recommend it to everyone.
• Ilker (10/5): Exceptional - Especially stuff was very kind. Ilkin and I forgot the other’s name, they were always polite and asking if I need something or not. Location is 5 min to Taksim Square. The bad is comfortable to sleep for me.
• Kalai (1/5): It were a disappointment - It was very dirty. The rooms did not have an elevator that is the least of the disadvantages . I found hair in the sink and in the toilet and I easily completely disgusted. It was too hot and n the room and we felt like we couldn’t breath . You could hear loud noises from the road . The residence was near Taksim but we needed to climb a huge hill to reach there . The stuff was non existent, they didn’t know good English and when we were trying to find them we called them again again until the show up . Sometimes there was in the hotel the strong smell of cigarette.

• Anna (1/5): Not recommended - The hotel doesn't have its own parking. The parking listed on Booking.com as the nearest is quite unsafe. We had to search for a secure parking ourselves for several hours. I wanted to ask the hotel for assistance, but no one responded to the message. As a result, we were able to check into the room at 4 am. The unfriendly receptionist we encountered was named Rufat or Rafat (as we were told). He was rude and seemed displeased when we arrived, as he was sleeping. We waited for him for a long time. It turned out his terminal wasn't working, and he took a while to fix it. When we asked if the issue could be resolved quickly, considering our parking troubles, he bluntly said we didn't respect him and told us to go to our room and pay tomorrow. We left. The hotel's checkout time is 12-2 pm. At 10:30 am, someone knocked on our door, woke us up, and said we needed to leave because of room cleaning. We checked in at 4 am; why waking us up earlier than necessary anyway? I suspect that due to our extended parking search, the hotel informed Booking.com that we hadn't arrived. Perhaps it's easier for them than promptly reading messages. We paid for the room in the morning,with credit card (have confirmation from the bank) and left. As for the room, it does not fit the description: it is not clean or fresh,even towels and bath tube. One pair of sleepers were put on bed ib plastic packaging, while another one was unpacked and put near entrance, like someone forgot them. Honestly, I give such feedbacks very rarely, but this case was beyond my understanding. I would never recommend staying here anyone.

• ALIKI (8/5): Good choice - Our staying in Taksim Nacre Residence was quite good. The guys in reception were amazing, very polite and helpful. We stayed there for 6 days and we paid about 250€ (it was a good price if you think that we booked on last minute). First three days we stayed in -2, the room though was full of light, a little bit small but we hadn't any problem with this. The other days, the guys put us into a wonderful room in the second floor that we loved it. We loved it a lot the fact that we had hot water all day and very strong air condition. The hotel is almost five minutes walking from Taksim square, but you have to climb an uphill or some stairs, it's ok though, you do some gym ;-) ;-) Something that the owner should be more careful is the cleaning of the rooms. I noticed some small things that i didn't like so much. I think the cleaning lady of the hotel isn't so good and she should have to be more thorough with the cleaning of the rooms. In total our staying was good and in the future i believe that i will choose again this hotel.

Минус-нет лифта, подниматься на 4 этаж с чемоданом, огромная проблема, тк ширина лестницы помещает только 1 худого человека. Самый большой минус-это расположение, очень шумно ночью и ранним утром, тк находится на перекрёстке с площадью Таксим, и именно на этом перекрёстке ТОЧКА «девушек легкого поведения», плюс в этом районе проживают самые бедные слои населения и возвращаться поздним вечером страшно. Хозяин веселый, доброжелательный, персонал говорит на англ, русском. На 1-2 дня можно остановиться))
• Begaiym (4/5): - Room price did not match with room that I was given. Bathroom did not have shampoo, shower gel, working hair dryer, hotel staff did not provide these after asking. Breakfast place on 5th floor is not what I expected, or saw on pictures. On other days I skipped my breakfasts. The view was not very pleasant.
• Cagla (2/5): Einfach nur ekelhaft!!! - Ich habe dieses Hotel für 8 Tage gebucht. In den Zimmern, die uns zur Verfügung gestellt wurden waren überall Kakerlaken!!! Alles voller dreck, stinkt. Unfreundliche Chefin und Mitarbeiter. Wir standen 1 Stunde vor geschlossenen Türen, weil ein Mitarbeiter meinte während seiner Schicht schlafen zu müssen!!! Hotelfremde können einfach in das Hotel, weil die das Passwort kennen, mir dem man die Türen entriegeln können. Bitte bitte Bucht dieses Hotel nicht!!!!
• Recep (8/5): Gayet iyi. - Otel odası gayet temiz ve havası iyidi. Herşey temiz ve çalışır durumda. Banyo temiz ama biraz ufak bu da normal fiyatına göre. Odada bir iki ikram bulunması güzel. Konumu güzel ama bulunduğu ortam cadde çok hoş değil. Ama bu çok da etkilemiyor.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Reasonable price and service - Room was clean although there was a general smoke-y smell, maybe previous guests were smoking in the bathroom, hard to tell. The location is good for taksim area, the street is not very touristy with many local food shops. Hotel staff was very nice, especially the breakfast lady. We were staying there for a week and having the same breakfast plate every morning was slightly irritating though... Sometimes (not for too long) the electricity or water would cut off and we were told that it was a problem of the whole area. Also wi-fi was a coming and going and some devices (we had smartphones, tablets and a laptop) wouldn't connect for no apparent reason. Nice thing was that the towels were changed every day, our tea box and toiletries were refilled daily. Overall I would say 4/5. Reasonable price and location, nothing too fancy and good for a budget trip.

• Elizabeth (8/5): Great little find in Istanbul - The Nacre suited us perfectly for its central location & ease of access to Taksim Square with Metro & Funnicular on the doorstep. We were especially impressed with the friendly helpfulness of Ibrahim on the front desk: he met absolutely every request with a positive attitude and a smile. The street provides plenty of 'real' Istanbul culture - including street dancing during our stay. Breakfast was less than lavish and the call to prayer was close enough to ensure that early risers could see the dawn in.
• Verified traveler (6/5): - It's a good hotel for those looking for a cheap place to stay. The only problem is the neighbourhood, it seems like people do not sleep until early morning. Children keep playing on the streets until 1 AM !! If you can sleep in a noisy environment then I would recommend it.
