• Tatiana (10/5): - Отель удачно расположен в историческом центре, рядом остановки общественного транспорта. Заселили без проблем(у нас было позднее заселение). Номер чистый, сантехника работает. Вода горячая была. мы были в феврале, кондиционер на тепло работает. Предоставляют воду при заезде, тапочки. Персонал отличный. Под окнами трамвай, для кого то может быть шумно, он работает с 6 утра до 00 часов

• ALI ABDULBAKI (10/5): - Das Personal war außergewöhnlich nett und stets hilfsbereit. Bei jedem Problem wurde uns sofort geholfen, und wenn wir etwas benötigt haben, wurde es umgehend organisiert. Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend – innerhalb von nur fünf Minuten Fußweg kann man alles Wichtige erreichen. Die Zimmer sind groß, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. • natali (10/5): - Хочу начать свой отзыв с того, что мы в Стамбуле уже 5 раз и немного успели изучить отели. Данный отель находится в самом удобном на наш взгляд месте в 5 шагах от остановки трамвая Т1 и в 10 минутах от пристани Эминеню от куда отходят паромы, почти во все направления Стамбула. Район Сиркеджи. До всех достопримечательностей 5 минут прогулочным шагом. Район усыпан разными кафе, ресторанами, столовыми, и еще много заведений типа донеры(по нашему шаурма) сладости, кофейни и в 3 шагах даже Хафиз Мустафа есть кондитерская (кто был в Стамбуле меня поймет). Отель находится в самом центре этого района, отель не большой на каждом этаже всего один номер. Номер НЕ маленький, по Стамбульским меркам "огромный" кровать, прикроватные тумбочки большая софа, журнальный столик и туалетная комната. Мы жили в 106 номере на 6 этаже. Пастельное белье белоснежное (меняли 1 раз в 3 дня) уборка каждый день и девочка убиралась очень хорошо. Да, немного уставшая мебель, но в этом номере очень уютно, тепло, просторно. Ванна комната отличная, напор горячей воды супер... имеется лейка типа тропического душа, все принадлежности (мыло, шампунь, кондиционер ) все имеется. Рядом с отелем в 5 метрах обменник валюты ( с адекватными ценами) рядом есть отел с экскурсиями на любой вкус и кошелек. Ребята на ресепшене просто отличные.. Огромное им спасибо всегда с улыбкой, всегда вежливые, всегда помогут. Завтраки проходят в рядом стоящем отеле.. завтраки хорошие омлет, овощи, разновидности колбас, сладости, выпечки и т.д. Нам очень понравился этот отель. ---

• Nawal (4/5): لن تتكرر ابداااا - الغرف واسعه بعض الشي مقارنة بفنادق اسطنبول واشكر الموظف محمد على حسن التعامل اول وصولي لم تكن الغرف متاحه واضطررت للانتظار حتى تفرغ ، الغرف ليست نظيفه غبار واوساخ اسفل السرير ومفارش السرر قديمه ومهترئه ودورة المياه يوجد بها علب منظفات فارغه وعدم التجاوب من الموظف اميرهان لتبديلها والعامله المسؤوله عن تنظيف الغرف سيئه اخلاقاً ولاتريد ان تطلبها شي لتفعله ووجدنا مفتاح الحمام مكسور والمكيف التدفئه لايعمل يتم فصلها من الكنترول ولايتم تشغيلها حتى نطلب منهم ذلك بعد محاولات وبعد يومين تعطل قفل باب الغرفه وتم طلب تغيير الغرفه حتى يتم رد المصلح عليهم في اليوم التالي وجميع اغراضي الضروريه بالغرفه ورفضت ذلك بالاضافه لعدم تواجد موظف الاستقبال في الاستقبال في حال احتجت الى شي منهم يتم الاتصال به ولا يرد عليك وغير متواجد . اضف الى طرق باب الغرفه اخر الليل بدون وجود احد 🤷🏻 فندق حصل على تقييم عالي وهو على العكس من ذلك تجربه لن تتكرر ابدا ابدا 👎🏻

Le personnel était très chaleureux et accueillant. Un remerciement tout particulier à Muhammed, qui a fait preuve de beaucoup de bienveillance et de gentillesse. Rien de particulier, si ce n’est qu’un petit entretien des chambres et des équipements pourrait être envisagé.

The hotel is very safe, clean, quiet and cozy. The room is large with excellent bathrooms and showers. The receptionists are so polite, supportive and smile. Super fast wifi. • droppie07 (9/5): 재 방문 의사 백 퍼 - 위치가 너무 너무 좋습니다. 교통도 매우 편리합니다. 트램 역까지 도보 2분입니다. 최고라는 케밥 집이 있는 식당 거리?도 도보 2분, 공인 주류 판매 점도 도보 3분 거리에 두 개나 있습니다. 게다가 해외 관광객 상대인 바자가 아닌 로컬 인들이 더 많은 진짜? 바자도 도보 5 분 거리입니다. 교통이 좋은 위치라 소음을 걱정했지만 3중? 창 덕에 큰 소음 없이 조용히 잘 지냈습니다. 각 층에 객실이 한 개 씩 이라 옆 방 소음도 없습니다. 무엇보다도 동급? 호텔 중 객실이 제일 넓은 듯 합니다. 위치 만으로도 가성비 갑입니다. 호텔의 부대 시설이나 기타 설비? 보다는 오직 숙박 만을 위한다면 추천합니다. 재 방문 의사 백 퍼 입니다. 다른 부대 시설이 1도 없이 오직 숙박 그 자체에만 너무나 충실한 점 :)) 객실이 넓은 만큼 그에 맞는 테이블이 있었으면 더 좋았겠어요.

• Dzhumali (9/5): I had an amazing experience minus the noise. - The location is the best for traveling istanbul. As someone who goes there almost every year, the most central location is here. The staff were wonderful and the hotel overall was an amazing experience. We were awakened almost everyday to loud construction noises which isn't ideal when you're trying to catch up on sleep during vacation. The noises were loud enough to be from inside the hotel but upon asking the staff they said it was the building next door so I can't really blame them.
• Florent (10/5): Perfect stay, well located - Location : very central, near all main sites (10mn walking from Sainte Sophie, Citernes, Mosquée bleue...). Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Tramway and metro 1mn walking distance from the hotel! Room was big enough with partial View on the bosphorus! Staff was very friendly. We highly recommend this hotel. The ventilation of the bathroom was not working, would be nice to fix it to evacuate humidity. But nothing that bothered us

• Fatima (10/5): Fabulous - Great location, we booked the room with the balcony so it’s very spacious. A special thanks to Ensar who went out of his way to make our holiday a memorable one. He went the extra mile in helping us with whatever we needed always with a smile. The communication was also very good before we arrived. We arrived very early as we had an early flight, and he said if the room was not occupied he would give us an early check in which he did. He even offered us breakfast at one of their other hotels as this hotel doesn’t provide breakfast. So many thanks to Ensar we really appreciated all the help and advice you gave us. Nothing

L'emplacement est top Nous sommes arrivés très tard le soir et il n'y avait personne à l'accueil et nous n'avons pas pu entrer dans l'hôtel qui était fermé. Il a fallu qu'on se débrouille pour avoir de la connexion pour appeler le numéro de l'hôtel pour qu une personne vienne nous prendre en charge. Il nous a expliqué qu'à partir de 21heures il quittait l'hôtel pour faire l'accueil dans un autre hôtel

• Vladislav (10/5): - Отличное расположение, рядом все транспортные развязки. Верхний номер с терассой с красивым видом. В номере чисто, все работало. Номера убирали. На самом деле номерной фонд очень уставший, на фотографиях выглядит намного лучше, наверное фото старые. Персонал редко бывает на месте, как я понял они работают сразу на несколько таких отелей. Фактически это не отель как принято, респешена нет, это больше апартаменты.

Nous donner chaque jour des bouteilles d'eau c'était parfait Pas d'eau chaude le dernière jour Beaucoup de bruit : ascenseur, tramway? Prière et poir couronner le tout des travaux rendant la chambre insupportable en journée Istanbul est une ville où tous les avis google sont faux et où ils passent tout leur temps à essayer d'arnaquer les touristes. Je n'y remettrai jamais les pieds et pourtant j'ai voyage partou4 dans le monde depuis des décennies.

• JEONGMIN (10/5): 이스탄불 구도심숙박 좋아요. - 작은 호텔인데, 엘리베이터 있었고, 짐옮기는것 다 도와주셔서 매우 편했어요~ 스몰토크도 적당히 좋았고, 제가 요구하지 않아도 세심하게 잘 챙겨주셨어요. 시르케지역 20미터 거리라, 5시반에 출발하는 지방투어 예약했는데, 이동하기 매우 편했고, 그 새벽에 나가는데, 샌드위치2개와 자두 2개, 사과2개, 물2개 그리고 기념 파우치도 챙겨주셨어용~^^ 잘배웅해주셔서 감사했습니다. 다음에도 이스탄불에 올때 이용하고 싶습니다~^^ 바로앞에 트램이 지나가지만 소음은 심할정도 아니였고, 번화가에 있어서 오히려 늦게까지 관광이 가능할 것 같습니다. 공항버스 하바이스트 11번 300미터앞에 정류장있어요~ 숙소모습은 못찍었는데, 사진과 동일했어요~ 미리 매니저님의 연락처를 알았다면, 체크인시간을 잘 소통할 수 있었을텐데요~ 비행기연착으로 인한 제실수같아 좀 죄송했어요. 그럼에도 먼저 미안하다 말해주시고, 감사했습니다.

• Terrence (7/5): Nea Suites accommodated our needs - Breakfast was not included for us however there was an issue with minor shower flooding and we were offered another room that we did not need and a good free breakfast for two. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The only downside is we were next to the tram line on the second floor. Insulation was good however we come from a rural environment and it took a day to get used to the hustle and bustle of the city. One of the managers at the front desk Mahmoud, was very helpful as were others at the front desk. We had more exposure to Mahmoud. The staff we rate a 10! Overall experience of hotel we rate a 7. See above
• Jun (10/5): Excellent and convenient accommodation for visiting old city. - Excellent location within walking distance to all major attractions; Smooth communication, flexible check in time after midnight as our flight was late. Friendly staff was very helpful with arranging transfer between airport and hotel. Excellent house keeping. Excellent shower water pressure.

• Zhibek (10/5): Exceptional - Very good location, close to all infrastructure and touristic sights. Polite staff.
• Ergean (10/5): Great place to see Istanbul - Clean. Perfectly located to visit Istanbul. The guys at the reception are very helpful. The noise from the street is a bit too much at the 4th floor. Can't imagine how is at lower levels. It bothered us in the first night. But after the first night we where too tired to notice.

• Michael (7/5): Comfortable and great location.  - Situated in the old town, Istanbul. The property is very small. Each floor only has one room. Reception is on the first floor. You have to walk up quite a few steep steps to get to. It’s just a desk in the corridor. Very small lift operates between floors 1 and 6. It says one person only, but two people can squeeze in. The entrance opens onto the street with trams passing very close. The rooms are large with air-conditioning and heating which you can set to your preference. my room on floor 5 had a partial view of the waterfront. The bed was large and quite firm. There is also a large sofa bed which looked quite comfortable. You can hear traffic, but it’s not too intrusive. You are in the middle of town so it is to be expected. The trams stop about midnight and resume about 6am. They are very useful. You get a card and top up with money at Pay points near tram stops. The ensuite bathroom is clean and it has everything you need along with good water pressure in the shower. If Wi-Fi is important to you, it is very good. You are surrounded with great options for food and shopping. Average cost of a meal for one adult and three grown up children including drinks was about £75 - £100. For the price we paid, I can’t complain. Definitely not a hotel more like renting a room. Would recommend staying here if you are a couple or single traveller who wants to explore the old part of Istanbul. No pavement at the entrance. Winding steps from ground floor to reception area. Very small lift.
• Krystal (10/5): I cannot praise this accommodation enough!!!! - Booked here for my mum's birthday and they did not disappoint. I reached out to the front office manager Cihan and he offered to help plan a small surprise for her. On arrival, we were met by the receptionist Mahmud who was an absolute gem. There was nothing that we asked that was too much trouble for him. He was always really polite and greeted us warmly on our exits and returns. On my mum's birthday, he came up to our room with a lovely cake and we sang happy birthday. He was such a joy to be around. He helped carry our luggage up and down and on our leaving, he carried our luggage to the taxi. This hotel is situated in the perfect location in the old town. Everything is in close proximity - parks, metro and train stations, food restaurants, souvenir shops and if you want to see the main landmarks like the 2 x bazaars, main Mosques; they're all within 12 mins walk. Choose here and you will not be disappointed!
• Georgios (8/5): Very good - The location is amazing, close to all significant attractions. Thanks a lot to Mahmut for being so helpful and kind! We'll definitely look for this hotel again in our future stays in Istanbul. The hotel is in a somewhat noisy place. During night it's OK, but during daytime the noise from the car horns and trams does not stop. It's not unbearable and we slept nicely, but if absolute silence is important for someone I would suggest looking for another hotel.
• Robin (9/5): Ideal city centre room - Convenient location close to T1 tram and old city sights. Great bathroom and shower. Mahmut the concierge, was great; always available, always helpful and thoughtful.

• Malgorzata (10/5): Amazing host, great location and vibe of the place :) - Location Most amazing staff - Numan has proving to be a great host, great communication from booking to leaving after 4 day stay. He welcomed us, gave all details about our stay, arranged airport pick up and drop off, showed us amazing places to eat, exchange money always with a big smile on his face. The hairdryer stopped working after 2mins of using it and had to wait long time for it to start working again
• Laura (10/5): The perfect hotel to stay in when visiting Istanbul - Our stay in the hotel was amazing! The staff were extremely helpful and answered all our questions. The location was perfect, located right in the centre of old town which was great for visiting all the sites. Our room was spacious and extremely clean. We had a very comfortable stay, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Istanbul, it was great value for money. There's nothing I didn't like about this hotel.

• Anièle (9/5): Very great location great room compare to other room in istanbul this one was quite big and the AMAZING staff NUMAN - Location. Numan receptionist. He was veryyy kind and veryyy helpful always ready to go extra miles.. from the moment you book the hotel they text you to check if you need anything prior. They made themselves available on whatsaapp so that u can text them anytime. Really recommend and will definitely come again To be very picky since everything was very nice was just the bathroom lock not working
• Twildman (8/5): Excellent hotel rooms close to all the Istanbul action - Brilliantly located hotel close to the main sights and public transport. Our room was very comfortable and the young staff were super helpful. Recommended if you want simple accommodation close to the action.

• Marissa (9/5): Great location and a lovely team in heart of the old city. - Great location so could walk everywhere we wanted to go. Staff very helpful. We had top floor room with balcony which was awesome to sit out on and take in Istanbul. Little bit noisy because you’re so central and trams underneath you.
