- Tamara (4/5): - - die Lage war sehr zentral und das Rezeptions-Personal wirklich bemüht und sehr freundlich! -> Konnten auf Nachfrage das Zimmer ohne Probleme tauschen, jedoch blieben die Mängel weiterhin vorhanden - die Zimmer waren sehr abgerockt (überall Macken, an der Decke Flecken, der Sessel hatte auch schon viel bessere Tage, Kühlschrank schimmelig und dreckig!) - Sauberkeit war sehr mangelhaft, Haare im Bad, der Boden im Zimmer nicht gemacht, Kühlschrank so dreckig, dass wir nicht mal Wasserflaschen drin gelagert haben! - Haben nach einer zweiten Bettdecke gefragt, diese kam ohne Bezug mit Flecken und Haaren. Die versprochene Änderung kam auch nicht!

I had already informed via message that we would be checking in two days late due to flight issues, and we still paid for those two days. However, when we arrived at the hotel, there was no one at the reception, and we had to wait for around three hours, which was extremely frustrating. Eventually, they said there isn't any booking of yours but then they got our booking and said we don't have any room free at the moment while we paid advance for early two days. How can you give our room to anyone else?? Then we were given a room, but it was completely different from what we had booked. The washroom sink had drainage issues, and the water would take a long time to go down. Additionally, the shower water was excessively hot; we had to request twice before it was adjusted. Overall it was very disappointing.

В шаговой доступности Сотрудники очень отзывчивые, все трое(имела не запомнила ) Стоял в номере неприятный запах. Толи из-за сырости, толи диван( который будто бы остался под дождем) вонял. В общем очень неприятный запах. Один кондиционер не работал, поэтому в одной комнате было холодно. Рядом клубы, ночью слышны были музыки. Возможно в других номерах обстоят дела получше.

Unfortunately, there was a strong unpleasant sewage smell coming from the bathroom. The apartment could also be cleaner – there was dust that hadn’t been wiped, the floors didn’t seem properly cleaned, and the coffee cup was dirty. I also noticed some bugs.

Habe diesmal den Leiter des Hotels angetroffen, der auch viele Neuerungen im Hotel bereits geplant hat. Die Lage ist perfekt. Mann kann auch direkt von die Istiklal ins Hotel gelangen.

Чувствовали себя как дома. Искренне рекомендую этот отель всем, кто ценит качество и внимание к деталям. 10 из 10! Отдельно хочу отметить идеальное расположение. Отель находится в самом центре, все основные достопримечательности, кафе и магазины в пешей доступности.

- Tayna (3/5): Literally just a bed, but no breakfast - The location is fantastic, right in the middle of Istanbul nightlife. A lot of restaurants, from the cheapest to more fancy options, and souvenirs stores all over the main street Although recently refurbished, the hotel was not in the best condition. The room was slightly dirty, communication was difficult (room phone not working, no WhatsApp contact), and there was a power outage for an hour on our last day. No complimentary water or minibar. Staff were polite and friendly, but spoke limited English.

The balcony was a bit run down as there was bird poo everywhere. The AC had problems in the main bedroom but I do appreciate they tried to fix it multiple times. The lift was very small.
