• Osman (8/5): Wir wurden sehr herzliche begrüßt und bedient. Sehr sehr freundliches Personal. Die Lage war top und das Frühstück war a - Die Lager war super und die Anbindungen waren auch sehr gut. Das Personal, insbesondere Herr Halit, waren sehr sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Immer wieder gerne würden wir das Hotel buchen. Kleine Renovierungen sind nötig.

Прекрасное расположение! Чисто, приятно что воду приносили каждый день, убирали, полотенца и белье всегда свежие. Спасибо большое персоналу отеля за внимательность, сердечность и доброе отношение. Отдельная благодарность администратору Максиму за готовность помочь подсказать, за простое дружелюбное общение. Приедем еще!)

• Milena (7/5): Good price for the location - The location is great, and the staff is kind and helpful. I booked a single room, and it is small but has everything you need for a few days' stay. The air conditioner in the room was not working, and they provided a small fan/heater, but the bathroom was well-heated by the central system radiator. It could be cleaner and better maintained. It is a bit noisy because of the air conditioners and other machines in the yard behind.

Mr Mustapha was helpful Since there was tram near, taxi drivers would not like to stop near the hotel. The heater was not working properly in the room. • Rehab (1/5): Overall, the hotel failed to provide the basic conditions and services reasonably expected from a licensed hospitality p - Location This review is written to formally document a serious failure in service standards and guest safety during my stay at Just Inn Hotel. • The heating system (air conditioning) was non-functional in all rooms, despite outdoor temperatures being below zero, which constitutes a basic habitability and safety issue. • After three full days of repeated complaints to the reception, a portable heater was provided; however, it was defective and ineffective. • The following day, the heater was removed without prior notice, consent, or explanation, leaving the room again unheated. • Single rooms are unreasonably small, poorly designed, and back-facing, overlooking only ventilation shafts and the rear of the building, which was not adequately disclosed at the time of booking. • Television service in single rooms is severely limited to only three news channels. Reception staff stated that the TV is not smart and cannot access Turkish channels, while double rooms clearly provide local channels, indicating unequal service standards between room categories. • Food quality was unacceptable and highly repetitive throughout seven consecutive days, with no reasonable variety or adherence to expected hospitality standards. • I officially reported all issues to Booking.com during the stay, yet no corrective action, room change, refund, or adequate solution was offered, resulting in continued exposure to these conditions. Based on the above, this hotel demonstrates poor management, lack of transparency, and failure to meet basic hospitality obligations. I do not recommend this property, particularly during winter, and believe potential guests should be fully informed before booking.

The rooms were tidy and well kept and the overall atmosphere was calm. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help which really stood out. The only downside was the breakfast which was quite basic with very limited options and could definitely be improved.

U principu i ne znam sta jos mozete pozeleti za dorucak, osim serviranih jela na bazi svedskog stola. Lokacija je vrhnuska i za razliku od ostalih hotela u kojima sam boravio u Istanbulu, ne cuje se uopste buka sa ulice, ni danju ni nocu. Osoblje je veoma ljubazno, izasli su nam u susret i pomogli u svakom trenutku i dali pravi odgovor na svako pitanje. Kupatilo je super, tusevi su dobri, sa dobrim pritiskom vode. Ako budem dolazio opet, Hotel Just Inn ce svakako biti moj izbor. Soba u kojoj smo boravili, dvokrevetna, bila je mala ali sasvim dovoljna obzirom da sluzi samo da se prespava u njoj.

Die Lage war sehr gut um zu allen touristischen Attraktionen zu kommen. Wir hatten leider ein Familienzimmer im untersten Stock, wo es nur ein kleines Fenster mit Blick auf eine Wand gab... Naja, außer zum Schlafen waren wir eh nie dorz, von daher ging das schon in Ordnung.

• TravelerTrev (6/5): A comfortable central hotel - The Just Inn is quite centrally located within about 1km of the main istanbul attractions which are all within an easy walking distqnce. The hotel is located in a quiet street and while the rooms are small the beds are comfortable and the staff helpful and pleasant. The provided breakfast was sufficient and tasty.

Situado en una calle sin trafico, aunque llega el barullo de la calle principal. Salí antes de la hora del desayuno y uno de los recepcionistas consiguió que me prepararán un bocadillo. Muy buena relación calidad precio. Mal aislamiento de las ventanas, se oía el ruido de la calle. La ducha tenia pelos de otros huéspedes en el dispensador de jabón.

The location is quite good, but keep in mind that taxis cannot drive directly up to the hotel — you’ll need to load and unload your luggage at the nearest side street. Breakfast was nice, served as a buffet. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. I had a good discount on Booking, plus free breakfasts, so considering that and the fact that the hotel is located in a lovely area, my stay was overall manageable. *Номер отвратителен и грязен. В номере давно пора сделать ремонт, и хотя уборка была каждый день, чистоты в комнате это не прибавило. "Не работал кран с холодной водой. *В душевой дверце огромная дыра, поэтому полы в туалете всегда мокрые. *Жила на 6 ом этаже, куда лифт не доезжает. Это неудобно, особенно с чемоданом. *Вайфай не работает совсем. The room was terrible and dirty. It’s clearly in need of renovation, and although housekeeping came every day, it didn’t make the room feel any cleaner. The cold-water tap didn’t work. I was staying on the 6th floor, but the elevator only goes up to the 5th — very inconvenient, especially with luggage. The Wi-Fi didn’t work at all. There was also a huge gap in the shower cabin, which caused the bathroom floor to be constantly wet — very uncomfortable and unpleasant.
