- Henriette (6/5): A whole lot of little things. - We are not very picky about our hotel stays but there were several things here that just weren't great. The location is good, close walk to PIM1, 2, and 3. But we all got only 1 card per room which was on occasion tricky. The second day our room was not cleaned, while our kids were 'bothered' at 8am to have their room cleaned before we even left. We had to remind them to get our laundry. We had to ask for extra toiletpaper multiple times. Just a whole lot of little things that were not very well organized. The staff was very friendly and trying hard but it eas just not our best experience.

Then on my breakfast my slipper was broken, without I asking for it, staff respond it with new slippers. So, I am amazed with the staff The hotel itself really comfortable and worth for money. The location also great because it was accessible to anywhere.

The room is extremely good value for money. Spacious, and comfortable facilities. Great location for Pondok Indah. My only criticism is the food, it’s low grade and often out of stock, the most poor quality is the breakfast. There is nothing to cater for any western guests we had to go out for breakfast instead . There is no fruit, no cereal, nothing cold or remotely healthy on offer at all, only heavy Indonesian breakfast. I do hope you can improve this for future western clientele The breakfast! Extremely disappointing. The quality of food in general.

The bfast variation (if they didn't run out) was excellent , i love it that they tried to diversify their menu, and i love that they have 5 selection of drinks. Including sweet iced tea and sweet iced coffee On a more serious note though, I've stayed for 3 nights and for the 2nd day and 3rd day.. they couldn't refill the food fast enough. Idk whether this is because of the eid holiday or what, but they looked swamped and the bar..oh god, it looked so messy and dirty. You need to fix your kitchen management as well as your cleaning station. Ahh..and one tiny last thing. Fixed your faucet inside the room. The excess pipe was leaking, and god knows why you couldn't be bothered to put a bucket under the pipe inside the cupboard or smth. And the water flow was too small.
- Paul (6/5): Disappointing - The location was good for as it was within walking distance to my daughter's apartment and the huge PIM shopping mall. The rooms very very dated, the door lock to the balcony was broken. The shower head was not fixed to the ceiling just hanging there by it's pipe. The fridge never really got cold enough to keep milk fresh. All in all it was a three star hotel with four star prices.

It should be free. - Convenient Why are we as your Hotel guest have to pay for Grab Car/Taxi upon exit the Hotel???? Just to enter the parking, pick & exit….should be FREE!!!! Hardly 10 minutes even! Not the right way to earn money from Guest!

- Sheikh (6/5): Pleasant stay at this hotel with their staffs trying their best to meet customers expectations. - It is very near to Pondok Indah Mall which is about 7-10mins slow walk however it is a busy road with heavy traffic. By taxi, it takes similar time to arrive as the traffic is heavy. The hotel lobby/restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Especially for dinner, there were a lot of mosquitoes. Room service cooked food was not consistent. Everyday, I have to order fried rice with prawns for my child. Everyday, it comes differently. Either too oily or too dry. The room has a sliding door. That door has no lock. It is dangerous for wandering young children. I had to put 3 cargo bags to block the sliding door just to be safe.

First time they did my loundry 4 days and when finally had to check out they were looking for it for 2h. Then I came back and they gave me a room (the key card worked) that was occupied by other people. Staff barely speaks English. And the 30 second long jingle that is played in the lobby is going to drive everybody here insane.

But when you come out of the elevator the smell of smoke over the hallway will be the first thing you smell. It was by 6th floor.. As a 4 star hotel I expect a 4 star hotel. Even the chair in the room was broken. We also had breakfast but it was really plain and no taste. The second day I tried the donut but after the first bite I put everything down and went to eat outside at a warung. The donut was maybe 2 days old. And the service was really bad. I asked twice to change the bed sheet because it was dirty. The first time I called the reception and they would send somebody. Nobody came. The second time the same day in the evening I went to the reception and they said it would be done. Again, nobody came. You will never see me again..
