JEN SHUMING (10/5): - The most satisfying accommodation of this trip was the hotel itself. It was very close to the bus stop, making transportation extremely convenient. There were supermarkets downstairs and nearby, making shopping easy. Just two blocks up from the hotel, there were many large shopping malls to meet all your needs. Surprisingly, the bus network in this location could reach almost all of Istanbul's attractions. The hostess was very beautiful and welcoming, providing all the assistance we required. The room was very warm, with ample heating and plenty of power outlets for charging devices, which was very convenient. I highly recommend this place if you're planning a trip to Istanbul. Nil

islam (1/5): اسوء رحلة لي في اسطنبول لا ناسها كويسين ولا شققهم صالحة للسكن - الصالة واسعة الكنبة كويسة وجود مكيفات في الشقة وجود شطاف في الحمام الشقة الدور الاول اما بقية الشقق لا علم لي بها اولا: ا نا استعجب ممن مدح المرأة المسؤلة عن الشقة وسوف اشرح لاحقا. الشقة قديمة وتحتاج الى اعادة صيانة . الموقع سيء لوجود المنزل في منحدر شديد الذي لديه كبير سن سوف يجد صعوبة في طلوع المنحدر والنزول له. انا استأجرت الشقة لثلاثة اشخاص واذا بي اتفاجأ حاطين اسرة زائدة في غرفة النوم مما جعل غرفة ضيقة جدا صعب الدخول والخروج منها. الحمام قديم . لا يوجد عزل للصوت بسبب السكون سوف تسمع الناس الذين يتحدثون في الشارع في الشقق الموجودة في نفس العمارة وكأنهم ساكنين معك. حتى ان هناك شاب سعوديين كانوا ساكنين الشقة التي فوقنا واذ بي اسمع كله سواليفهم حتى وقت متأخر من الليل. السرير صغير وغير مريح ومنخفض جدا . فعو متعب للاشخاص الذين يعانون من آلام في الركبة. واما النظافة فلك عليك مأخذ، وذلك لايأتون الا اذا طلبنا منهم ولكن لا ينظفون شي البتة فقط يأخذون الزبائل وتركوا ارضية الحمام وسخة . وقد طلبنا منهم بعدها بيوم النظافة وررق الحمام ولكن الست الموجودة اعتذرت بحجة انك ما كلمتني من امس وانكم موجودين ونحن عائلة ولسنا شبابا. وقلت لها سوف نخرج الان ومع ذلك لم تأتي للنظافة او لرفع زبالة الحمام على اقل تقدير لان الزبالة سار عليها تكدس. وكل هذا موثق بالصور. وهذا حال معظم الشقق في اسطنبول

Tatyana (9/5): Very convenient! - This location was perfect! There is many restaurants and little stores nearby. The metro was less than a ten minute walk which was super convenient, as well as the shuttle to the Istanbul Airport. The host was very quick to respond to any of our questions and when needed, they were physically present. There is also payed parking near the building for those using cars. We will definitely be staying again and we recommend it to all of our friends!!! Thank you for your amazing hospitality! I would recommend to add additional plates, cups and utensils. It would also be good to add extra bathroom necessities( toilet paper, etc..) although when we needed more, we received more immediately.

We have to use our drinking water for wudhu and toilet use. They are not answering the phone and not offering any help to us and not even asking how we managed without water supply.. We stay for one week and we request a new bed sheet but not given to us and we sleep for the same bed sheet for one week.. Toilet also problem. The toilet bowl cover, please change to a new one. Got crack there and my husband butt get wounded We are not paying cheap, when this thing happen we are so frustrated Hope the owner can change for the guest pleasure In Malaysia we call it pisang tak kan berbuah dua kali.. Nazneen (10/5): It is a cute apartment that is cost effective, and close to Taksim square and train station. - The apartment was self catering, and had all the utensils we needed. We could get our goods from a nearby Supermarket and prepared our own breakfast. They were busy with some drilling and construction next door, but I guess this will pass. If this is done, all will be perfect.

But if the management renovates this place and tak - The location was good in terms of being close to the centre, Taksim square. The rooms were Ok except one which was too small and dark due to window facing a wall. The towels and sheets were clean. The staff were nice, friendly and helpful. The management arranged cleaning and refreshment of the bathroom and replaced the shower the same day we complained about it. Houda, a young friendly lady, was always available and helpful responding to our requests regarding paper or towels. I did not like the street in which this place is located which was not so safe and clean. The entrance door was making a strong noise when closing. The bathroom was not renovated and all tools were old.

Außerdem liegt es in der Nähe des Taksim-Platzes, der zu Fuß in nur 10 Minuten erreichbar ist. Manchmal kann man andere Gäste in ihren Apartments deutlich hören, wenn sie laut sprechen.

Naghmeh (10/5): Like home away from home - Great location, beautiful view, clean, spacious and comfortable apartment, also, very friendly staff, housekeeping and management. They were understanding, supportive, and accommodating as we had flights canceled (and borders closed) because of Middle East chaos, and helped us to extend our stay, with great sense of humanism. The place felt like home, in a very difficult and unpredictable situation that occurred during a family trip, quite unexpectedly, specially for elderly people , my parents, who are vulnerable in such conditions. And I appreciate the help and support. To sunset catchers: our apartment had beautiful sunsets, with a deep feeling of being in Istanbul!

Sushko (1/5): Не рекомендую - Персонал приветливый, дружелюбный, ответственный. В апреле сняли номер на 6 чел на неделю, за три дня до окончания проживания, вечером получаю уведомление, что необходимо срочно съехать. Причины не объяснили но с учетом того, что рядом находились гос органы (возможно судовая исполнительная служба) то понятное дело, что проблемы с легальностью данного заведения. Как результат начали выносить мебель технику, жильцы съезжали кто куда, самостоятельно. Мне помог знакомый сотрудника работающего на рецепции данной гостиницы подобрать в тот же вечер другие варианты неподалеку, особо не раздумывал так как с нами были малолетние дети. Booking вернул деньги за проплаченные но не прожитые до конца дни, обращаю внимание что нужно звонить т.к. на письменные запросы не отвечали. Но дозвонился, все выслушали, зафиксировали инцидент и деньги вернули на второй день, при этом закладывали около недели на возврат.

Elisa (9/5): Tutto bene! - Staff gentilissimo, reception aperta 24h che rende il check in e out molto comodi. L'appartamente era abbastanza pulito ma si vede che alcune cose sono un po' vecchie. Letti molto comodi, stanze calde, terrazzo con super vista! Cucina molto provvista. La zona non è delle migliori per una prima volta a Istanbul. E' vicina alla fermata del pullman ma consiglierei un posto più in centro. Per zona Taksim/Besiktas è perfetta. Comunque non abbiamo avuto problemi con gli spostamenti e con il vicinato. Zona anche abbastanza tranquilla con supermercati vicino.

Krisztián (5/5): Its ok.. but there are problems - A szállás azért hagy némi kívánnivalót maga után. Az elhelyezkedése jó, a környéken vannak kisboltok, metró, McDonald's 15 perc sétára található. A személyzet amúgy nagyon kedves és aranyos volt. Igyekeztek minden problémát megoldani. Na de problémák. Hát az volt... Érkezéskor a tusolo nem működött valamint a wc is eresztett. Ezeket amúgy jelzésünk utan pár órával meg is oldották. Ami viszont rettentően zavaró volt, hogy belépéskor iszonyúan erős cigaretta szag terjenget és hiába szellőztettünk, nem igen akart megszűnni. Hamutal is volt a szobában, szóval valószínűleg valaki ott dohányzott. Jó lenne ezt mindenhonnan kitiltani már.. a másik idegesítő dolog, hogy az alsó szomszéd klímájának ventilátora az én hálószobám ablakára volt felszerelve. Ez egy idióta megoldás és emiatt nem is tudtam aludni mert persze hogy hajnali 3kor kell klímával fűteni amikor van gáz is... Mintha furták volna a falamat olyan hangja volt. A tisztaság sem a legjobb. Valakinek biztos jó lesz, de nem egy európai szintű szállás, bármilyen kedvesek is az alkalmazottak. English : The accommodation leaves something to be desired. The location is good, with small shops nearby, a metro station, and a McDonald’s about a 15-minute walk away. The staff were very kind and sweet, and they did their best to solve every issue. But problems… yes, there were some. Upon arrival, the shower didn’t work, and the toilet was leaking. These were actually fixed a few hours after we reported them. However, what was extremely unpleasant was the strong smell of cigarette smoke in the room. Despite airing it out, the smell wouldn’t go away. There was even an ashtray in the room, so it’s likely someone had smoked there before. This should really be banned everywhere by now… Another annoying thing was that the fan of the downstairs neighbor’s air conditioner was installed right outside my bedroom window.
