There was zero water pressure in the shower. I felt like I was sponge bathing from the bathroom sink. The fitness room had no AC and busted windows. There was not a bench outside for me to sit and enjoy a nice cigar.

• 197bernitaa (2/5): Unsatisfied Stay Laquinta Inn - During my stay, the first night was satisfactory; however, the second night was not. I was not advised at check-in, nor was it otherwise clearly disclosed, that housekeeping services required a specific request. After leaving the property at approximately 7:00 a.m. and returning late that afternoon, I discovered that my room had not been serviced. This was both unexpected and unacceptable. Upon contacting the front desk, I spoke with an employee identified as Mirah. Rather than offering assistance or attempting to resolve the issue, she responded in a dismissive and confrontational manner, stating that she was not the employee who checked us in and that we “should have read the rules.” No effort was made to de-escalate the situation or provide reasonable accommodation. Instead, Mirah contacted law enforcement, resulting in our being escorted from the property and forced to secure alternate lodging for the remainder of our stay. At the time of this incident, we were lawful, paying guests with a confirmed reservation from Thursday through Saturday. The manner in which this situation was handled caused significant distress and left me feeling targeted and discriminated against. The decision to involve law enforcement under these circumstances was unwarranted and disproportionate, and it reflects a serious failure in customer service, conflict resolution, and guest relations. As a result of this experience, I no longer feel comfortable staying at this property or recommending it to others. I request that this matter be formally reviewed and addressed, as no guest should be treated in this manner.

• Dknott (2/5): GROSS, DIRTY AND BADLY WORN - UNRESPNOSIVE MANAGEMENT - If a filthy and badly worn room is your idea of a great stay then this is your place. Read below and keep in mind this is THE 2ND ROOM we were shown because the first room was even a BIGGER DISASTER. Got to our room at 9:00PM to find the HVAC unit for room was completely without heat (or cooling for that matter). We were very cold all night! The TV in the room was unwatchable with a very dark picture that stuttered and sputtered. Wi-Fi was out for the entire night of our stay. Worst of all, the manager (Hiral Jiva) refused to even speak with me the next day despite two separate in-person attempts. The front desk clerk promised someone would call me later that day to address the issues. Of course, NOBODY from La Quinta has called and the call was promised 2 days ago. An awful experience followed up by awful customer service.

The couch cushion in our bedroom needs to be replaced, it’s sunken in, and permanently dented in. It wasn’t comfortable at all to sit on. In the gym, there is a lot of random things missing. Dumbbells missing, the pin to the weight machine wasnt there, so we couldn’t use it

She went out of her way to make sure everything was good with my stay and had such a great attitude the whole time. You can tell she really cares about guests. The breakfast was nice. There are plenty of restaurants and fast food places near the hotel. Yes, I'd stay there again.

• Calgaryparent (2/5): Go elsewhere. Seriously. - My family and I stayed here in July 2025. Our room was dirty (floor/bed). The pool was dirty and cloudy (we could not even see the bottom). The soap dish was broken off the wall in our bathroom; the elevator door frame was duct taped. The elliptical machine left was also duct taped down. The weight machine was missing key parts. The breakfast does not have any dairy free or gluten free options. Stay somewhere else. You will be happy you did. This LaQuinta Hotel does not care about upkeep or safety.

Staff did even bother to clean out the pool either. It was slimy the 4 days I stayed there and closed it the last two days. Greenest pool in Portland.

The phone does not work, sink has very low drain flow, shower floor was dirty, shower curtain needs to be lower at least 1/4” from floor, currently lots of water flowed on to RR floor causing a mess and migrates to the door and to room entry!

I’m a diamond member and not once have I ever been asked my phone number, when she asked for my phone number, and I told her it was on the account she got snippy.. I didn’t get it. Welcome, I wasn’t told the time for breakfast nor the Wi-Fi. She slings the paper on the counter and says “fill out the highlights”.. She doesn’t even tell me what room I’m in. I have to look at my card… when I get to the room, there’s poop stains on the floor.would never stay here again
