- Sarah (10/5): adorable adobe - Absolutely adorable adobe room on 2nd floor! Steps to climb but not bad if you are in decent shape - could use better blinds to keep out the light when sleeping! Otherwise it was fantastic- loved the courtyard. Definitely need fans in the summer as it was a bit stuffy since the AC doesn’t fully reach the bedroom.

It was in a great location to walk downtown to the Spanish market celebration. It had really good parking. You were able to pull up to the door of the apartment and then unload your baggage and then park across the street and a safe parking lot. I would highly recommend anyone to look in this stay in the area to book here.

- SANDRA (8/5): - Casa de Tres Lunas was a wonderful site w large bedroom and bathroom, and tiny dining room w mini fridge and microwave. Free coffee provided w coffee maker in bathroom. Comfortable bed. Old fashioned decorations and light fixtures. Great skylight in bathroom! We stayed in New Moon #3 which is on the main road so heard occasional traffic but was mostly quiet. Easy walk to plaza, shopping and restaurants. Free private parking lot across the street was included and very convenient although we didnt drive much since most of what we wanted to do was an easy walk. Air conditioning and fireplace available. Gentle feedback: Full length mirror in dining area instead of bathroom or bedroom which felt odd. Very few available cable channels (and remote was not programmed to show only available channels so we spent a lot of time strolling the guide aimlessly). Also a text ahead of our stay was not answered but I was able to reach someone by phone the next day. We would be very happy to return!!

- barbara (10/5): - Love this hotel. I amalways so comfortable and happy . I just a couple of comments... there was no fork in the room ( no big deal, just an oversight) and i think the coffee maker may be on its last leg because the coffee was barely hot. Might be time for a new one.
- Anna (10/5): Great spot in Santa Fe - I loved Casa de Tres Lunas and would absolutely stay here again! It's a close walk to downtown and the monument of the martyrs. Parking was easy (lots of traffic around the hotel, but once you see the area, not hard to figure out.) The room was absolutely charming, we ate several times in the lovely courtyard. You really have very little to no contact with the staff, but there is a number to text if you need anything. The room had everything we needed, plus some appreciated water in the fridge. Whole Foods is 1.5 miles away, so we were able to utilize the refrigerator and used the coffee pot for tea. About a 5 min walk to Cathedral of St Francis, to the base of Canyon Road, and to the start of the Martyr trail. Location was amazing. When we needed rest, Casa de Tres Lunas was a great place to come back to.

We had everything we needed and it was a short walk to the center of Santa Fe... definitely no need for driving. And the car park was just across the street, very convenient. - Verified traveler (8/5): - I’ve always wanted to stay here and finally got my opportunity. The hotel is in a good location and I appreciated having a full kitchen, dining room, living room and bedroom. I also appreciated the historic architecture, silk curtains, and the comfortable bed with excellent sheets. Sitting outside on the patio was very nice especially with the good weather. My unit seemed a little worn (like the paint and windows ) and I could smell mold In the kitchen and closet. I didn’t complain about it because I wasn’t sure they could do anything about it while I was there, but if you are sensitive to such things you might want to inquire about it. I stayed in “Harvest Moon.”

Our room was directly on road so some road noise was heard but not too bad. I would definitely stay here again, very walkable to plaza area.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Charming Casita - This property consists of casita units that are free standing and classic old adobe style. It is right on the main drag and a short walk to the Plaza and Canyon Road. Condition is a little below average for typical casitas in the area. There is a refrigerator and microwave but no kitchenette. There is surprisingly no place to sit and read, like a sofa or an easy chair. Clean but has wear and tear.

- Deborah (8/5): Hidden Gem - This was our second stay here and we liked it even more. It’s a great location. There is free parking. The room has everything you need and more. It’s very comfortable and very clean. Has a refrigerator, microwave and all the utensils you need.

Pros: excellent walkable location near plaza, free off street parking, refrigerator, microwave, plates and cutlery in room made eating take out easier, 2 dog friendly rooms, nice shady courtyard patio Cons: mold in shower grout was off putting, shower valve was broken and spun 306 degrees, making water temp difficult to adjust and to find where the off position was, stain on carpet (carpet in a dog friendly room is not a good idea, but they were measuring for new carpet just as we were departing), refrigerator made a high pitched whine that was difficult to ignore when trying to sleep, fireplace made entire room smell of wood smoke, then when it rained the odor changed to wet ashes smell, which was not pleasant, I am accustomed to a memory foam mattress and the inner spring mattress they had did not seem very comfortable for me.

- Mike (2/5): - The property manager did an unauthorized charge to our credit card after we checked out. He claimed it was for coffee; however, he told me coffee was provided before I checked in. He will not respond to my questions. In addition, the toilet clogged two mornings when we were there. He promptly brought a plunger. That was fine but it was inconvenient to have this happen. The parking lot was muddy after a rain so be prepared if there is wet weather. My main complaint is the fact the manager took our money and will not even respond.

- Lois (10/5): Charming! - Casa de Tres Lunas is conveniently located within walking distance of multiple restaurants, shops, etc. The accommodations were clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. It was the perfect home base for my trip.
- Brad (10/5): - A delightful little spot just a couple minutes from the main downtown square. Rooms are spacious, clean, well decorated - you can just feel the care and love they have for what they’ve built. I’ll certainly be staying here, again, the next time I make it to Santa Fe!
- Sue (8/5): - This property is more like an apartment with full kitchens. Self check-in and checkout was great. It is far enough away from the plaza yet close enough to walk there. It was a little worn and some repairs needed but clean.

Loved both but table too large for space available and cute painted chairs had protruding screws or rough wood that continually snagged clothing. Otherwise, highly recommend .

- Eugene (10/5): Great Location - We really enjoyed our stay at Tres Lunas. The rooms were comfortable and functional. The location is great with a short walk to the Sant Fe Plaza. The manager is friendly and helpful.
- Molly (10/5): Charming & cozy - Lovely historic building, beautiful courtyard with umbrella tables, plants, a little fountain. Walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and museums. Our unit had a full kitchen and a living area with pretty fireplace. Felt more like staying in a friend's cozy home vs a hotel, a plus in our book. A little noise from a busy street nearby, but nothing a pair of earplugs can't fix if you're sensitive to sound and prefer open windows to AC like us. Could use new screens on a few windows, but overall a very good value considering beauty, elbow room, and proximity to historic plaza.

- RON (4/5): Boutique Disappointment - Here's what was good about our stay: bed and pillows were comfy, close to Plaza, spare towels and tissues in-room, pleasant courtyard. The bad far outweighs the good, however: poorly maintained/trimmed plants and landscaping, which only magnified the poor visibility around driveways and sidewalks; parking blocks/ guides which aren't secured; parking lot space signs knocked down/un-restored; poor grading/ gravel depth in parking lot, resulting in multiple bottoming-out incidents; new deadbolt doesn't match old mounting holes/placement, which makes it look insecure; multiple punctures and holes in front doors exterior surface, where greeting card and parking pass was mounted (try packing tape/ a clip??); night light in bathroom broken/ not charging; no dog treats or greeting basket as mentioned; at least two very obvious holes in interior drywall-stucco (front door and east wall areas); miserably, comically ineffective 'green' body wash and shampoos; damaged baseboard-area paint and tv cabinet finish, rendered by violent vacuuming? Spots and stains on carpet near 'fridge.
- Martha (10/5): - Beautiful location and stay. I stayed in the 12 moons suite which was very spacious, well equipped, quiet, windows and light; tastefully decorated with traditional details. Really lovely.
- Wade (10/5): - Super close to the plaza, we walked everywhere we wanted to go. Booking etc was very easy and pricing was very fair. There were no hidden cost that often come with resorts. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Sante Fe. The pictures of the room do not do them justice.

- Kristina (10/5): Gem in Santa Fe - This was a gem of a find in Santa Fe! We had two couples on our trip, and stayed in the Full Moon suite, which had two beds and two baths and worked out perfectly for us. The kitchenette gave us everything we needed to enjoy breakfast in the room, abs the courtyard area was a lovely place to sit outside and relax. We could park our cars in the lot across the street and didn’t need to touch them until we checked out because everything we could want in Santa Fe was within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again!

- Sonia (8/5): - The Half Moon is charming and eclectic; however, it feels like it was designed for someone much taller than me (5'5")! I'm a senior and the bed is too high and I had trouble getting in it. The bathroom sink is contemporary and attractive - a clear glass basin; but again, too high. I couldn't lean over it to wash or brush my teeth. It would be nice and make good sense if the hotel would put a stepping stool in this unit.

There was a charming courtyard to sit in and several nice little unexpected amenities that I really appreciated such as-> coffee grinder, milk frother, a magnification mirror by the sink , lots of extra towels, free parking and a safe for valuables. The decor was super cute. I’d definitely stay again. The host, Bernard, was very accommodating. Just a minute or two walk from canyon road and the plaza. Perfect ! My only issue was that it could have been cleaned a bit better. There was a lot of mildew in the shower and dirty dishes in the cabinets. Sticky gunk on teakettle etc.

- David (8/5): Try for a room not on the main drag - Very nice place close to downtown. Our room was on a busy street and parking was off site. No office, you have to call them for anything. And twice we got locked out of our room, they gave us the wrong code for the keypad and one time the deadbolt was not fully retracted.

Also, eating and drinking in the comfort of a quaint, quiet patio area after a busy day of walking and shopping at the hundreds of shops in Santa Fe. Our studio was very homey, and having a kitchen was a great thing. We had many of-the comforts of home. The weather was beautiful the whole time! Such blue skies, and nice soft breeze always. Bernard was very nice. We enjoyed talking to him. He was committed to our comfort during our stay. The Inn was close to the Downtown Plaza. Easy walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The accommodations were at a very reasonable price compared to the high cost of most of the other Inns/Hotels/ B&B’s. We would highly recommend Casa de Tres Lunas! Thanks for a most enjoyable experience!
