Our shower screen was broken and they fixed it whilst we were out quickly. The laundry service is reasonably priced and a great option. They stored our bags on check out day with no problem.

Visi pagrindiniai turizmo objektai randasi šalia viešbučio + tramvajaus sustojimas. Viešbučio kambariukas nedidelis, kuklus, švarus , viskas padėta kaip standartiniame viešbučio kambaryje. Lova didelė, patogi miegoti. Dušas geras. Viešbučio personalas paslaugus. Buvau užsisakęs paslaugą atvežimas iš oro uosto į viešbutį ir atgal , buvau sutiktas oro uoste sutartoje vietoje , atvežtas į viešbutį ir atgal. Pusryčiai viešbutyje geri, bent jau man, maistas šviežias , pagrindiniai patiekalai: daržovės, humusas, kiaušinienė. Nepatiko silpnas viešbučio kambario durų užraktas. Viešbučio kambaryje nebuvo kavos, tik arbata.

- Daniëlla (7/5): Prima locatie, die is TOP!!!🤩 - Goed ontbijt, leuke kamer, elke dag schone handdoeken. Restaurant Massa, naast hotel, verdient een aanbeveling. Als hotelgast ook twintig procent korting . 🥰 Taxi via hotel besteld, om naar Istanbul Airport terug naar huis te kunnen. Besteld voor ‘s middags 15.00, taxi was er om 15.45 nog niet. Geld teruggevraagd en terugontvangen €50, en zelf Uber besteld, die stond er uiteindelijk met twee minuten. Dus beter om zelf te boeken.

Our room was clean and the breakfast was plentiful with an amazing view. The bathroom did have a strange smell when we first arrived, but it went away. The room was also a little hot so we had to have the door open to sleep each night.

Die Lage ist ideal, nur wenige Schritte von den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt. Unser Zimmer mit Blick auf die Blaue Moschee war ein echtes Highlight. Das Frühstück war lecker, reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Flexibilität des Hotels: Aufgrund eines Streiks mussten wir kurzfristig früher anreisen und eine zweite Buchung vornehmen – vor Ort wurde alles unkompliziert zusammengelegt, sodass wir im gleichen Zimmer bleiben konnten. Klare Empfehlung!

- Berisha (5/5): - Die Unterkunft ist wirklich an einer grandiosen Lage. Das Zimmer war sehr einfach ausgestattet, man hatte alles was man brauchte. Es ist extrem hellhörig. Unser Zimmer war im 1. Stock und wir konnten die Gespräche vom Personal an der Rezeption klar und deutlich mithören. Wenn die Zimmernachbarn sprechen, hört man auch jeden kleinen Pieps. Aus dem Bad kam manchmal ein sehr unangenehmer und ekliger Geruch. Nach etwa 30 Minuten war er aber auch wieder weg. Das Bett und die Kissen sind extrem unbequem, sofern man nicht gerne auf steinharten Sachen schläft.

Rooms very clean and with everything we needed. Good shower. Complimemtary water bottles each day. Great views from the breakfast roof terrace. Good affiliated restaurant next door, good food, great staff and decent prices. Bed a little bit hard and short for me at 6'1" A little bit of street noise but that was to be expected in such a great location.

- Esra87 (4/5): - Die Lage ist einfach nur super. Lediglich in 2 min bist du schon an der Haltestelle Sultanahmet. Die Aussicht beim Frühstück ebenso toll. Rezeption, Service und Personal sehr hilfsbereit und gastfreundlich. Haben sofort auf Belange und Defizite sehr schnell und zügig reagiert. Das Hotel wirkt von Außen recht ordentlich und modern. Von Innen sehr abgenutzt und sehr schlecht renoviert. Das Hotelzimmer sah auf den Bildern sehr komfortabel und gemütlich aus jedoch in Wirklichkeit sehr klein und ziemlich renovierungsbedürftig. Klima vorhanden wärmt aber kühlt nicht. Die Balkontür war nicht funktionsfähig. Wir waren im Erdgeschoß konnten also nicht lüften. Badezimmer war ziemlich klein. Zimmertür wirkt nicht stabil.

- kia2788 (8/5): 3 notti nel quartiere Sulthanamet - Hotel in posizione centralissima, attrazioni principali raggiungibili a piedi. Bella terrazza panoramica per la colazione Camera e bagno un po' piccoli ma restandoci solo per dormire e per qualche giorno direi che va più che bene

- Robert (9/5): Schönes Hotel in Top Lage - Schönes kleines Hotel in Top Lage. 5min zur Blauen Moschee und zur Hagia Sophia. Straßenbahnhaltestelle direkt vor der Haustüre. Personal super freundlich, Zimmer und Frühstück auch ok. Jederzeit wieder.

- Katja (9/5): - Very friendly staff. Did all they could to make the stay perfekt. Very good location near a lot of attractions as the blue mosque, Hagia Sofia, basilika cisternen and the grand bazar. Nice clean rooms and good breakfast with at view over the city from the breakfast area.
