Krystyna (8/5): Gdańsk jest tak pięknym miastem, że wart jest zwiedzania i cieszenia się pobytem, nawet z niewygodą! - Głównym atutem była lokalizacja. Znalazłam miejsce parkingowe w pobliżu a w weekend było bezpłatne. Było czysto i duża, wygodna łazienka. Źle wygłuszone drzwi wejściowe, ponieważ usytuowanie przy wejściu do budynku generowało hałas (szczególnie nocą). Źle wypoziomowana podłoga pod prysznicem i stojąca na podłodze woda. W ofercie były dwa łóżka a było jedno, niezbyt szerokie z dwoma posłaniami. Uszkodzony toster powodował wyłączenie bezpieczników. Uzupełniłam wyposażenie o korkociąg i płyn do naczyń.

Adam (1/5): Beznadzieja, po prostu nie polecam - Nic, Nie jestem osobą szczególnie wymagającą i zwykle nie mam wygórowanych oczekiwań co do noclegów, ale ten obiekt niestety przebił wszystko — w negatywnym sensie. Na miejscu zastałem niedziałające WiFi, telewizor i czajnik, a prysznic dosłownie przeciekał. W mieszkaniu były pajęczyny, brudne poduszki na krzesełkach, wypalone dziury w kanapie oraz rozwalająca się suszarka. Dodatkowo lokal znajdował się na parterze, z widokiem… na chodnik, tuż przy samym wejściu do klatki. Przez całą noc było słychać każdą osobę wchodzącą i schodzącą do budynku. Niestety — to był jeden z najgorszych noclegów, z jakimi miałem do czynienia. Po prostu dno.

kristensen (6/5): Fin lejlighed men plads til forbedringer - Virkelig fin lejlighed men alt hvad man skulle bruge. Fin placering i et roligt kvarter men stadig tæt på byen samt indkøb. Det tog os over 2 timer at få adgang til lejligheden. Vi startede med at bruge lang tid på at finde den rigtige lejlighed, vi spurgte 3 forskellige der boede i området om hjælp men de måtte også opgive, vi var derefter i kontakt med firmaet i over 1 time og finder ud af at der er fejl i den vejledning vi har fået tilsendt i forhold til indtjekning. Da vi endelig finder lejligheden bruger vi 30 min på at få låst os ind igen viser det sig at der er fejl i den tilsendte vejledning. Hende vi snakker med over telefonen er generelt ikke den store hjælp og virker heller ikke særlig imødekommende. Dette var en virkelig træls start på ferien så håber at der bliver kigget på den vejledning der bliver sendt ud så andre ikke ender i samme situation som os.

Natalia (1/5): - Niestety pobyt w apartamencie był rozczarowujący. Rolety były widocznie zabrudzone, dywan również brudny, na meblach widać było kurz, a podłogi nie były dokładnie posprzątane. Standard czystości zdecydowanie odbiegał od tego, co pokazano na zdjęciach w ofercie. Pobyt w takich warunkach był niekomfortowy i nie polecam tego obiektu osobom ceniącym higienę. Zdecydowanie odradzam ten obiekt.

Oleksandr (4/5): Disappointing - On the day we were supposed to check in, we asked to move the check-in two hours earlier, we were flatly refused, and asked to wait. We didn't like that there were no proper kitchen utensils such as knives. Only one frying pan, on which almost everything burns. Several small jars of shower gel, also only two tablets for the dishwasher. There were also stains on the blinds, they were huge. The fan in the living room didn't work. The TV didn't work well and the WI-FI was very bad.

Marita (9/5): Superb - Apartment was big and clean. There was a washing machine so it was easy to wash our clothes. Kitchen was great, it had everything we needed. Safe place and overall good experience. Cheap price was a big plus! I will definitely stay here again if we come to Gdansk. There wasn’t any privacy on the balcony because there are so many apartments. Also it was a bit hard to find where to get the keys. We had to call many numbers until we got the right address for the keys. But staff was nice and we got to check in earler so it was a big plus. Maybe you can inform guests a bit better where to get the keys? :)

Graham (7/5): Great value property with good location - The location is near Old Town. Near to shops and eating places. The apartment was large with a balcony. Good facilities. It was a bit noisy at the weekends due to the proximity of other apartments, but that is not the provider's fault. Could do with better cooking facilities. No oven. There is a microwave but no large plastic bowls to cook with.

The close location of other buildings was not so comfortable because the windows were very big and you could see everything. The necessity of picking up keys till 20 pm was not convenient for us.

Svein (8/5): Helt greit, kort vei til gamlebyen. - Veldig lytt men likevel ikke mye støy, noen mindre feil som manglende dorullholder, nesten tett vask på badet, blinkende lys i gangen, mye lyd i sovesofa men ellers helt fint. Kort vei til gamlebyen og enkelt å finne fram.
Sarah-Ann (10/5): Skøn lejlighed - Super lækker lejlighed, der var både opvaskemaskine og vaskemaskine, rent og der var alle de ting man skulle bruge, meget stil rent. Stille område. Det lå tæt på den gamle by. God parkering i kælderen i egen parkeringsbås. Det var nemt at finde kontoret, for at få nøglen, de var meget service minded.
Tor Jonny (8/5): Meget flott opphold. - Beliggenhet: Meget bra. Ca 20 min fra flyplassen. Leilighet: Flott leilighet.God seng. Tv.Kunne kanskje vært flere kanaler. Wifi. Det meste av kjøkken utstyr. På baksiden, der vi hadde leilighet var det mindre støy fra biler og folk enn på framsiden. Nærområdet: Kunne være litt støy fra folk som gikk ute i gatene på kvelden frem til 24:00/01:00. Men det var ikke noe problem for vår del. Ca 2 min å gå til nærmeste matbutikk, øl, vin og sprit utsalg, og spisesteder. Gamlebyen: Kort vei (ca 6-7 min gange) til gamlebyen. Når en først er i Gdansk, bør enn også ta turen til Sopot, og Gdynia. Alt i alt, meget bra. 👍

Only negative thing is that there is building work going on immediately outside and that's 6 days a week. Picking up/dropping the keys to the apartment from an office which wasn't easy to find (more specific instructions as to where it is would have been useful although staff helpful on phone and spoke good English) and 20 min walk away. Would definitely recommend and return!
Verified traveler (8/5): - Great property in a nice location. Very clean, comfy beds with towels provided. Lovely hot showers. Very cosy and warm as the temperatures dipped to -8 during our stay. There are a lot of building works in the area but we were not disturbed at all and the area was very safe with great restaurants, alcohol shop and supermarket just round the corner. Only criticism is having to pick keys up from a different location which is about a 10 minute walk away but it does state this when booking so can’t complain about that. And there is not enough kitchen equipment to make use of the kitchen area. No baking trays or anything similar to bake. Limited bowls, cups etc. Having said this, it is so cheap to eat locally, why would you want to cook.

Picking up and dropping off the key to get in was painfully difficult and we were made to feel difficult rather than welcome. You can’t collect the key until 3pm and it is from an office that is not where the apartment is. They told us to leave the key with the security desk in the office building when we left and then sent numerous texts because they couldn’t find it. The building is also in an area undergoing a lot of construction and can be noisy.

Lukot tuottivat myös hieman tuskaa, koska emme saaneet niitä heti auki. The apartment was big and cozy for 3 persons. Kitchen was nice also. Only thing was missing spoons, forks and knives (there were only for 2 pieces each). Also the locks were quite complicated and didn't open at first try. Overall it was very nice apartment that we will recommend!
Kari Hanne (6/5): Billig leilighet med sentral beliggenhet - Billig leilighet som ligger i et rolig boligområde bare en liten gåtur fra hovedgata. Leiligheten var noe slitt,og stemte ikke helt med den oppgitte beskrivelsen.Egner seg ikke for fire personer da "stue",kjøkken og soveplass for to var i samme rom. Det var også veldig lytt.
Verified traveler (8/5): Fin leilighet, tungvinn innsjekk - Tungvinn innsjekk på dette hotellet, selv om det blir informert om at nøklene må hentes et annet sted enn ved leilighetene så syns jeg denne informasjonen burde kommet mye tydeligere frem. Når vi endelig kom oss til riktig sted så var det også styr med innsjekk der, og en ansatt som ikke var særlig serviceinnstillt. Masse papirer som måtte skrives under på, hvor de skriver fra seg alt av ansvar. Selve leiligheten var fin, men noe vanskelig å finne. Moderne innredning og store rom. Leiligheten var ren, men det var noen småting her og der som kunne vært fikset på, som blandt annet et løst dosete og manglende oppheng til dusjhodet. Lokalområdet var fint, men det var noe støy om kveldene i helgen, og bygningsarbeid utenfor som startet tidlig hver morgen. Leiligheten lå sentralt til, og vi brukte rundt 10 minutter på å gå til gamlebyen. Området var fullt av bygningsarbeid, så det tar nok kortere tid når disse arbeidene er ferdig. Selv om selve leiligheten var fin og moderne, så ville jeg nok ikke bodd her igjen. Hele leiligheten, innsjekk og den ansatte vi pratet med (forsåvidt også vaskepersonalet) bar tydelig preg av at dette var utleie av leiligheter og ikke et hotell. Det var kald stemning, og vi følte oss ikke veldig velkomne.
Halla (4/5): Dirty apartment and a construction site... - As great as our walks and tourist tours in Gdansk were, our stay in Dom & House Chmielna was the total opposite. We expected a clean apartment but the cleaning was not good. Hairs in the bathroom and dust on the floor from a former guest there. We also expected an apartment with a good living area but it was small and uncomfortable. The sofabed was a killer to sleep on and there was no proper balcony, only a french balcony which overviewed... wait for it... a construction site! So all in all, the stay was awful with construction noise from 6 am till 10 pm. The reception at D&M makes you sign a contract in a hurry that says that they take no responsibility for building sites, and you as a guest agree with all their policies and so on. "Oh, it's just a paper that says you agree with our policies... please cross the "yes" boxes and sign." The best thing in Chmielna was the italian restaurant on the corner across our building but we're clearly not going to do business with D&M again.
Verónica (6/5): It could have been a very nice vacation - When we checked in the person that attended us was impolite and arrogant and on top of that she did not confirmed that we had already paid for the room, so she charged us twice for it, instead of only charging the cleaning fee. We tolde her so and she insisted, but we showed her the receipt and she seemed to make a return transaction but she didn't. We then had to get to talk to another person about this. Our travel came to its end and we were not refunded the wrongly charged fee, so we had to call from home several times until we got our money back. The first apartment we got was very close to a construction site so we asked to be moved to another and we got a lot nicer place, but this time we were not attended by the same person. The city is beautiful.
Emil (10/5): Underbart läge nära Downtown i gdansk - Bekvämt och rymligt med stor balkong samt de mesta bekvämligheterna förutom A/C. Receptionen var ca 10 min från lägenheten.

Verified traveler (8/5): Bra ! - En perfekt mindre lägenhet för en familj som låg i ett fint område nära till centrum. Lite strul med Wifi samt den utlovande parkeringsplatsen, dock var personalen som ansvarade trevliga och hjälpfulla.
Tobias (8/5): Utmärkt läge - Mycket bra läge med närhet till gamla stan, det mesta var bra men saknades kaffekokare som det stod att det skulle finnas. Saknade stol och bord på balkongen, trasig toalettring på toalettstolen. I övrigt en bra lägenhet, kändes fräscht och rent.
Katja (8/5): Siisti asunto, siistillä alueella. - Asunto sijaitsee sopivan kävelymatkan päässä vanhasta kaupungista. Asunto oli siisti ja siellä oli kaikki tarvittava. Tuuletinta/ilmastointia kaipasi helteellä. Ainoa miinus oli avainten hankala hakeminen. Avain haettiin n. kilometrin päästä ja se oli matkalaukkujen kanssa vähän hankalaa. Avain piti myös palauttaa samaan paikkaan, mikä oli aikaisella aamulennolla tylsä juttu. Sen voisi mielestäni jättää asunnon postilaatikkoon, niinkuin muissakin kohteissa yleensä.

Muhamed (8/5): Bra! - Good location, just a few minutes walk from Old town. The area around the apartments were neat, just outside u could find a resturant and market shop. The apartment was clean and fresh accept the sofa that had a weird stain on it. The service was not that bad at all, their office is just a 10 min walk and very good english also.

Nicole (8/5): Hotel in der Nähe der Altstadt - Wir waren im großen und ganzen zufrieden mit dem Hotel. Gut: Check in war für uns schon ab 13 Uhr nach telefonischer Ankündigung möglich. Eine Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett, wäscheständer war alles vorhanden. Tee und Kaffee wurde zusammen mit Zucker etc. zur Verfügung gestellt. Auch vom Geschirr wurde alles abgedeckt. Überdachte Garage war im Preis mit inbegriffen. Zu Fuß schnell in der Altstadt. Negativ Anrechnen muss ich leider, dass: Hotelgebühr und Gebühr fürs aufräumen noch nicht im buchungs Preis enthalten. Zahlung statt bei Abreise, sofort bei Anreise notwendig. Rezeption schwer zu finden. Die Heizung im Schlaf- Wohnraum nicht funktionierte, daher mussten wir die Stromheizung im Badezimmer länger laufen lassen. Vor dem Balkon hatten wir direkt eine Baustelle untern Fenster, was etwas enttäuschend war, da bis 19 Uhr gebaggert worden ist. Es wäre schön gewesen statt einem Stuhl auf dem Balkon zwei Stühle und einen kleinen Tisch vorzufinden. An die Raucher, die nicht im Zimmer rauchen sollen wurde leider auch nicht gedacht, da der Aschenbecher fehlte. Der Wasserkocher konnte nicht genutzt werden, da er zu verkalkt war. Fernseher war leider nur auf polnisch. Ersatz Handtücher hätten wir uns bei 4 Nächsten auch gewünscht. Ganz große Enttäuschung: Vor Ankunft wurde uns telefonisch der Schlüssel fürs Schwimmbad versprochen, den wir nicht bekommen haben. Für die einen meckern auf hohem Niveau, für die anderen ggf. gute Hinweise.

Verified traveler (6/5): Extremely nice apartment but really hard to find - Very nice apartment but address was wrong, contact phone number was also wrong. In summary, almost impossible to find the place to check-in. We struggled to find the place to check in. WE had to walk around with our luggage. Not very pleasant experience. Plus the check in office closes in the evening and opens at 9AM. Office to check in is relatively far from the apartment. No transport provided, this is your problem. Staffs do not know much about the apartment, one TV does not work, they did not knew about it, apartment in different building, coffee pot not compatible with the induction plates. Codes for internet written in a secret location, almost impossible to find. No book or instructions sheet in the apartment. You have to figure that out yourself. You have to ask many tomes to finally have a proper answer. The only positive aspect, extremely nice and modern apartment, very fancy with a kitchen and balcony. near the old town and quiet location.
Helle (10/5): Meget pen leilighet ca 5 min å gå unna gamlebyen. - Fatastisk leilighet med alt av utstyr. Så helt nytt ut, men kun en stol på terassen. Så måtte bære ut kjøkkenbordet og stolene. Men god plass for det. litt vanskeli å forstå hvor man skulle levere fra seg nøklene siden vi måtte dra på natta. Leiligheten Passer for de fleste :) meget fornøyd
