- Nadège (8/5): Bon séjour! - Superbe emplacement!! De très belles maisons et villas. Petit déjeuner top mais un peu cher. Juste à coté des activités du Crocodile Rouge. Très sympa à refaire! Le prix de la nuit est légèrement élevé et certaines installations, malgré le confort, sont vétustes. De plus, pas mal de toiles d'araignées, notamment sur le balcon. Les chambres du hauts, lorsqu'il y a 3 chambres, mériteraient toutes des radiateurs!
- luc (8/5): Je crois que c'est ce qu'il a le mieux dans la région. - Calme olympien et belle vue de la chambre sur le plan d'eau. Beau buffet au petit déjeuner. Bonne literie. Place de parking assez éloignée de la chambre ce qui ne facilite pas le transport des bagages même si des chariots de transport sont mis à disposition. Il faut faire de grands détours pour franchir les quelques rampes d'escalier.

- Caroline (8/5): bel endroit et belle infrastructure - bel endroit, calme en soirée - vue sur le lac - l'appartement est agréable pour 6 personnes - bonne literie - le déjeuner est excellent : varié, produits très bons et frais - le personnel est efficace- manque un peu de lampes dans une salle de bain (une lampe au-dessus du lavabo n'allait pas) - odeurs d'égouts dans les sanitaires et sur la terrasse - ne comptez pas trop préparer un vrai repas dans la kitchenette : tout petit four à micro ondes, tout petit espace de cuisson (pas pour 6 en tous cas) ..il vaut alors mieux prendre une villa mais comme nous n'y étions que pour 1 nuit, ce n'était pas une catastrophe

Very disappointing stay for a hotel advertised as 4★. About €300 per night is absolutely unjustified given the quality: * Insufficient cleanliness (visible marks and stains in the room, empty toilet paper roll left in place) * Overall lack of control and attention to detail * Overcrowded hotel → degraded service and experience

De omgeving, de inplanting van het hotel, de rust was fenomenaal. Het hotel had een prachtig terras, maar we konden er niets gebruiken. ( buiten de zondag) Na het ontbijt ging alles dicht en alles ging terug open bij het diner 's avonds. Ook in de omgeving was er niets te vinden waar we een verfrissing, een koffie of iets dergelijks konden krijgen, wat zeer spijtig was, zeker voor mensen in onze leeftijd.

Beds were great, and so was the view. The indications to the parking lot weren't very clear. But just keep driving, you'll get there eventually ;-)

- BERENICE (6/5): Correct - le cadre est sympa même si de notre chambre nous avions vue en partie sur un batiment. La chambre est bien équipée, la salle de bain est parfaite, assez simple pour se garer. Le personnel est très sympathique. Les chambres sont très bruyantes, on entend toutes les conversations de la chambre d'à côté. En plus nous avions des voisins avec un bébé donc pas au calme, ce bébé pleurait/criait beaucoup (ce qui est normal quand on a un bébé) mais nous avions spécifié une chambre au calme. Et pas de lumière le soir pour aller du restaurant à la chambre, heureusement nous avions nos téléphones pour nous éclairer, mais très dangereux avec les escaliers. Il manque des prises USB, aujourd'hui dans les hotels de ce niveau de gamme cela est devenu normal Au final le prix de la nuit est élevé pour la prestation je trouve

- Michael (6/5): Just be prepared to bring everything - including loo roll & a tea towel. - Great location. Beautiful scenery and modern. Staff were really polite and informative at check-in. Lots of plug sockets. Wi-Fi had a good strong signal throughout the property. We arrived late to our villa, it was extremely cold as the heating hasn’t been on. When it eventually heated up it was very hot and didn’t take too long but would’ve been nice to enter a warm building as it was so cold and wet outside. Bedding was not very nice, lumpy and not the cleanest in appearance. Mattress was very hard on double bed but a good size. I was surprised to see that their sheets were branded Ibis! Disappointed to be told we had to put these on ourselves which was annoying after a long day travelling. The shower lacked pressure, but possibly because more water was coming out the side of their hose than the actual shower head. This also resembled a prefab caravan shower. It was nice and hot though. No full length mirror in the property. The second bedroom had bunkbeds for children, I think it would’ve benefited from a nightlight or a small lamp knowing that children will be staying in there, rather than leaving the main hall light on all night. Dishwasher was extremely loud (heard upstairs) and the wash cycle continued for 3+ hours. There was no instruction manual so had to google it. This was a bit annoying as you’re expected to clean and strip the beds before you leave, therefore I had to put this on late night as we had an early checkout and wait for it to finish before I could sleep. Had I had known this before we had arrived I would’ve been more prepared with necessities for our family - ie washing up liquid, hand soap & loo roll as we couldn’t find any local shops open in the evenings to get these items.
