Breakfast was enjoyable as well as the refreshing lemon/lim - Location is so key for us because it’s nearby family but close to several great locations and boroughs while also a short drive to downtown Pittsburgh There is hardly anything to dislike. This location does need to add digital options for tipping. It would help greatly both the hotel and the staff who deserve to be shown appreciation for their efforts. There was also some work being done which is great for improvements but it did affect parking somewhat at times. Not all that big of a deal.

Nicole (2/5): Not the cleanest, some staff not the nicest - The dining area was decent Overall, the rooms and hotel is barely clean and staff we experienced were not very nice particularly one front desk worker that we encountered the first and second day. And to have to have to ask and go get your own towels and toiletries and walk your own trash down is wild by itself, but to get attitude over it is even worse.

Laura (9/5): Good place to stay if you have an event in the area. - The staff was extremely pleasant and there was always parking. Getting to the hotel was confusing as it is in an industrial area.

Melissa (10/5): We spent more time at our hotel than usual and I'm so glad we stayed at your facility. - It was a good breakfast both mornings we were there. The supplies were kept full and the attendant cleaned the tables appropriately. Our room was very spacious and designed well. We loved the patio and fire pit. The night shift attendant was helpful in checking on us and offering to light the fire pit. He was very charming. There wasn't anything I didn't like. The price was a little higher than what I normally pay.

Discover13735487447 (4/5): Under construction! - We had 4 rooms at the hotel for our family while in town for a funeral. The area of the lobby where breakfast was being served is under construction. I wish this was disclosed when booking. It made getting my 86 year old mother's breakfast challenging because we had to eat in a conference room. A lot of the lobby is divided off with black plastic sheeting.

Kenneth (7/5): It did the job for the night. - The location was great. Had all sorts of restaurants or fast food near by. We brought some popcorn but had no microwave in our room. That was a first. Very pricey for an average room.

Lemasters (8/5): Very good - The area was nice was surrounded by stores and restaurants which made it convenient. I didn't like that check in was supposed to be 3pm and when arrived after 4pm was told my rooms wouldn't be ready for another 45 mins. Thought it was also pricey. Even though nice wasn't worth 615 dollars for one night for two rooms.

Lanelle (8/5): - The pros were that the bed was very comfortable and parking was included. I was there for surgery, so I do not know about the breakfast, but my husband said it was decent. The only downfall was that they were undergoing construction.
lesliej985 (8/5): Clean, safe stay - Used my digital key, worked well. Rooms are generously sized. Recently remodeled. Small fridge in room. Thermostat was hot or cold, doesn't adjust between the two. Lots of options for charging devices. Wish there was a nightlight in the bathroom. The grab and go breakfast in the morning was excellent. Contained a wrapped bagel, wrapped apple, bottle of water, jelly and peanut butter spread. Would return.

357ibor (10/5): Newly renovated Hampton Inn - I stayed here for one quick night for business and had a pleasant stay. The hotel seems to be undergoing renovations as there were some signs of construction. I would assume the room I stayed in was a renovated one, as it was one of the top Hampton Inn rooms I have stayed in. Modern, clean, spacious, everything looked brand new. Lots of fast food options right outside their door.

Devries87 (8/5): hockey tournament weekend stay. - Great quick stay for a hockey tournament next door at Alpha . Location couldn’t be better! You’re right next to the turnpike , sheets and Starbucks are right in the parking lot . The free breakfast in the morning had so many options. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly! Will stay here again.
Maria (10/5): Excellent! - I don’t think I’ve ever experienced such a wonderful front desk experience! Chrissy was so kind & personable & when we were checking out the following morning, she remembered that we were there for my daughter’s baby shower & asked how it was, wished my daughter good luck, said she had grandchildren, etc. She was incredibly sweet & it warmed our hearts! The evening front desk person was also very kind & helpful. What a great staff at the Harmarville Hampton!

Josh (8/5): Room was fine. Counter help was rude. - I've tried to provide details but my review gets rejected every time I submit, so I'll keep it simple... Room was fine. No issues. Woman at the counter was very rude at check out and wanted to be argumentative for no reason. We'll go to one of the literally dozens of other hotels next time we're in town.

Donna (10/5): Exceptional - The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. They are very pet friendly and have a designated area to walk dogs with supplies for clean up. They have a beautiful pool and exercise room. The breakfasts were good. It is a great location, just off the turnpike and close to Rt 28. We had a problem working the TV remote. The off button turned it on. Once we figured it out, it was okay.
