• Lauryn (8/5): Super hôtel pour votre séjour à Bamako - J’ai aimé l’emplacement de l’hôtel, la décoration, la piscine et la gentillesse du personnel. Le rapport qualité prix est super. L’hôtel en général est à rénover, les chambres surtout : équipements électroniques, les salles de bain. Le petit déjeuner est trop simple, pas assez de choix manqué de fruits mais il est correct. Ce serait bien si l’hôtel proposait des repas de midi et du soir.

Réparer la cuvette WC, parfois les verres sont ébréchés qui est très dangereux. La qualité du personnel est excellente ! Nécessite le petit matériel basique comme un tire bouchon, fruits pour le petit déjeuner…

• Guest (9/5): - Mon séjour a été merveilleux. Je tiens à remercier le précieux personnel de l'hôtel Dunia. Le service était très bon. Le service de navette pour l'aéroport m'a été très utile. D'autre part, le service de petit-déjeuner était très bon et adéquat. La chambre standard était très agréable et suffisante pour une personne. Je suis très satisfait de la propreté des chambres. J'ai reçu un bon service en général et je tiens à vous en remercier. Je dois dire que j'ai eu un peu de mal à accepter que le restaurant de l'hôtel soit en cours de rénovation, mais vous pouvez bien sûr commander de la nourriture dans des restaurants de qualité situés à proximité. Cependant, assurez-vous d'avoir le CFA avec vous et n'oubliez pas que les restaurants facturent des frais de livraison.

It was a great location for all the things I needed to purchase in the central market which is literally 5 minutes walk. Overall, I am very pleased with this place. Had some noisy conversations in corridors, not nice in a hotel, some want the peace and quiet. Also had few moskitos flapping around the corridor and as soon as you open your door in they get…this should be corrected…

Everything in my room was clean and worked which made my stay comfortable - Wi-Fi, air conditioner, television & hot/cold shower with good water pressure. There was no interruption to electricity during my stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. Security was great. The free airport shuttle bus service to and from the hotel was excellent as was the included breakfast. There is a pool (with a small garden) if you’d like to cool off but I didn’t use it. I did enjoy chilling on the outdoor seating near the pool though Just be aware that there are mosquitoes and you will need insect repellent

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a genuine smile from the hotel staff (Mr. Hamidou, the shuttle driver, the hotel manager, the waiters). The check-in process was swift and efficient, and I immediately felt at ease. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, offering all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The restaurant staff was attentive and made me feel like a valued guest throughout my meals. The hotel's location was also a major plus. It was conveniently situated near many attractions and business centers, making it easy for me to get around and explore the city. Additionally, the hotel provided a shuttle service that was both reliable and convenient. The staff at Hotel Dunia truly went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. They were always ready to assist with any request or inquiry, making me feel well taken care of during my entire stay.
