• Aleksandr (2/5): - Booked this room a few hours before we came. Called the number to confirm our arrival. No one answered the phone. Texted and called on their regular phone as well as WhatsApp - no replies. It’s showing left on read. No response. Drove to the address - the neighborhood is a scary and absolutely not safe. Kept on calling them and knocking on a locked gate - no luck. Waited there for an hour. No one showed up or answered the phone. Tried getting a refund - they said “the policy is that you have to check in 72 hrs in advance before arrival”,then the question is why Expedia allows to book same day if that’s the case??? DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE - ITS A TRASH!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND the only reason we booked this crappy room was because all the hotels were sold out due to a sport event. Ended up driving very far to a Strawberry Hill Hotel.

Our overall stay was relaxing, very comfortable beds and the apartment have air condition units in all rooms including in the common areas. The parking is a bit narrow but the complex is very quiet as well the neighborhood. I would stay there again.

When we decided to visit Kingston we wanted two things, an apartment that is fully air condition and one the have been on this website for awhile. It would appear this one have been around for a few years. The apartment is very nice and is as shown online. All the appliance and other amenities worked as expected. The apartment is in a decent and safe part of the city. The neighborhood is very quiet and is close to many essentials. Blessings for the wonderful job you guys did of making use feel at home. Keep up the good work.
• OW (2/5): - I didn't like the fact that they property is priced and listed on false advertising. The property is located in the middle of a ghetto, in the middle the inner city - NOT by the beach or near the golf course as advertised.

• Lyla (10/5): - There weren't a lot of great deals for long stay but we found one here. The owners offered a couple of complimentary cleanings during our stay so dispute all the amenities of home we felt like we were in a hotel. Summers are hot on the island and we were pleasantly surprised and impressed that the entire apartment have AC. We will be back next summer. Please keep the doors open and the lights on for us.

• Rosnoff (10/5): - Fifth carnival in a row we book a property from the CASA group of properties. As a business owner the one thing I really admire is that the staff members I have been dealing with year after year have not changed and they appear to be very happy with their jobs. This is the third time Jenny (the manager) is checking us in. Apparently she manages a handful of these apartments. This is the first apartment we booked on Expedia back in 2014, so it is full circle. The apartment (Casa Alexandria) was renovated, perhaps recently. As a business owner, I have great admiration for this business, they deliver a very unique experience. They are reliable and have serve us 7 times in 5 years mostly at carnival time but they consistency of delivering clean, functional apartments across the boards and that is very admirable. From one apartment to the next there is a welcome juice and water in the refrigerator, a guest guide book on the coffee table and a welcoming manager to greet us with a smile. I know how hard it is to get staff to maintain standards. To whomever that read this review, this is a review of the entire CASA Company. These apartments are operated by solid business people and I would book anything in Kingston that has CASA in front the name without second guessing the service and product I will receive.

We had a very good time at Alexandria's apartment. It is worth the while staying booking. If you want free breakfast just remember to let them know you want to reserve it. Oh, that is if your booking qualify.
• Henri (10/5): - Nice apartment, all amenities in were in good condition and working order. We had a slight problem with the dryer not drying our clothes and the manage came with maintenance and while we were out at requested. The problem was fixed by the time we came back from brunch. It was refreshing to see things getting done on a Sunday morning with great efficiency. I am very impress with the professionalism. The beds were very comfortable as well. Thanks for a good vacation.

• Lisa (8/5): - Stayed here in 2015 when my cousin got married. They have gotten better, the beds are much more comfortable and the apartment itself looks better, different colors. Jennifer, is a very good manager she is alway prompt and attentive. I love this lovely fully air conditioned apartment and the neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet, just right for me. Keep up the good work and I will keep coming back.

Fine service received from the manager, Jenny. The apartment was better than the photos. It was fully AC, clean, comfortable beds, fast WiFi, high water pressure, hot water and the shower drained fast. Those were what was important to me and Casa Alexandria scored high marks so I will give it another go next year.

This manager and other staff was professional. Loved the location as it was close to my old family home. Will rent this one again.
• Nancy (10/5): STILL A VERY GOOD PLACE TO STAY! - We booked this place in 2015 and had a some check-in issues. We arrived at 3am two days after we were scheduled to arrive and we were upset. In retrospect we took out our frustration on the property when it had nothing to do with the property and everything to do with the airline. I did not review this property then and I regretted not reviewing them, because that staff was nothing but friendly and helpful and the apartment was very well decorated and felt comfortable. Fast forward three years and this apartment is still very nice and we are glad we selected it again. The people behind this apartment really do a good job maintaining it. The AC cold, WiFi fast, beds clean and comfortable. Consider it an honor if you get a chance to book this cozy apartment.
• April Kennedy (10/5): Hidden Gem - This is a hidden gem in Kingston. It is 5 minutes out of the New Kingston but worth getting off the beating path to stay there. The apartment was very clean, kitchen and bathroom as well and the beds were immaculate. This apartment was in a small gated setting on a very quiet neighborhood. All the staff including the driver was friendly and recommend this we could do in our off time. This is one I would revisit and recommend.
• S.Sergeant Rex (10/5): Very Comfortable bed/ Cold AC - I am an E6 in the US Amry (Go Army). I do not know much about hotels or Jamaica for that matter, but I grew tired of Korea and decided to spend my vacation in Kingston. I know about beds and making a proper bed and I salute whomever made these beds. They ironed the sheets and they worked the beds and got our every wrinkle/seam. The last time I saw beds like these were in bootcamp 15 years ago. Let me post a photo of the beds...wow My bed was also very comfortable, nice thick pillow top mattress. Other than the apartment was very nice and the area extremely quiet. The staff was professional and very helpful, they helped us to navigate the city. Our stay was peaceful and it was just what we needed.

• Daniella (10/5): Perfect & Safe Location - I had a wondeful time from the moment I arrived in this guest apartment in 05/2017. Staff were very courteous & welcoming. Security was always helpful to give us directions and attend to any of our needs. The location is safe and central to almost anything you want. I would definitely stay here again & recommend this apartment to any future guests.
• Dave (6/5): Not bad - The good. Nice location. Well decorated. Privacy. Property manager was friendly and very accommodating. The bad. Apt as w the rest of kingston was hot. Ac only in the room. Ac unit in the room doesnt blow very cold either. Bed did not have a traditional mattress......so a bit tough n spongy. Summary. After spending a week on the north coast of the island for $165 a night at a 4 star all inclusive i thought this apt was just a bit overpriced at $100 a night (including cleaning fees, etc). All in all not a bad place to rest your head.

Layout and size of the apartment was perfect for a family of 4 (2 adults + 2 children) and complete with all the things needed for a comfortable stay. Felt like a good Jamaican home, clean comfortable and non-fussed. It was very easy to get comfortable and every thing was clearly explained.

My 2 bedroom apartment was clean, comfortable & adorably decorated. Trust those pics. They speak truth dem! Coming back to my apartment after touching the road each day brought a smile to my face. Safe, conveniently located & all that one could want in a home away from home. This will be my official spot to stay each time I return & I'll be back soon :)
• kay (10/5): Worthy every penny ! - Our stay was nothing but exceptional,the staff is great and they will go above and beyond. I managed to lock myself out of my room and the grounds manager was there to assist in no time.The apartment is very clean(rodent free)the pictures are exactly what you are going to get...it's worth every penny and I can't wait to visit again !

• vito (10/5): Nice apartment centrally located to all activities - Had a very pleasant stay. i'm not big into restaurants so being able to cook my own meals was a plus and it was convenient to have supermarkets close by. being in the Kingston area there was always a party or club, or for even that matter a museum not far away that you could check out. overall, i would recommend this apartment with all its amenities...
• Verified traveler (10/5): best place in Kingston to stay - This is my second time staying at Casa Alexandria. The Casa Jamaica team is doing a very god job at maintaining and keeping up the image. I noticed they added a rather large piece of artwork in the living room and made a few upgrades. Kevin is very easy to deal with and the actually allowed me to check early on both my stays. You will not find a better place to stay in Kingston. I have stayed the top 5 established hotels in Kingston and I will never go back, "never". I really get a true value staying at Casa Alexandria. The complex is clean, well kept, quite and the apartment is exactly as it appears in the photo, the management is friendly, the apartment is centrally located. I think I said it all in my first review so I will end it here. I am looking forward to staying at Casa Victoria Golf Retreat on my next visit, the photos they sent out of the property via whatsapp look very welcoming.
• cory (10/5): Very comfortable apartment! - Beautiful apartment- clean, spacious, and modern with hot water and a/c which is often hard to find in Jamaica. It was in a good neighborhood close to the center of town. The property manager was also kind enough to meet us when we were lost and provide local recommendations. We would definitely stay here again, it felt like a home away from home.
