• Gary (2/5): - The hotel has no elevator. The hotel is under renovation and access to the beach and restaurant is inconvenient. The air condition unit in the room is very noisy and irritating and the room is not cool enough to be comfortable.

• Brian Anthony (6/5): - Rooms clean, buildings next tp major road very noisy all night. Never see any management, maid was nice. Property worn out need updates. Homeless sleep in parking area next to Property. Walk to beach steep poorly paved road.
• Allen (4/5): - There was no descent pans with which to cook... severally scratched Teflon & warped pans were unusable. No salt, pepper, oil or paper towels, which were ALWAYS provided at every other b&b we have used over the years. The large burner didn't work, nor did the microwave. One flimsy sponge and one cloth with which to clean dishes. Cutting boards old & stained. Only 2 pillows... the flattest & hardest I've ever had the misfortune of laying my head. No diners within walking distance . The cane fields were being burned and my husband suffered an asthma attack, which laid him low for the 2 days we were there. Had I had the opportunity to warn the folks coming in on our heels, I would have advised them to find somewhere else!! Beverly was kind and efficient and the rooms were spotless. An older gentleman quite helpful as well.
• John (10/5): - I chose Paradise Villas after a cruise and before I flew home. The villa was spotless and comfortable. It was set up for a long stay if desired, with a full kitchen, though I didn't use it. The wifi was very good. Not all that much around the area, but the Chicken place about a 10 minute walk away was good. Buses were easy to get.
• COLIN (10/5): Cricket trip. - Excellent, spacious accommodation, very clean, very helpful host and friendly staff. 3 minutes walk to the beach.
• JERRY (8/5): - The property is not close to any places to shop or eat. If a person has a car this would be a good place to stay. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils. The manager was very helpful.

• Suzanne (8/5): - The staff is exceptionally friendly and eager to help. Although the rooms look aged, everything is functional, the kitchen very well equipped, the shower has a strong debit of water and it is spacey.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - This place had all the things i need to make my vacation pleasant and comfortable. My intention of being in this hotel is to sleep and be out and about Barbados. i was out 3/4 of the time. I was booked 7 days and was out 5 on most tours available. If you just want to relax and do not want the tourist traffic at the beach this the location to be. but if you like the busy crowded beach scene. i suggest to pay more and stick to Radisson or Hilton. This location is not easily walkable for long distance as sidewalks are too narrow or no sidewalks at all. Buses and taxis are your best means of transportation to get around fast.

• Zion (10/5): - I had an amazing experience at Paradise Villas. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The place was very clean and spacious. The location is a prime location and walking distance to the beach and 24hr gas station. Would must definitely return back!!

• Kina (10/5): Great little property! - When we arrived at Paradise Villas (8 of us) we were greeted by Beverley, who showed us to our apartments. Very quaint property, walking distance (down hill) to an incredible beach. Beverley even took us to the market to get breakfast and lunch items for the next day. She was a wonderful host! There is a little local restaurant just up the street, that we ate dinner ate. Completely local fare, and a great experience. I would definitely recommend this cute property again.

• Mervin (4/5): A place for sleeping near to the UWI - The living room area was too hot. There was no Air conditioning int eh living room area and this was problematic. The wifi connection in my room was erratic at times and this was very disappointing.
• Dora (10/5): - The lovely and spacious appartements are close to the beach, a bus stop to anywhere on the island and within walking distance to a huge supermarket. The owner and staff are the most lovely people and went out of their way to help us with any questions we might have. Loved that place!!!
• mom (6/5): Lovely staff, very helpful and kind . - Great helpful staff. Clean rooms. Needs more pillows for me. It was great for me dropping my daughter at university. Limited in terms of beach and entertainment. Beautiful beach but run down and rather unsafe as a female. Always be two or more. Soon the area will be getting cleaned up from what I understand. Great accès though to public buses. Flaszone pub is great local with good food.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Schöne Anlage in Strandnähe - Wir waren für drei Tage im Paradies Villas und sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und Berverli war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten keinen Adapter und haben sofort mehrere bekommen. Am Abreisetag konnten wir auch bis 14 Uhr bleiben. Der Weg zum Strand ist kurz und in der Nähe gibt es das Flash-Zone ( Einheimisches Essen, gute Musik und Drinks).

• Rahul (8/5): Very comfortable villa - Despite a mishap whereby Hotels.com had failed to provide our reservation details to the owner and so when we arrived the hotel had no record of our reservation, the property manager was able to accommodate us last minute in a comfortable 2 bed 2 bath apartment. The villa was spacious with a nice balcony and kitchen facilities. The property is located a short drive from the capital and walking distance from a pretty little secluded beach nearby.

• Steve (8/5): Would stay here again. - The staff was extremely accommodating throughout or stay. Close to the beach and a nice swim in the ocean just know it's a steep walk back to the hotel. Great place for a longer stay and those on a budget.
• AM (6/5): Very basic - Got there at night and no internet. No problem as they had high winds from a storm. 24 hrs later still no internet. However once pointed out by phone to manager it was fixed the next day. Property seems to be managed by an elderly gardner so you have to insist on calling off site manager. All in all the property has seen better days but still ok
• Elisabeth (10/5): BRA BOENDE TILL KANONPRIS! - Svårt att hitta fram till villan då skyltning och gatunamn saknades. Vi hade bokat Villa de luxe för 4 men blev 5. Vänligt välkomnande och inga problem med att sätta in en extra säng till ingen extra kostnad! Trevligt vardagsrum med altan, kök o toalett på nedre plan. 2 sovrum med varsitt badrum samt altan med havsutsikt på övre plan. Bil är ett måste om man vill handla och gå på restaurang. Många fina resorts och tillgång till beach utefter västkusten. Sydkusten är mer turistigt med hotellkomplex, beacher o shopping.
• PeeJay (10/5): Lovely location near to Bridgetown - All the staff were extremely friendly & helpful & went out of their way to help us have a wonderful stay. It's an extremely peaceful location - enlivened by the local chickens, crickets & whistling frogs who provided a natural Bajan soundtrack &, nearby main roads, which although very busy, provide regular buses to the capital & other places of interest & activities.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Apartementhaus mit Charme - Wir waren zu viert da für eine Übernachtung nach einer Schiffsreise. Wir wurden von der Besitzerin sehr freundlich empfangen , durften sofort morgens ins Haus und konnten am nächsten Tag sogar bis abends bleiben. Es hat uns dort sehr gut gefallen und wir konnten unseren Urlaub in Ruhe "auslaufen" lassen. Auch um den Taxitransfer zum Flughafen wurde sich gekümmert. Alles in allem,sehr zu empfehlen.- für einen kurzen Aufenthalt oder Miete mit einem Mietwagen, da die Gegend etwas abgelegen ist. PARADISE BEACH direkt um die Ecke,200m Fußweg zu erreichen.
• travel family (6/5): Good value but poor area - The apartment was nice size and same as shown in he photos. Grounds were nice. The management provides practically nothing so you have to buy everything from salt and pepper to napkins, paper towels, pen and paper, etc...The area is not good. It's near the main road so you hear traffic early in morning. It is surrounded by a group of properties that has half demolished buildings and overgrown. We did not feel safe walking to the nearby beach. You had to walk thru a bunch of half demolished buildings. It was very dark at night walking from the road. Street lights were out. My wife didn't feel safe. Not much around so spent a lot of money on taxis which are expensive in Barbados. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They bought groceries for us as we were arriving before a long holiday. They also provide a cell phone which was nice to have. Andrew the taxi driver is great to book for a one day tour of the island. Beverly was very nice and really went out of the way to accommodate.
• Eversley (8/5): A convenient location, close to beach and shopping - An enjoyable and comfortable experience! I would stay there again. It was right in the center of all the festivities and celebration activities for Independence.
• Danielle (10/5): Quaint and beach accessible - Went on a solo trip and staff was very polite from the moment I got there. Very helpful with directing me to food places. The beach was very close although the walk back up the hill is a workout. The closest beach is pretty deserted and surrounded by abandoned building so I would recommend Brighton Beach and "Hot Pot" which is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel if you walk down the beach.
• Samuel (8/5): Helpful and kind staff. - The room was comfortable. A few minor things could be updated. The staff was kind and helpful, the atmosphere quiet. I enjoyed being near UWI because I could walk up the hill and her there in 20 minutes.
• Susie (10/5): - It was very nice for the price. The employees were very helpful and courteous. If you are looking for a nice hotel kind of secluded beach pretty much to yourself. However shopping and dinning you need a car or taxi or riding the bus which we did. We thought is was a real experience but was only a $2 brabados dollars; which was only 15 minutes away.

• Roger (8/5): Goed self-catering appartement vlakbij Bridgetown - Wij hadden de Villa toebedeeld gekregen, beter als dat we geboekt hadden. Een huisje met twee verdiepingen, beneden een woongedeelte, boven twee slaapkamers. De tand des tijds begint te knagen aan deze gebouwen, maar de eigenares doet haar uiterste best je het naar de zin te maken. Met de bus is het prima rondreizen, er geldt een flat fee van $2, ongeacht de lengte van de rit.
• Jude (8/5): Deserted beach close at hand. - Lovely large villas, just off a main road. Few local amenities, but bus stop - for buses into Bridgetown - is less than five minutes away. Beautiful, deserted beach, close by. Friendly, helpful staff.

• famiglia,2bimbi (8/5): Appartamento comodo, in posizione non eccellente - appartamento comodo, pulito (pulizia tappeti e divani buona ma migliorabile), vicino al mare. le spiagge più belle sono altrove quindi è necessaria la macchina. questa è comunque fortemente consigliata x visitare l'isola, quindi la posizione dell'appartamento non è un grosso limite. la signora Beverly ci ha seguito e accontentato in tutte le nostre richieste, facendoci trovare in frigo quanto richiesto e procurandoci la microsim richiesta x collegamento ad internet da mobile. se si affitta macchina, indispensabile gps o sim locale (noi abbiamo optato x questa non avendo gps) perchè le indicazioni stradali sono assolutamente scarse e insufficienti. in appartamento disponibile telefono fisso x chiamate gratuite, estremamente utile x prenotare tour e visite. wifi presente ma segnale non particolarmente forte. con iphone e ipad difficile trovare la rete. poche prese di corrente. portare delle prese triple oltre ad adattatori. arrivati in hotel molto in ritardo e oltre l'orario di check in standard, ma non abbiamo avuto alcun problema con il check in.
