• Hector Alberto (2/5): Horrible - En esta última ocasión fue horrible, la alberca no funcionaba y las habitaciones que están hasta el final, entra exceso de luz y había mucho ruido temprano, en ocasión pasada todo bien, hasta recomendé el lugar pero jamás me volvería a hospedar.

• Susan (6/5): - Sadly, we arrived here with groceries to cook in the full kitchen advertised We arrived to no cookware, 1 fork ,one spoon, no dish towels, only 3 bath towels for 4 people. We called reception and were told he won't come vy with things to cook with in about 5 minutes, after waiting almost and hour, we called again. If you are going to rent a condo with a full kitchen, tgen we feel it should at least be stocked. The unit was showing it's wear, the walls were dirty and pealing. No air conditioner in the downstairs but at least the 3 bedrooms had it and each had a tv. The front desk clerk was friendly

• Jose Miguel (8/5): Excelente opción cuando van grupos grandes - Excelente propiedad! Sobre todo si vas más de tres personas, porque es un ahorro significativo con respecto a un hotel. Además la comodidad de tener una casa completa para tu disponibilidad.
• BRENDA YENIZETH TREJO (2/5): - Nos indicaron con las reservas de Expedia no llegan a su sistema por lo tanto no te hacen válido lo que alquilaste, permiten fiesta en el estacionamiento con desorden y exceso de ruido,entraron a nuestra villa desconocidos, indicando que les dieron llaves en recepción nefasto

Lo único es un poco confuso la llegada por primera vez porque no especifican por donde es la entrada a la villa sin embargo la atención es bastante agradable y bastante acogedora. • Angela (10/5): Comfortable stay - My husband and I were stuck due to car problems. We ended up staying for a week and were very comfortable with our villa. Staff were very friendly. My only recommendation would be to add at least a fan in the gym as it gets very hot to exercise in there !

• Karla (4/5): Necesitan mejorar - La atención del personal fue muy amable, pero ya está muy descuidado, el sillón de nuestra villa estaba todo descarapelado, el aire acondicionado de una villa no servía, el baño estaba limpio, se ofrecieron a cambiarnos a dos villas pero por cuestión de trabajo ya no teníamos tiempo, tampoco estaba en funcionamiento el 3er portón, creo que tienen muchas cosas q arreglar

• Selene (4/5): - Our room was filty. The floors had all kinds of trash and hairs. The bathrooms had dirty water on the floors and hairs all over. The toilets were dirty. The towels were ripped and dirty yellow. The kidchen had trash and the tanble was sticky. We felt disgusted, the only reason we stayed is because there were no other hotels in the area that were pet friendly. The two front office staff were nice. One of them went to our villa and and mopped the water on the floor.

• Robert (8/5): - Stayed for 1 week, pleasant stay. Breakfast was great with different options daily. Daily house cleaning available. Only temporary downside was trying to figure out how to operate the heater, and lack of enough bath towels, but both resolved by next day. Will definitely stay again.
• Carlos (2/5): - Again. It was a terrible experience. My wife and I in a road trip to Mexico. Late midnight we search online and Expedia offer comes in. We pay the reservation, and drive to the address given to us. In there there was no hotel and no where to find it. A hotel that apparently doesn’t exist. We had to continue driving 5 more hours, without a place to stay. Unacceptable.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Buenas instalaciones - El lugar es muy bueno, los problemas fueron instalaciones cerradas (alberca), querían cobrar por el desayuno de mi esposa cuando la reservación era para 2 con desayuno incluido, cuando llegue no tenían mi reservación en su sistema y tuvieron que buscarla, por todo lo demás muy bien, estacionamiento seguro y asignado, instalaciones limpias y en muy buen estado, el desayuno puede mejorar.

• Qaiser (8/5): - Nice place to stay in. Good breakfast. Clean and spacious. Just check each bedrooms split AC system and make sure they are properly cooling before unpacking. So you can ask for another villa if the AC is not working properly. We had to move one of the mattresses into another room because one room's AC was not cooling. It was late at night so it was easier to move the mattress than having to gather all our belongings and moving again. We will definitely stay here again in the future.
• Marcial (8/5): - The front desk girls were very nice and the entrance to the property was locked at all times which made me feel safe. The breakfast was acceptable for a hotel breakfast. Someone had a party while during our stay and it didn't end until almost dawn. Otherwise, the rooms were nice and convenient for a family of 4.

• Francisco (6/5): - Si vas con tu mascota, es el lugar ideal, tienen un espacio muy amplio de areas verdes para poder salir con tu mascota y es muy accesible. Lo unico malo es que hacía mucho frio y no había forma de calentar la habitación. Las almohadas estaban muy altas y duras, nada confortables para mi gusto... el desayuno muy bien, buffette por lo que tiene buenos puntos a favor y solo dos en contra que es la falta de calefacción y la fala de confort en las almohadas.

• Claudia (4/5): - Te entregan el cuarto sin nadie para verificar que todo esta bien, y como segun ellos “aceptan mascotas” y en el check out si mandan a alguien a verificar si hay algo mal en la villa, para cobrartelo. Nosotros pasamos una noche y fue muy desagradable tardarnos mas de 1 hr en el check out porque estabamos yendo y viniendo con su personal para revisar una alfombra que tenia una mancha de aceite de carro seco, color negro y ellos alegaban que era pipi de mi perro. Nunca volvi hay mucho mejores lugares, desagradable experiencia. Si llevas mascota no los recomiendo porque ademas te piden un deposito en efectivo estratosferico segun ellos en garantia. Si son tan delicados con sus cosas mejor que no acepten mascotas o que cuanto te entreguen la villa alguien vaya a revisar que todo esta bien. La actitud que toman es reprobable con los clientes.

• Brenda (10/5): - Check-in with Miriam (I hope I spelled her name right) was great. She was so friendly and helpful - nice personality. The villa was spacious, super clean, and the perfect place to be after a long day on the road with our pets. Room service was wonderful and they were friendly and smiling even though it was the end of their day. The menu options were good and the tortas were the best I have ever had. Check-out the next morning was easy and the woman was very friendly and helpful. The only problem we had was only one car allowed inside the gate so we had to leave our car and trailer parked on the street. It was near their security office and there are cameras but we were a little worried. We will definitely stay here again.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - Such a great place to stay, both short- and long-term. The villas are huge and quiet. Having traveled in Mexico for the past year, I'm well aware of the problems with water pressure in hotels, but no such issues here. This place is also dog friendly and you get your pet deposit back when you check out -- unless your puppy has destroyed something, of course! Super nice, friendly staff too that went above and beyond. I would definitely come back here and stay in the future.

• CESAR (10/5): Excellent Stay and Hotel !! - The Redwood Villas is an awesome place to stay, each Villa is completely equipped for your stay, cleanliness is excellent, a very good continental breakfast, etc. I will come back to Redwood Villas every time I travel to SLP.

Very comfortable once inside and the drive gates swing closed. The best thing of all is the breakfast. Huge piles of well done food for the Vegan and the non vegan. Super friendly buffet staff. The food and variety all EXCELLENT ! ! ! Definitely staying here for a month next year. BRAVO!!!

• Verified traveler (2/5): - It smelled strongly like sewage. The entire suite. It was nice and spacious. Management has little concern for theit guests. They allow other guests to put loud music late hours outside their rooms.
• Scott (10/5): - Property is in a large gated compound with a resort feeling. Unit was simple but clean and modern. Staff was friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was plentiful with a lot of choices and excellent. OXXO is on the corner and Uber will get you to the City Centro quickly and inexpensively. We drove and parked in our own space right in front of the unit.

• Brenda (10/5): - Stayed with my family of 6 and we had everything needed during our stay. The location is gated and safe. Overall the place was excellent. We will definitely return.
• Cheri (10/5): great Place to stay - It was hard to find but once we got there everything was great. Would definitely stay again. One suggestion, they need to put a phone number on the website so you can call and get more directions. Also when you get there go to the first gate and you’ll get help on how to get into the compound. It is very safe!!
