• Jilina (9/5): Super - A 7 mn à pieds de la navette pour l'aéroport ligne 10 et à 27 mn à pieds de la station de bus intercity. Lit confortable, cuisine et salle de bain fonctionnelle, chauffage, petite terrasse et parking. J'ai adoré mes 2 jours à Rotorua. La personne de l'accueil ne connaît pas vraiment le coin, du coup pas de bons conseils. L'éclairage n'est pas idéal dans la chambre mais tant pis.

• Deb (1/5): Find another Place - Having a comfy bed was so good. Pleased it had kettle and wifi was alright. Glad it was farther enough away from the Thermal as the smell was overbearing at times did like that shops were close as well. Mall had everything i wanted to do. Motel DID NOT look anything like the picture, should be updated, i drove past it twice before i realized where it was. Room was NOT AS i expected, NO coffee/tea making, No fireplace, No air conditioning, No stove, (portable hotplate), MOULD in bathroom, and I had a DO NOT DISTURB on the door, and the owners DID NOT apply to it, came back from day trip to curtains tied up meds had been touched and wardrobe been opened, when i said something, was told they just did the rubbish, and sorry sorry sorry, not good enough. Noisy guest till after 1am was disrespectful, yelling and shouting. Oppies down the road, unless your Chinese heritage you are treated horrible. Went for some fish and chips and was sick for the next day seafood was horrible, save your money and go somewhere else.

• Paul (10/5): Never before have I rated a cost effective motel a PERFECT 10 - Unbelievable value - I now see why the rating is sooo good for a low cost motel. The room was very spacious and very clean. The host was so helpful and was able to upgrade us to a bigger unit so we could have an additional friend stay - This was a very minimal charge! The service was above and beyond - and this will be our first call next time in Rotorua You must expect the units are older, but the repaint was great - so nothing out of place and very clean.
• Lyn & Andrew (8/5): Old style accommodation at a fair price. - This was an older style motel with old style facilities, you could see the owner took pride in the accommodation and kept it very neat and tidy. The room was very clean and fairly priced for the age. the staff very friendly. I would certainly recommend this accommodation and stay again. It is very close to the road, therefore traffic noise is a bit of an issue, in our room you had to step up into the shower.

Even though I chose to not have my room serviced each day Sophie still checked if I needed anything Cannot think of anything negative. The road was busy during the day and reasonable number of night and early morning movements. This didn't bother me as I live on a main road. Nothing I didn't like.

Kitchen flooring was painted lino, so noisy and sticky. The toilet was very low (so not great for old knees!) Had some issues with the wifi being a bit slow but was mostly ok.

We were able to walk into and around town from the motel comfortably. Minor things for us, some light came in through the curtains, no easy way of venting the bathroom after a shower other than leaving the door open. Step up into the shower, not a problem for us, but something to be aware of.
