Guest Reviews

- Bru Díaz (10/5): - Tuvimos un problema con la habitacion y la propietaria nos lo arreglo rapido y eficazmente. Muchas gracias!
- James (10/5): Cheap but not "Cheap". - It was reasonably priced, clean rooms and the staff are very nice. It's dated but it's very decent The outside could be updated
- Vasylenko (10/5): -
- Melanie (8/5): It was perfect for just one night. We just needed a place to sleep. - The room was clean and tidy. The staff was really nice. We told them we would be checking in late and they made it possible.
- Jody (2/5): - The floors and counters are clean and the front desk attendant was pleasant. Unreal this is what $150 gets you for a southern AB dive motel these days. A place like this would be ok at $75-85/night for a quick stop over. This was the best priced place for an hour in each direction. If you can make it to Lethbridge, stay there!
The photos make it look nicer and more well kept than it is. The sheets are very thin and have some stains, as do the towels and shower curtain.
The fridge freezes the food.
There is no top cover on the bed, just a fuzzy blanket that doesn’t appear to get washed in the post stay change over.
- Roland (9/5): -
- Chelsea (8/5): - Bed was comfy. Fridge, microwave and coffee maker in room were handyman Couldn't adjust the heat in the room and it was just a tad chilly for my liking.
- Andre (4/5): - Unfortunately wasn’t the best option booking this place.
I got to the front office and nobody was there then a person came that didn’t even speak English had to speak with someone through a phone call, eventually some from the outside arrived to help me check in.
The room heater dial was broke which wasn’t safe for our 11 month old and the heater is power by gas. The room did not a carbon monoxide detector which made us more uneasy about staying here.
We end up requesting a refund and staying in other accommodation.
- Igor (9/5): -
- Bob (8/5): - Outside could use some work but room was clean, comfortable and very acceptable.
- Joanne (9/5): -
- huntingwhale (8/5): The rooms are nice, even though the outside is a bit rough. - Affordable hotel. Rooms are nicer on the inside than expected. Clean and proper. Overall for the price and location, it's worth it. Gas station across the street for supplies. Even though the street was pretty noisy at times, the rooms are well insulated and quiet. Place looks pretty mopey on the outside. Some wiring issues that should be addressed in terms of wires and power blocks being stuffed behind the bed and stapled to the desk. I can't imagine any insurance company or fire warden would like seeing that.
- Linda (6/5): - decent value. good location for travel Motel is pretty run down. dirty spoon in the kitchen. thin walls. very noisy shower noise from room next door
- JIGNESHKUMAR (10/5): - Clean room , quiet place , easy check in and check out
- MARK (6/5): - Air Conditioner was either full blast or 17 which wasnt much less.
Constant noise sounding like a revving motor.
otherwise very expensive for a very ordinary hotel
no tea bags.
Otherwise ok
- Amanjot (1/5): -

- Brittany (10/5): - This motel was perfect!
- Doug (6/5): It was ok. Short stay. Would look for something more up yo date (fancier) next time - Location Quite dated
- Niamh (10/5): - Fantastic value, looks a bit rough on the outside and the room is slightly worn, but otherwise very clean and nicely decorated. Check in was easy and polite, the area is very accessible to the rest of town. We were very happy with our stay!
- Theresa (10/5): - I loved the BBQ on a patio just outside our suite! Thank you for the lovely stay
- Desiree (5/5): -
- Viktoriia (9/5): -

- Chirag (10/5): Exceptional -
- Stephen (9/5): Nice and clean for a good night's sleep - Although this is an older facility it is very clean and fairly well kept. Definitely stay again.

- Robert (10/5): - Easy asccess and great location
- Peggy (8/5): - This is an older motel that I have, occasionally, stayed at since the 80s. Its fairly well maintained. Rooms are clean, with cable TV, fridge and mirowave. I like to read. Lighting is not great.
- lovepreet (2/5): - Alot of cat hairs on the blanket & bed sheet
- Steven (8/5): Good value, old property but clean and comfortable - Comfy bed, fair price. Good location Stuffy, some amenities didn't work (lights)
- Trudi (8/5): - Great brief stay
- Jennifer or Brydon (2/5): - upon arriving at this motel there was only a young teenage girl who didn't know what she was doing to check us in. She tried to get someone out to help but the man just yelled at her. He eventually came out and provided a key for a room. Once in the room we discovered we only had one hand towel and one facecloth. The bathroom sink would not run any hot water and the sink backed up. They moved us to another room that was acceptable. We checked our towel supply and hot water before they left us there.
I would not recommend staying here, I know I never will again!
- Roxie (8/5): Very good -
- Ralph (10/5): - This was a fine hotel with clean rooms and nice staff. Was fairly priced for what the property offered. Nicely located downtown so made for a nice evening walk. I would stay here again
- kurtis (10/5): - Great hospitality, friendly and content accommodation eith a fair price
- Jaime (6/5): - Overall, it was a good night's sleep. The staff who checked me in was pleasant. The Wi-Fi was not strong enough to stream and I didn't have a remote in my room for the TV, so I couldn't really watch anything. The place is old and in need of some basic repairs. The floor around the bathroom was at a strange angle so it was sloping down from the rest of the room. For over $100/night, it seemed way too much for basically a bed to crash on. Location was OK right off the highway with a few dining spots within walking distance, although the General's Quarters/Stone Pizza place across the street had terrible service and I would NOT recommend it. They advertise a two for one pizza special for around $30. I was solo so asked what it would cost to get one, and guess what - it was only $15, so I guess the two for one deal is really a two for two deal!
- Bert Hsiao-hsuan (8/5): - My room was clean except I can smell something werid. It was not so strong but cannot be ignored.
Air conditioner is loud.
- John (8/5): - It was quite cozy. A/C does take a while to cool the room and it was a little more noisy. But as a working man it was easy to sleep through.
- Martha (10/5): - It was nice
- Walter (4/5): - Air conditioning was not effective. Room was noisy.
- Alice (10/5): Great two night stay! - Our stay was very comfortable and met all our needs. It was clean, safe and quiet besides being very convenient to get to Waterton Lakes National Park. The staff was friendly and helpful.
- Joy (6/5): - Extremely small room and quite dark, but clean and quiet. Very close to a couple of good restaurants.
- jinto (6/5): - Air conditioning noises
- kyle (6/5): - Clean hotel. Nothing fancy. Good choice if your just needing a place to sleep.
- jim (8/5): - Close to Watertown NP / clean and friendly
- David (6/5): - Great budget motel. Friendly owner.
- Lynn (6/5): - Nothing speciaL. NOT WORTH THE MONEY
- rick (8/5): Clean and Quick - old facility.......clean as a whistle........walking distance to a nice eatery......rooms are small and very dated but also VERY clean and secure which is important for me.......very, very nice staff.......will stay here again (note 2 senior guys travelling on motorcycles)
- Sayed (8/5): Good value motel comapre to waterton - Location is good near to Waterton city ,ludenberk fall
- Dronsfield (5/5): Passable -
- Glory (8/5): Very good - Staff was pleasant. Very quiet location. Reasonable price.
- AMANPREET (6/5): - No exhaust fan in the washroom
Room heater was in bad condition. Sounds a lot qhile working and the cover on the heater was hanging loosely
Location is good
Staff is good too
It is good for having cheaper place to stay for a day or so..
Overall it's a okay kind of place
- Kaitte (10/5): Exceptional -
- Yash (10/5): - Very good experience

- Barry (9/5): Cheap, clean motel. - It's an old motel. As described. A bit tired but pretty much as expected. I'd stay there again. All good
- Roland (7/5): good - We liked it abd had fun thank you
- Songjun (5/5): Passable -
- Perry (6/5): Pleasant -
- Braden (2/5): - Not ideal.
- Gurpreet singh (10/5): - I stayed here with my family and stay was quite comfortable Will definitely consider it again.
- Lorraine (10/5): - It is an older hotel with a cabin feel. The room was clean with a comfortable bed. Staff were friendly. Check-in was easy. Parking was easy.
- Rajanikant (6/5): - Hi
- maria alejandra (6/5): - everything is clean but there is a smell in the environment inside the room and in the office something unpleasant, I think it can be improved
- Thomas (8/5): 3-night stay in an affordable, friendly community. - Excellent value in a nice community (Pincher Creek). Also thought highly of Bright Pearl restaurant nearby. Everything was okay.
- Evert (10/5): - due to heavy rainfall it was not possible to get into the room dry. There was a lot of water in front of the room that can't go away.
- Maria (8/5): Overall it was a nice place to stay, very close to Waterton Park - The people were very nice, the place was clean and quiet.
- Diana (6/5): - My room was clean, however the outdoor area could really use a hosing down. The outdoor chairs were dirty and the patio area could be cleaned up to make it more appealing. Otherwise, the bed was fairly comfortable and there were plenty of outlets for electronics.
- George (8/5): Very good -
- Arlene (8/5): Very good -
- Susan (3/5): charged $10 per dog, don’t know why when room “grubby” - location old & dingy. outdated
- Min (7/5): Good -
- M (1/5): Horrible and disgusting - Do not stay here ever. Disgusting doesn't even touch it. See photos. Do not stay here ever. First room had bugs on the pillow. Second room was filthy. Smelled horrible. Table was dirty. Fridge was disgusting, had been spilled in and not cleaned. Furnace in room had been on fire at some point. Light didn't work. Bed had not been changed, had long black hairs tucked under the pillows and other hair on the pillows when going to tuck kid into bed. Went to complain and no one answered. Had to move hotels at 10:30 PM with kid.
- Ales (10/5): Exceptional - Location was perfect. Air condition was outdated and noisy.
- Harvey (8/5): - This is an older motel and as such, everything is a little dated. It was clean and very convenient to getting out of town, especially south to Waterton.
- Roy (10/5): - The service at reception was professional and accommodating. They stayed open, after hours, knowing I would be late. I really appreciate that.
The property is older but clean. The beds are very comfortable. I will stay again.
- Nicolas (8/5): Very good -
- Kristin (8/5): Good value for the price! - Good value for the price and good location. Rooms are pretty small.
- Maria (7/5): Good enough for people who doesn’t pretend to stay at the hotel, just sleep and go out for adventure - The place was really clean Electricity did not work properly, as soon as you turn off light, also de ac got disconnected, then there was a hide interruptor that we could use to keep ac working … but the cable was broken so it was tricky to keep it connected 😣
- Roads (10/5): Exceptional -
- Igor (8/5): Very good - It worth that money. You will get what you expect
- Peter (5/5): Passable -
- Ronald (10/5): Exceptional -
- Linda (3/5): Poor - Not much. The bathroom was clean though It felt shabby and not particularly clean.
- Easyflyer (6/5): Think about the reason you're staying - So, this is where I stayed on my last night in Canada on a meandering round-trip between northern Wisconsin and Anchorage. On the trip, I stayed on 23 different places in 30 days. Most were one-night stays. Pincher Creek was not a destination, but a logical stopover 375 miles southeast from Jasper (which was a destination). So, my reason for staying was to eat dinner, take a shower, sleep well, and get on the road as the sun came up to get to my next destination. In that regard, Blue Mountain checked all my boxes.
Parking is right in front of your unit's door. Check-in was simple and pleasant. Everything worked. The floor sloped a little bit on the way to the bathroom, but nothing that would cause you problems walking during the night. I didn't use the air conditioner even though it was quite warm when I arrived because the overnight temperature was predicted to be in the high 40s. By 9:00 PM it was quite comfortable.
This is a good basic place for sleeping. It probably wouldn't be a good place for an extended stay that required an area to do deskwork. I'd probably stay here again for the same reason I stayed the last time--sleep, shower, then hit the road.
- Primo1980 (5/5): Passable -
- Sengupta (5/5): Passable - The flash did not work properly, the lock has a issue,
- A (9/5): Well worth the price, location and convenience. would recommend staying here. the staff is very friendly and welcoming a - Quaint room with very comfortable beds for 3. Everything we needed for a girls road trip. A cute outside sitting area beside our room for morning coffee complete with a bbq for evening dinners. Another common grassy area around back, also with a bbq. Very quiet at night even being on the hwy. Several deer in the area to keep us entertained. We were within walking distance to the rivers bridge by the historic site and the mansion. Down the hwy 30 min to Waterton. Its a bit older and run down. Could use a paint job.
