• Barkha (1/5): - The reception guy gave access to our room with master key to drum two drum guys and they ended up coming in our rooms using the master key When they came barged in, we tried to call reception again and again so that they can call the cops but the reception guy ended up disconnecting our call and now we are trying to call the property to make a formal complaint thry disconnected and ignored our messages

The bad ventilation system + absence of window make a humid atmosphere, the towels couldn’t dry properly

• Muhammad (5/5): Just nice - The hotel located at city centre and all walking distance. Need to pass by massage service at lobby area in order for you to go in and out from hotel. The plug point at the back of the bed so need to move little bit of the bed in order to charge since need to use universal adaptor. The shampoo and body soap in sachet and small.

They provide all basic amenities. They charge 3% if you pay using a card. But, most of the places in Vietnam like Da Nang, Hue, Hoi An we didn't pay extra.

• Emily (3/5): Don’t book and don’t believe the photos. Look at the reviews on Google - The part of the city it was in was good for getting around. The Reception is at the back of a massage parlour. The room was dirty and mouldy. It smelt of mould and damp. The skirting board was coming away from the wall and the floor in the room and bathroom had lots of hair. The photos on the booking.com are not a true reflection on what this looks like. Don’t be fooled by seeing blinds/shutters as these windows look out in your the dark interior corridor. The bath had hair on the floor and smelt. There was hot water if you were to brave the bathroom. There was hot water and aircon worked. We made our excuses and escaped not staying there and found accommodation down the street. Plus side it’s cheap (for a reason)

English communication of the staff could be improved. Took them a long time to point us towards overnight parking for our motorbikes. Great location, very good coffee just on the other side of the street. The room was dirty. There was visible mold growing in the bathroom and the air felt damp. Made it uncomfortable to have a calm mind knowing you were likely breaking in u favourable things.
• Florence (6/5): Ok for small budget! Centrale location - Good location and room size. We were on second floor, one floor above the staff and was very noisy. People speaking loudly in the corridors, door slamming, even one night waking up by a vacuum cleaner at 1:30 in the morning!! We had the double room so I guess when you go higher in the standard, you go higher in the building and get to be quieter!? It is a shame because the room was not on the street so could have been very calm but staff was doing its life whether you are there or not…

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. They did our laundry and offered hot book tours, etc. Nothing I can think off. We got what we wanted for the price.

Ten minute walk to the train street, beer street, lake and under a half an hour walk to all other points of interest (Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Temple of literature). Plenty of good restaurants close by and a circle K right by the corner. The staff were very nice and friendly. There’s always someone at the desk ready to help. The shower pressure is not great and hot water was very hit or miss.

Whether you're looking to visit cultural landmarks or enjoy local cuisine, everything is just a short walk away. One of the standout aspects of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff, particularly Ms. Heart. From the moment I booked, she reached out to me days in advance, offering helpful suggestions for tours and activities in the area. Her communication was prompt and professional, ensuring that we felt welcome even before we arrived. Due to our early flight, she graciously arranged for an early check-in, allowing us to settle in as soon as we arrived at 7 AM. After a few days in Sapa, we returned to the hotel in the early hours of the morning—at 3 AM, to be precise—and Ms. Heart made sure our check-in process was quick and seamless once again. Her level of attentiveness and care really enhanced our overall experience, especially with her arranging a car service for our trip back to the airport, removing any stress from our departure. As for the accommodations, the room was incredibly spacious and immaculately clean, offering the perfect balance of comfort and luxury. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. After long days of exploring the city, coming back to such a cozy room was exactly what we needed. Overall, Milton Boutique Hotel offers more than just a place to stay—it's an experience. The combination of its prime location, excellent service, and comfortable accommodations makes it a top choice for anyone visiting the city. I highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again when I return! None
