• perlakiszab (8/5): Nice little place in a small sidestreet from the main road in the town central - Nice little place in a small sidestreet from the main road in the town central. Staff has helped with all we needed, nearby laundry, transport with pickup to our next destination, etc. Had their breakfast outside in their outdoor area which was pleasant. You can walk down to the waterfront with many seafood BBQ places within 10 minutes.
• pinoygaijintravels (10/5): Ecofriendly hotel in the middle of Puerto Princesa - It is surrounded by towering trees and plants which makes the whole surrounding verdant and pleasing to the eyes. Greenspace is literally a breathe of fresh air. The room is generously spacious with a balcony view of bamboo trees. It has huge bed which I think had a memory foam on it and it spells comfort. The bathroom had nice toilet and have heater for both shower and faucet. Also ecofriendly dispenser for both body soap and shampoo. A huge cabinet for clothes. Breakfast - Quite good selection of Filipino and western breakfast. I choose silog breakfast. Staffs- They are prompt, friendly, cats included :) I have good impression would say great value to stay in Puerto Princesa.
• Meander16416290709 (10/5): Wonderful Stay - Centrally located this small gem is a perfect place to stay when in Puerto Princesa. You can get around easily and only a few steps away are restaurants and bars. The hotel is clean, safe and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They even suggest and book day trips for you. For breakfast you have a choice of western and Filipino items. Yummy! We stayed for 4 nights and our rooms were cleaned daily.
• Eiline (10/5): - The room is clean. I was pleasantly surprised after a long trip from El Nido to be welcomed by a spacious clean white room. We had a big bed for my husband and I and, two single beds for my two daughters. For the price we paid, it was really good value. We had an early morning flight, so they offered to pack our breakfast. They have arranged for our tour and our van to the airport. The.staff is friendly and accommodating.

• Sambawalk2025 (10/5): Good valued and guest oriented small hotel in PP - I stayed for 2 nights in October 2019. Check-in process was smooth. This small hotel is tastefully designed with welcoming ambience. The receptionist was helpful and the property responded to Booking.com messenger promptly. I stayed for 2 separate nights in 2 different rooms, No. 3 (main floor) and No. 7 (2nd floor). We got welcome drinks and bottled water on the 2nd night check-in, but not on the 1st night check-in. The room was fresh and clean in both rooms. Water pressure for shower was good. Breakfast was included and we were offered a choice of western or Filipino style breakfast which was equally enjoyable from a property in this scale. Despite I stayed for 2 separate days, the property was kind enough to offer FREE airport pick up AND airport drop off, something I didn't expect. Air conditioner worked very good and was cool in Room no. 3, but it wasn't cool enough in Room no. 7. There were many mosquito around the property area perhaps due to rainy season, although I saw a mosquito killer lamp was installed outside the entrance. The air conditioner in Room no. 7 should be checked for coolant. Otherwise, it is a perfect and good valued hotel in PP.

• Riccardo (8/5): Good but not excellent - The hotel is ok, the room is ok too, except for the bed condition! The blankets appear quite dirty with also some hair inside (last customer or the housewife??). It is good for short vacancy. Breakfast is quite poor, but all the staff is nice and friendly!

• Christine (8/5): 附近生活機能好，可惜房間的硬體有待改善 - 要節省要方便的可以選擇這裡！服務人員對於解決顧客問題是很熱心的，不過硬體設備有點糟，例如分離式冷氣的室內機竟然大聲到超過我家的窗型冷氣，沒有棉被，只有一條薄薄的床單做為棉被，這就有點不習慣了！ 以住宿價格而言，早餐是還不錯的，尤其是咖啡！ 沒有冰箱、保險箱、盥洗用具，WIFI穿牆能力較弱，我的房間與機器只有一堵牆而已啊

• Lukeysarbear (8/5): Good bolthole - Puerto Princessa has next to nothing to offer a traveller however it is probwhere you'll start or finish a journey through Palawan. This hotel offers reasonable accommodation and an average but OK breakfast. It's safe, off the main road and close to the airport which is all good. We did feel like every time we spoke to them though it felt like they were trying to sell us a tour or something.. I'm sure they are competitive prices they offer but it was way more than we could afford on the tight budget we had and as such it was quite annoying. Overall reasonable location with decent cheap eats in the area. Handy for the airport.

Huonoa tökkivä netti, telkkarikanavat näkyvät huonosti, ilmastointi pitää normaalia kovempaa ääntä, sekä naapurin koira räkyttää jatkuvasti varsinkin öisin. Mukava henkilökunta, tarjosivat ilmaisen kyydin bussiasemalle.

• lukejanicke (10/5): Perfect - We needed a base on the way through up to El Nido. This hotel is just off the main road, walking distance to cafés, restaurants, and shops. And yet it’s quiet, peaceful, surrounded by trees and bamboo. Just perfect to catch our breath after flying and see a bit of Puerto Princesa. Nothing wrong with rooms or facilities. Modest but clean, neat, and comfortable. Staff were helpful and polite.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Alles ok, aber nicht spektakulär - In Zimmer 7 ist die Klimaanlage so laut, dass mit laufender Klimaanlage nicht geschlafen werden kann. Damit stimmt irgendwas nicht. Zudem hat ein Hund vor dem Zimmer die komplette Nacht gebellt. Beides zusammen hat eine sehr unruhige Nacht bereitet. Ehemals vorhandene Handtuch-Aufhängemöglichkeiten wurden im Bad nicht ersetzt. Der Toilettenpapierhalter ist immer von der Wand gefallen, da er auch kaputt war. Wlan funktioniert nur in der Lobby. Das Personal ist aber sehr nett. Sie haben uns am nächsten Tag ein Tricyle gerufen und uns erklärt, wie wir weiterreisen können. Die Zimmer sind ansonsten groß, schön und sauber. Die Warmwasserdusche ist gut. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Gutes Hotel nähe Airport - Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits in einer Seitenstrasse der Hauptstrasse. Alles wichtige ist zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind gut, sauber und ordentlich. Einzig das Wifi ist ein Problem, wenn man darauf angewiesen ist. Ein Aufenthalt ist gut, wenn man direkt vom Flughafen kommt oder früh fliegen muss, für längeren Urlaub würde ich aber ein Hotel am Strand wählen. Für interessierte, es sind keine Gäste im Zimmer erlaubt.
• Moonwlkr67 (10/5): A simple paradise within a paradise - It's a house converted to a pension house. We were just so amazed by the interior, not just in the lobby but the hotel as a whole. Rooms - very spacious rooms with your own balcony. In Room 7, you'll have bamboo trees grazing your view which I guess contributed to the great smell. Staff - very friendly and helpful, and will go out of their way to help Ambiance - very quiet. We loved it. It almost seemed that we were the only guests. We only knew of the others during the breakfast Food - great selection, Although coffee can be stronger
• mermaid028 (10/5): Great location, hotel like bed, clean room - Great location - it's in a sidestreet so it's quiet but just a few minutes walk to the market where you can buy cashews and other local items. NCCC is quite near, it's a small mall with a big grocery. On the main street, you'll find all sorts of restaurants. The bed and pillows were just like what you'd find in a hotel, thick and fluffy. The room is so comfy and clean. Bathroom is clean too, no hot water though. The terrace on our room is big enough. Love the overall feel of this place.

Bank/ ATM , many other stores. SM is just around the corner, just 10-15 mins. Walk. It’s like 10-15 mins. Ride from the airport. Rooms: very decent. Very clean. Excellent bed. Food: set Breakfast with many choices. Excellent taste. Staff: very good and very helpful. Highly recommended for a 2-3 day stay. The area is peaceful and you are able to rest well after your tours and travel.

It's clever that they serve between 6am-10am , specially if your trip start at 7-8am. They offer free transportation to the airport. Summary - good recommendation.

• visitcebu (8/5): Very central and very friendly staff - Greenspace is located within walking distance to the main street of Rizal. The malls of NCCC and SM are walking distance, and the choices of restaurants and fast food joints are all within the vicinity. The hotel is tucked away in a tiny alley and is surrounded by greenery, making it feel very much like a resort. Though, it did not have a pool, the rooms were clean and very well maintained. The bathrooms had hot water which is always a plus in my books. The breakfast was good. Most of all, all of the staff were extremely kind and helpful. I will definitely come back to Greenspace.

The king bedroom was all round a good stay with hot water shower. However, TV in room 10 did not work. Absolutely lovely green garden to relax in also. A nice little getaway from the busy town.

The staff were friendly and courteous, bringing cold drinks to our room when we checked in, without us asking. The WiFi was excellent, very fast. Our room was modern, clean and spacious, with a balcony - it exceeded our expectations and we slept well. The bathroom was also nice. We had a TV, AC and everything worked fine. You can walk to restaurants from here, and it’s a cheap tricycle ride to the airport. Recommended.

• Companion766604 (8/5): Great for living like a local, not luxury here. - I personally had a great experience. This is really depending on what you are coming to this island for. We stayed for 10 days, meeting a local family, soaking up the culture and living like a local. It is clean enough, has air, tile floors, decent shower (as long as no one else is taking one in the hotel) Has a occasional brown out, but generator back up. A prepared breakfast (that i miss dearly, tocino). Prices are inexpensive, food is great, People are simply amazing. Like a trip back to maybe USA in the 1950's where you could say God Bless You and not be taken to court. Will go back in a heart beat. Oh remember, if you have a lizard in your room then you won't have bugs. I love lizards, I HATE spiders so I did not see one spider the entire time I was here. Bring on the lizards!!

• orangeconcept (8/5): Value for your Money - Cozy budget hotel. The room is spacious with ‘ok’ bathroom- has hot shower. Big bed and a nice view. The bamboo and the trees surrounding it gives a good ambiance and view. It’s a walk away from Rizal Avenue where food and restaurants are available. The staffs are courteous and polite. The aircon needs improvement though but the trees around it gives cool air. They serve breakfast which is ‘ok’.

• kayr965 (6/5): Ideal for an overnight stay - Place was strategic it being a few steps from Rizal avenue where there are a lot of restaurants with the more popular ones, including the airport, just minutes away by tricycle; but quiet enough as it is located along one the side streets. Staff are nice though the receptionist is not always available. Bed is soft and cozy but the sheets need to be cleaned more! Tons of stains that you'd doubt if they wash them after every checkout. There were also mosquitoes in our room so we asked them to spray it -- they were prompt on working on this. Wifi is slow. Given the price and location, this is hotel is okay for an overnight stay.

• UKguyinUSA (2/5): Hotel meltdown in Palawan - This review is easy to do. Booked for 5 night nights. Checked in about 8:00 pm. Checked out at 11:00 am the next day. Sometime after check in, everything fell apart; No water, no electricity, no communications, no air conditioning, no warning, no apology.. There were other dubious indications of hygiene also, Booked through Agoda, who rightfully gave me a full refund. Booked in at the Best Western Ivywall for the rest of my stay - very pleasant. As for the Greenspace, utterly disgraceful.
• salvadorjrd (8/5): Good breakfast. Good customer service. - I booked this place because of its location - it is near restaurants and banks. I stayed in puerto princesa for 4days for a convention and the rate for this place is within the my budget. My expectations were low because of some of the reviews here in tripadvisor regarding their dogs and the sound of airplanes. My expectations were exceeded! This place is perfect for those looking for a quiet place in puerto princesa. Though it does not have a swimming pool, the ambience of the place is enough to relax you after attending a seminar or a business meeting. The breakfast here is excellent! I tried their danggit, corned beef, and longganisa! 2 eggs are served which you can get sunnysideup or scrambled. Coffee is brewed! As for the dogs, they are very friendly. The shower has a water heater too. My only comment is the bedsheets. The one given to me on the first day seemed to be old stock. So i asked for a new one. Some browouts were experienced but generator is working. Also, please fix your water dispenser. Cold water side has a broken switch and may be completely broken in the future of not addressed. Staff are very courteous and helpful.
• Eumi2011 (10/5): Clean, accessible, good staff - We stayed here for a night a couple of years back. The place was very clean and new. It's really just about 5mins away from the airport. Walking distance from Balinsasayaw, one of the best places to eat in Puerto Princesa. Their breakfast selection was basic but delicious. I don't have any complaint with their service. Would have stayed there again during our second trip to Palawan last week but their prices went up.
• Marc (8/5): Nice inn close to main road - pros: Nice Inn. close proximity to main road. spacious room. love the beds. near to NCC Mall. near to airport. was able to do late checkin until 1.30pm. they clean the room everyday. breakfast was ok. owner was our pickup driver, he was a retired airport supervisor. lots of story to tell. cons: mosquitos everywhere, but i was assured by staff its not dengue mosquito, but still the bite is itchy. wifi is weak inside the room, need to go to lobby or dining area for full signal.

El único de nuestra estancia en Palawan q prometió alojamiento para 3 y tenía camas para 3. Desayuno simple pero bueno. Excelente atención. Si vuelvo sin dudas me alojaré nuevamente.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Ok place to stay for a night or 2 - A basic, no-frills/amenities hotel, but sufficient for me. The room booking come with breakfast, which seems to be standard among Puerto Princesa hotels, and the food quite substantial and tasty. The hotel accepts requests for breakfast earlier than the stipulated timing (e.g. if you were going on a tour that day), but took a really long time to prepare. On the day that we requested this, breakfast took a good 30mins to arrive, and some people actually left without any. On the other day where we had breakfast during "normal" hours, the food came within 10 mins or so. Other than that, service was good, but only if you ask (nicely) for it.
• dai (8/5): great location, super clean room, comfy beds! - Check in was a breeze. Rooms are super clean & beds are nice too! Staff were pleasant and helpful. They even ordered our danggit for pasalubong for us & accommodated our food requests. Booked our tours with them. Owners were nice as well. Free airport transfer :) woohooo!
• Verified traveler (6/5): Convenient location and friendly staff - This is a "value" hotel near the major things in Puerto Princesa. Staff were very friendly and helpful, including cooking me a vegan breakfast (oatmeal) upon request.
• Mark Andrew (8/5): Modern, neat and cozy space in Puerto Princesa - The family room that we booked looked extremely great. It had very comfortable matresses and the room was huge. The major problem was that the airconditioning unit was not working and it was really hot in Palawan. The owner engaged us about the faulty aircon, sadly, in a very rude way. After one night, we were transferred to a smaller double room cramming 4 adults in it, better than being roasted overnight I guess. The owner who was rude previously redeemed herself and apologized so it the end it was okay. Overall, Greenspace hotel is a great hotel very new and modern.
• cpajerry (10/5): Being invited to the Monera family - The Monera family has been in Palawan for 40 years. The hotel is giving us the opportunity to experience the warm hospitality and excellence of the family. One negative thing though they need to do something about the mosquitoes in the dining area. They could plant citronella or other organic plants or herbs that scares insects away. This way they still preserve their identity of being a greenspace in Puerto Princesa.
