Shekhar (4/5): It was disappointing - The size of the apartment that we got on the second try was good but service was not what's expected out of a 5 star hotel. Food quality and taste were also average. The apartment that we were living in was spacious Attention to details was missing. used plates took time to be cleared from the table. food came out cold and reminders had to be given for the food. We had booked an apartment with a twin bed and a double bed. The first apartment we checked in had a double bed and a single bed. We had to get it changed and the next apartment had a leaking bathroom, broken showerhead and a broken toilet seat. Not expected from a Sheraton property.

Freedom26057147549 (10/5): Exceptional Stay at Sheraton Hyderabad — Feast Restaurant Shines - II recently stayed at the Sheraton Hyderabad in Gachibowli, and the experience has been outstanding. The hotel is comfortable, well maintained, and genuinely welcoming — but what truly elevates the stay is the hospitality. Feast Restaurant has been a highlight. The food is consistently delicious with plenty of variety, and every meal feels thoughtfully prepared. The service, though, is what makes it exceptional. A special thanks to Vinay Reddy, Rakesh and Pankaj, who have been fantastic — attentive, friendly, and always making sure guests feel taken care of.

OOMMEN (7/5): - The room was incredibly spacious and very comfortable. The location also is excellent. If you need to be in the financial district or if you need to visit the US consulate. For the price that I paid for two nights and the fact that this is a five star hotel, I felt the service was quite poor. My room was not cleaned in spite me requesting it specifically when I was stepping out for a while. Also, the food was quite bad. I did not enjoy the breakfast bread, and also I had ordered a Caesar salad for dinner, in which the chicken tasted off. Further more they have closed down the pool for a month, and I was not given any such update while booking.

supreethb2026 (2/5): Terrible - I’ve been staying at Sheraton Hyderabad for over 45 days this year, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing. After a smooth check-in, I was given a room quickly, but the AC was not working. Once I was moved to a new room, I tried calling IRD and guest services multiple times—over 6 minutes—but no one answered. I had to go to the reception more than three times just to get a response. After that, I placed a food order, but the dish arrived incorrect. Then, at midnight, I ordered again, and the food took an unacceptable 1.5 hours to arrive. This has happened repeatedly, and I’ve never seen improvement, though there were minor issues before mistakes do happen so I never wanted to write a review about that ,I hope they can address atleast now these ongoing service issues, as this was a far cry from the reliability I once expected

KIr99 (10/5): If I could give it 10 stars I would! Fabulous hotel, utterly superb staff, great location - We had a two night stay at the Sheraton Hyderabad as a stopover on our way home from Vietnam. It was an unexpected detour due to the issues in the Middle East and happened to fall over my birthday and my husband’s birthday! The staff were absolutely fantastic- i cannot praise them highly enough for their professionalism, warmth, kindness and assistance. From impromptu birthday cakes and gifts to organising a driver for a whistle stop look around Hyderabad they had it all covered for us and delivered with the warmest welcome. Special mention must go to Varma,Nikhil and Priyanjali for going the extra miles and being so so so welcoming. We had breakfast and dinner in the hotel and both were superb with lots of choices, something for everyone. Our room was one of the apartments and was modern, spotless and had everything you could possibly want! The location, in the new town/ financial area, is great. If you are heading to Hyderabad for business or pleasure this is an ideal hotel.

It was too expensive for the inconsistent quality of service. The club lounge service was especially disappointing. No one would come to ask for your order - you have to seek people out and there weee more than enough staff.

Room was not cleaned at all there were previous occupant's things there, the bathroom had stains and not clean. Towels/napkins were not replaced. No refreshments in the fridge in the room, no kettle. No rules being followed for swimming pool, no one was taking a pre pool shower. No swimming costume was being imposed.

I stayed in a long term room (suite with a kitchen), which was definitely due for a renovation (everything worked, was clean and neat, but was new probably 20 years ago). Even though the room could use a renovation, the exceptional service did not. From security, concierge, reception, house keeping, to the employees in the three onsite restaurants, the service was 5 Stars! The entire hotel staff was friendly, helpful, polite and most importantly, highly professional. Everyone on the staff made my stay enjoyable, but a few of the great folks I had the pleasure to meet were: Feast Restaurant: Saniya and Poushali Reddy, Vinjay, Reza, Rajesh, Manisha, Varshan Link Restaurant: Narender House Keeping: Sagar It is because of these great folks and the excellent service they provided during my stay that I will stay in the Sheraton Hyderabad Hotel next time I travel to Hyderabad, India.
