• Dan (4/5): Could be a really nice place if they fix the issues I mentioned. - Beautiful garden setting and a pool. The place is nice but when the AC stopped working the same staff member tried to tell me it was when obviously it wasn't twice. They never offered another room another room. The motor bike rental across the street who they also use cheated me out of change. A small amount of money, but it's the principle. I demanded to talk to the owner in person. But only on the phone ounce and he denied it. Reported to the Tourist Police. They showed interest but didn't do anything to resolve it. Room needed to be sprayed for small bugs. The very old shower head was clogged so they cleaned most of the holes and gave it back to me instead of replacing it.

• Simone (10/5): Best stay ever! - The staff were incredibly kind and accomodating. They do a GREAT breakfast and their pool and gardens are perfectly maintained and clean. It is rustic and a perfect little oasis in the midst of business. Located close to great restaurants and walking distance to anything you need.We had an absolute blast at Floral Villarosa and will definitely stay there again. Thanks to everyone there for beautiful memories. 5 *****

• Holly (7/5): Budget stay - Nice size room and bathroom. Water pressure extremely low- the tap was a trickle and shower also poor but warm. We didn’t eat breakfast there. The location is ok and there are always tuk tuks around. The pool was clean. I know this is outside of the hotels control but every night we were woken by dogs barking which led to very poor sleep each night and early wake up.

• Z5198GHsandrab (10/5): What a treat! We will return💜 - Charming boutique hotel with a staff that strives to accommodate you in way, shape or form! Beautiful pool and tropical gardens and delicious breakfasts! I wish they were open for lunch and dinner too, but just breakfast is served. Location is great with a short walk to “Guni Guni” restaurant and hostel. Delicious food and outstanding menu-we found out the same couple own this establishment as well! If we return to PP, we will stay at this charming hotel! 3 cheers for the incredible staff!

Nearby amenities and restaurants enhance the experience, complemented by the friendly staff and refreshing iced late made by the kitchen staff. Cockroaches... but to be expected in such a green scenic place. 🪳🌴
• Alexandra (8/5): Very good, would stay again - The hotel is small but very pretty with a nice pool and a beautiful garden. There are lots of bitey insects so bring a repellent. Very short ride to the airport. Overall had a great transit stay. The only thing that was lacking was a fridge in the room. And they didn’t have much ice. For some reason it’s very common in Asia to have rooms without fridge.

• Domen (10/5): Exceptional - This place is simply amazing. We had room right next to the pool. Two steps out and jump in to the pool. Staff really nice and always smilling. Room was clean, air condition was working even too much🤪😱😂. Breakfast nice prices of drinks were ok. Except maybe just a suggestion, wifi isnt working in the room further from room 3. You just need to put another router ther and problem is solved.

• T403IWlam (10/5): Best hotel in PPS - One of the best hotels that I’ve stayed! The place itself is nice and clean. Their rooms might be good for 2 pax but some rooms can accommodate 4 pax just request an extra bed. Their rooms are superb especially the CR! If you want to grab a drink late night, you can request it in the bar. They also serve a best breakfast in town! It’s a 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ They also offer tours if you want to experience more of Palawan.
• Nazreen (7/5): A beautiful lush garden environment with great staff. - I have to start with the beautiful garden. Definitely lives up to the name Floral Villarosa. Lush green garden with a swimming pool and water fountain feature literally on your doorstep to cool off in. Close to the airport and 250pesos will get you to and from the hotel. A short trike ride to restaurants in the main road of Puerto Princesa or a 20 minute walk if you’re up for it. The rooms are tidy and simple with clean towels, bedding and AC works great. I spent 5 nights initially before leaving for el Nido and spent one night on my return from El Nido before flying out again. The women are all professional and run the show so expect to have things running smoothly. They can book your tours and since I was traveling solo it was all done hassle free. Melba our tour guide to the underground river was wonderful with a great sense of humour. This is an island with good people, good food and are respectful and kind people which goes a long way for me when one is far away from home comforts. This is not about the property as such but more about my experience with beach flies, other flying critters and mosquitoes everywhere especially after the rain so carry bug spray.

• Detlev (8/5): When we are back in Puerto we will come back and see if it changed 🤣 - We don’t have breakfast there, the pool was relaxing for us and my friends, AC was quit for a good sleep..I enjoyed the warm shower.. the water pressure was weak but that's just how it is in the Philippines...there was no bracket for the shower and the faucet was dripping so minor repairs and everything would be in the price/performance ratio

• Madame30 (2/5): Pay 50% in advance, no receipt even after 6 months - On January 2024, I paid 50% of the total price for 8 nights, as it's their reservation policy. I expected to obtain a receipt or proof of payment. Nothing was sent even after so many back and forth emails, FB messages and even long-distance calls. From January until June 2024, their employee, Jo-Ann, never bothered to send a receipt of payment. With all the scams happening in the Philippines, international clients, like us, would logically think that there's been a fraud. No good business would take your money and not give you a receipt. No good business would allow clients to literally beg to have a receipt of the payment sent. No good business would allow a client to not have a receipt 6 months after payment. No good business would allow to have such an employee interact very unprofessionally and unscrupulously with any patron. Payment receipts should be issued every time a payment is made on a sale - even if it's a deposit or partial payment. Events happen to us for a reason. On our arrival date, I took back my 50% payment. The positive result after this negative circumstance: We found a luxurious, very tranquil and truly spacious hotel with highly professional staff. Cheap accomodations are sometimes good but this Floral Villarosa doesn't count as a good one.

The overall hygiene of the room, there was a family of 5 cockroaches in my bathroom on day 1 with multiple gecko/lizards somehow finding there way in to the room and scurrying on the roof waking me as I slept. The bathroom in general had lots of mould and a smell with the shower barely spraying water.

• luci321 (8/5): Stunning boutique- friendly staff. - A really pretty boutique hotel just 15 minutes from the airport. Pool was warm and has a nice inviting area to relax in outside your room. Not too loud at night with well priced breakfasts. Staff very helpful with arranging tricycles and helping us to get reasonable prices. Nice size rooms. Cutest cat and kitten on the property that were clean and gave an extra touch. We stayed 2 nights. I didn’t have hot water for a shower, and a huge cockroach was in the bathroom at night.
• David (6/5): Can’t relax as pool is filthy and mosquitos everywhere - Nice gardens, but they attracted a lot of mosquitos. Good size rooms. Pool was filthy, you couldn’t see the bottom of it. Mosquitos in the garden and dining area. Poor water flow in bathroom tap and shower took time to heat. No fridge or tea/coffee making facility.
• Lou (5/5): Passable - Pool was big if not a little bit unclean. Owners seemed friendly and made an effort to chat to us. Bed was comfy and mosquito net very welcome! The receptionist wasn’t the most friendly and didn’t want to answer any questions directly, like ‘when will our taxi arrive?’ which led to us waiting 1.5 hours for a van collection which she lied to us about when we asked why it was taking so long ‘because they pick other people up first’. We said ok, but we were told 10:30 and it’s now 12… when they finally turned up they hadn’t picked anyone up and we then spent 2 hours collecting people before getting on the journey. So the entire day was spent travelling when it wasn’t necessary. I also messaged them to book an airport transfer (2 days in advance) and never got a response so we sorted our own. In summary, this is totally fine accommodation and breakfast is fine too but I would not book any of the tours or transfers through them as they rely on unreliable people and won’t be transparent or accountable about timings if you’re on a deadline.

• Samsudin (8/5): Very good - The customer service and the location Sometimes the aircon wouldn't work properly, and it would feel hot but that could just be the room we was staying in. To overcome this i recommend not turning off the aircon when going out but to leave it on low speed so that your room stays cool when you return. Swithing it off may causes the Aircon to malfunction and not work properly when switching it back on.
• dotcomjobman (6/5): Functional for my needs - 15 minutes from the airport. A small boutique and quiet resort with a small pool. Breakfast was great value for 200PHS. The shower was lacking any pressure. The staff were excellent and the hotel was perfect for my needs.

They had a room available for us to check in mediately after an early flight, were able to assist us with scooter rental, and recommend a lovely restaurant for lunch and some great spots to visit.

• Samy (4/5): Due to wrong information on the page, wrong expectations was created - One of the reasons why we chose this hotel was because on the information page, it said they had sound proofing. However, we were still able to hear the neighbors clearly, especially when in the bathroom. They even responded to what we were saying. So that aspect does not match our expectations. Also, the paid service for the airport shuttle was a bit expensive for our taste.

• Kris (10/5): Satisfied and Delighted !! - I loved the ambiance of this place as I am really a plant lover person. :) The room is very tidy and has a basic amenities like side tables w/ lamps and near sockets as well as cabinet w/ sufficient numbers of hangers to hang wet towels and clothes The hallway is just beside the rooms yet it doesn't create any noise to checked in guests who prefer to rest quietly. The bathroom is not so ordinary and typical. The being spacious and native-liked designed of it is a plus. The staffs are all nice, especially Ms. Cherry who has been there since we arrived. :) Thank you also for assisting us for motorbike rental (with very affordable price deal) ;) -Just not really comfortable with the low brightness of light bulb inside our room. -Had been experienced water outage at the middle of the night. -Haven't try bfast cause it's quiet expensive for us local :) Suggestion: Maybe nextime you could practice more friendly with your inhouse guests so at least we had a new friends when we leave Floral Villarosa ;) but overall , it's a double thumbs up!!
