- Mohammad Reza (10/5): Tack så mycket - Jag bodde en vecka i Istanbul och är mycket nöjd med boendet. Personalen var väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam, särskilt frukosten och rumsservicen var i toppklass. Boendet låg nära allt man behöver, och det fanns personal i receptionen dygnet runt. Jag tackar för allt och kommer definitivt att bo här igen nästa gång jag besöker Istanbul.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Değerlendirme - Odaların yalıtımı çok kötü. O kadar kötü ki bazen odaya birisi girdi zannediyordum. Genel temizlik iyi ama yer temizliği iyi değildi. Oteldeki bazı araç gereçler tam çalışmıyordu. Resepsiyonu aramadan odada ekstra olarak en azından su olması gerekiyordu.

- Can (8/5): - Temizliği yönünden gayet güzel bir otel. Özellikle merkezi konum olması işlerimi daha kolay halletmeme yaradı. İstanbul içinde fiyat performans olarak güzel bir tesis. Çalışan personelin ilgisinde iyiydi.
- Denise (4/5): - Wir wählten diese Unterkunft auf Grund der Bilder, der Nähe zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und dem Parkplatz. Preis-Leistung schien in Ordnung zu sein. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Auto konnten wir genau vor dem Hotel parken. Die Nähe zur Innenstadt und den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln war garantiert. Bedauerlicherweise war das Zimmer sehr verwohnt, roch nach kaltem Rauch. Die Couch, die wir auch als Schlafmöglichkeit nutzen mussten roch stark nach Staub und Rauch, außerdem befanden sich Brandflecken auf der Sitzfläche. Eine kleine Küchenzeile inkl. Kühlschrank und Spülbecken sind nutzbar aber nicht unbedingt einladend. Das Bad ist funktional. Frühstück wird weit nach 9 Uhr hergerichtet. Vorher ist kein Personal dafür anwesend. Hinterließ eher den Eindruck eines Stundenhotels. Die hier eingestellten Bilder sind höchstwahrscheinlich sehr alt oder extremst überarbeitet worden. Die Herren an der Rezeption sind nicht weiter auf meinen Hinweis mit den Bildern eingegangen. Keine Einsicht. Kurz: Mitarbeiter sind hilfsbereit und freundlich. Stadtzenteum Şişli fußläufig, Parkplätze vorhanden. Hier eingestellte Bilder aus alten Zeiten.

- Jennie Bel (2/5): Terrible Hotel! - This place was terrible. The room smelled like cigarette. The linens were dirty. The bed was so uncomfortable. The washroom was so disgusting. The day we arrived we showered and the drain was clogging and there was hair already in the drain and was so gross. We told them about it but they didn't do anything. Also there was a sewage smell in the washroom. I would not recommend this place.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Good for the price but has its faults. - What is advertised can be a bit misleading, for example (of many examples) the washing machine is 'available' which makes me think its included in our ticket but it's not its 'available' if we pay more. Sometimes we would ask for the room to be cleaned and would come back to it not cleaned, they would do it straight away when we told them but coming back at midnight and then having to wait for it to be cleaned was a bit annoying, apart from that the staff were very nice, the area was very quiet yet close to everything and it seemed like a safe neighborhood, for all its faults I'd say it's still one of the better hotels for the price.

- Charanjeet (10/5): Superb place, comfortable Like Home - We were in Istanbul for a week but stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Really loved our stay. Very personalized service provided by the Hotel staff. We were provided with car pickup and drop facility for visiting nearby shopping centers. On our request the managers of the hotel made special arrangements at an upscale Turkish restaurant where we had the best meal of our trip. Superb , comfortable place Would highly recommend.
- Daniel (10/5): Amazing - We choosed the hotel based on trip advisor reviews and comments, and they where right, the place it's amazing, they have all the facilities, the service and the staff its amazing! Is not close to main attractions, but they have the free shuttle service that drop you in the mall or metro station, so they made really easy for you to travel through the city. Emre and Benan where really helpful during our stay, they make sure you feel better than any other 5stars hotel. My mom, my little sister and me where really happy to find this hotel and met such a wonderful staff.

We benefited from the free shuttle service offered, got to concert at Zorlu in plenty of time, also to Besiktas ferryboat dock. It was very convenient and saved us the taxi fair! We will be back. - Gordon (10/5): excellent staff -very helpful - We were upgraded to a suit without any extra cost. giving us a much larger space.to move around. Breakfast was brought to the room and was a typical Turkish style meal. The hotel provided a shuttle service to the nearest metro station which was below a huge shopping centre. Staff were extremely efficient but still friendly they gave a complimentary taxi service when it was raining quite hard.
