- Lidia (5/5): The photos and score don't reflect the reality - The staff was friendly and the massage offered it's very professional. I left one day early without getting any money back but the room was very unpleasant and small. Even if it's budget room that's not acceptable to have yellow stains on the sheet and worn out towels and broken furniture.The photos doesn't reflect the reality. It felt like a scam staying there .

Huone tyylikkään neutraali ja tilava. Valaistus hyvä. Erittäin hyvä ja tehokas wifi. Mukava king-size vuode. Pieni parveke sivuttaisella merinäköalalla. Kreikkalaisten viemärien ongelma huoneessa. Kekseliäästi käsienpesuallas huoneen syvennyksessä, mutta allaskaapissa kitkerän voimakas haju. Ei näkyvää vesivuotoa eikä kosteutta. Henkilökunta yritti ratkaista ongelmaa siinä onnistumatta. Piti tuulettaa koko ajan, josta seurasi kadulta ravintoloista kuuluva meluhaitta. Ei sovi majapaikaksi rauhallista tilaa tarvitsevalle, bilettäjälle kylläkin.

- Beatrice (7/5): Hotel noch in der Saisonvorbereitung - Meerblick, Zimmerausstattung, Duschen ohne vernünftigen Spritzschutz, so dass das Bad nach dem Duschen komplett geflutet war. Viele Bereiche Outdoor noch nicht geöffnet: Restaurant, Beachbar, Whirlpool Dach. Bauarbeiten zum Saisonstart - Bauschutt, Lärm und abgesperrte Bereiche im Restaurant, Spa noch geschlossen, was wir so nicht erwartet hatten. Das Urlaubsgefühl blieb so leider aus.

Didn’t go after day 1 of 6. I didn’t like the fact that meal times we could only sit in the restaurant. When my friend and I sat on the patio so we could have a good view of the sea ( like it was advertised on the website,( the beautiful view) we were met with “ you can’t sit here. It’s only for al carte. You’ve not paid to sit here” I found that rude and disrespectful given how much we paid and nothing in my itinerary said I shouldn’t sit there. There were hundreds of empty seats. The staff were prepared to put up a fight and said “ I will report you to the manager” I felt as a 45 year old lady I had been taken back to pre-school. Well I asked them to go ahead and get the manager and nobody arrived. Next we were being met with attitude by staff and they wouldn’t clear our dirty plates and avoided eye contact with us. So unprofessional and unnecessary. Secondary, as a vegetarian and gluten free, there wasn’t much choice of food at all and needed to top up myself elsewhere. Food not labelled so you have to guess. I always asked for them to walk me round the hot food ( 6 dishes only, no more than 7) and tell me exactly what it is and even that they were not happy when I asked. So please if you have allergies or intolerance just be mindful.

E la spiaggia era praticamente inesistente.

- Alex (10/5): I really enjoyed the number 1 position, thank you very much. - The location of the hotel is top. There is a really good bar in the hotel that works until late. I was in a suite, a very large room, fun, the view is simply crazy, the jacuzzi is a bit small for two people, but otherwise a great experience. There's really nothing bad to write about, only improvement. Please add a few more sleeping pillows. One is a little bit and sometimes it doesn't fit anything, so you need another type of pillow. Jacuzzi in the suite I understand that it's not a simple thing, but there's a balcony like this, really big. If they bring a big one, it would be a great improvement.

- Svetlana (7/5): Relaxing holiday stay - I liked the size of the room and that cleaning is done every second day. Breakfast had quite good options, but it gets boring after 7 days eating same food. Visually hotel is nice but already needs some proper repairs. Bathroom needs to be renovated. Fungus in the corners. Handles are loose and falling apart. Scale all over. Bathroom glass is not covering properly so water gets everywhere. Bathroom door should have better shield as well as no gaps to see through.

- Danny (8/5): really enjoyed our stay here, the staff were great and very friendly. would highly recommend. - the staff were very friendly and accommodating for all our needs and requests. the views from our room each day and evening were stunning. magical views over the sea. the bed, especially the pillow was super comfortable so much so i wanted to purchase the same for when i returned home. the hot tub really only worked well with the refilling hot tap rather than the temp control on the unit. we managed in the end but it was frustrating initially that the hot tub water did not heat up from the temp controller. we have alot of experience with these so we knew how to use it and have used many in other properties without issue.

Die Unterkunft wurde täglich top gereinigt. Wir mögen es, abends in versciedenen Restaurants zu essen für eine möglichst große Abwechslung. Da gab es mehr als genug in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bei Bedarf immer zur Stelle. In den Restaurants konnte man essen, dass die Wellen fast bis an die Füße kamen. Abends war in den Bars viel los, bei geschlossenen Fenstern (gute Klimaanlage) war das wegen der Lautstärke kein Problem. Fällt mir nichts ein.

The breakfast is great! You sit on the beach, meters from the sea and start the morning with an amazing meal! The service and the hotel are amazing, I recommend it to everyone! I will definitely return to it on my next vacation in Crete.

Tous les soirs les mêmes RARES entrées !!! Terrible !!! Les plats plutôt corrects en revanche. Et pour finir, toujours QUE du Melon ou pastèque et 2 gâteaux au choix ! Stop !!! Tous les soirs !!!!!!!!! Autant dire une terrible déception. Bel établissement, on y est bien, on y petit déjeune très bien , mais la demi pension fut une erreur !!

- TAMAR (8/5): המלון היה נהדר, השרות נפלא ונהננו מאוד. - המלון ממוקם על הטיילת , מרכזי מאוד ונוח. הזמנו חדר עם נוף לים והחדר היה גדול, מרווח נעים נוח והנוף מהמם. ארוחת בוקר בסמוך לחוף וצוות הקבלה מקסים. היו תקלות בזרימת המים.

- Mario (8/5): Tolles Hotel - Zimmer war eine Junjor Suite mit direktem meerblick (36m2) tolle lage man hat alles was man braucht in unmittelbarer nähe viele restaurants,geschäfte,bars und clubs.. preise sind in ordnung cocktails ca 10€ und ein abendessen ohne verzicht für zwei personen ca. 35-45€ zwei liegen mit schirm 20€ pro tag ,schmaler strand ca 5-6 meter und man ist im meer abends doch etwas laute musik aber nicht zsangsweise störend , nicht zu empfehlen für leute die absolute ruhe erwarten.. Frühstück könnte üppiger ausfallen (standart)

- Sofer (7/5): סה״כ תמורה טובה למחיר, מלון בינוני פלוס. - מיקום מעולה, מטר מהחוף, צוות אדיב מאד, חדר נקי, ארוחת בוקר בסדר גמור. קצת רעש בלילה מהרחוב, במיוחד מהחדרים שפונים לים, בריכה קצת קטנה ובלי אפשרות לקנות כלום, עדיף ללכת לבריכה של palm.
- Philipp (9/5): Alles super, aber laute Nächte - Also eigentlich war alles perfekt. Das Personal war ohne Ausnahme sehr freundlich, das Frühstück ausreichend vielfältig und schmackhaft. Die Lage an der Küste ist sehr gut, sodass man keine langen Wege zur Promenade, zum Strand oder in die Stadt hatte. Umliegend gab es auch alle möglichen Restaurants, Shops etc. Im Hotel war es auch sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick. Der Ausblick war ein Traum. Jedoch macht die hoteleigene Strandbar Party bis tief in die Nacht. Man muss bis 5:00 mit sehr lauter Musik und Lärm von den Menschen rechnen. Und das ist an jedem Wochentag so und nicht nur am Wochenende. Da könnte das Hotel zumindest kostenlose Oropax ins Zimmer legen. Zwei Strandliegen + ein Sonnenschirm kosten pro Tag 20€. Einen Halbtagestarif gibt es meines Wissens nicht. Ich finde das relativ teuer beim eigenen Hotel.

- Doron (10/5): פשוט מושלםםםם - מקום מצויין על הטיילת , הגעתי מאוחר בשעה 23:00 בערב למלון לאחר שעות חדר האוכל פקידות הקבלה עשו לי צ׳ק אין בזריזות , ולאחר שסימנו הן שאלו אותי האם אתה בטח רעב עניתי שכן, מכאן הכל היה מושלם , הורידו אותי לחדר האוכל והוציאו לי ארוחת של המסעדה של המלון , מצ׳ב תמונות פשוט לא האמנתי שיש שרות כזה ואני מצטט את מפקידת הקבלה״ אצלנו האורחים לא רעבים״ ממש הערכתי תודה רבה ממליץ מאוד על מלון לא תתאכזבו ❤️❤️❤️ הכל מושלם

- Emmi (8/5): - Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä. Sijainti oli keskeinen, huoneet ihan miellyttäviä ja parveke merinäköalalla oli ihana. Hyvät sängyt. Allasalue oli rauhallinen ja vaikka se oli pienehkö, tilaa riitti aina. Sijainti oli keskeinen, mutta rantabaareista kuului kovaa musiikkia aamuyölle asti. Parvekkeen ovi eristi hyvin ääntä, mutta musiikki kuului siitäkin huolimatta melko kovaa huoneeseen. Korvatulpat oli pakko pitää joka yö. Siivouksessa oli hiukan huomautettavaa. Sohvalla oli hiekkaa tms. kun saavuimme. Sängyn vieressä seinässä likainen jalanjälki. Pölyjä ei oltu pyyhitty kovin tarkkaan. Hanat, suihkut, lavuaarit olisi pitänyt pyyhkiä ja putsata paremmin. Valaistus oli jossain kohdissa huonetta erikoisen kirjava ja kylmä. WC:n valo vilkkui silloin tällöin.

Местоположението е на първостепенно място, замисъл на хотела – разчупен и функционален! Хотела е разкошен, но има едно нещо, което помрачи, направи престоя ми непълноценен!! В офертата , която приех да се настаня – "Джуниър суит с морски изглед", снимките, които разгледах, стаята не съответства на реалността!! Тази оферта окачествява 2 ТИПА стаи – бях настанен в единия тип стаи, не толкова добрия, и това остави горчив спомен за мен и моето семейство!! Снимки 6,7,8,9,12,13,14,15 и 16 съответстват на желания, по–хубав тип стаи, които пожелах и в които очаквах да се настаня!! Но не така се получиха нещата – бяхме настанени в не такъв тип стая и имаше разочарование в мен и моето семейство!! Също така стаята беше със "страничен, частичен морски изглед" – не споменатото в офертата –– "морски изглед" Хотела е чудесен, но получих непълноценно и разочароващо изживяване! Просто офертата е подвеждаща и като за човек, който за първи път посещава мястото за настаняване, не мога да знам какво точно ще получа, а това не е коректно и е заблуждаващо!!

- Mai (6/5): - המיקום מצויין והחדר היה שווה את המחיר וגדול ממש , הבנות בקבלה מקסימות ועזרו לנו כשפנינו אליהן, הבריכה הייתה ממש טובה ושקטה הגענו למקום השמיכות פוך היו מלוכלכות עם שיערות , היה גם עכביש על אחת מהשמיכות , אי אפשר לישון בגלל שהמקום ממש על אחד מהברים ויש רעש מטורף עד השעה 2 . האוכל ממש על הפנים, עשינו ארוחת בוקר כלולה ופשוט דלה ולא טעימה. ביקשו פעמיים להחליף מצעים ורק בפעם השלישית הייתה מישהי אחרת בקבלה שישר עזרה לנו ודאגה שיחליפו לשמיכה אחרת.

- Diāna (6/5): - Viesnīca atradās labā lokācijā, visapkārt bija pieejami gan veikali, gan ēstuves, gan autobusu pieturas- pāris mīnušu gājienā. Personāls bija atsaucīgs un brokastis bija daudzveidīgas, bagātīgās un gardas. Numuriņš vienmēr tika sakopts un tīrs. Ļoti slikta skaņas izolācija. Prakstiski durvis nenodrošināja klusumu un mieru. Ļoti labi bija dzirdamas visas sarunas, kas bieži vien lika pamosties naktīs. Ka arī varēja dzirdēt kaimiņus - kas mazgājās vai runāja. Līdzīgi ir ar vannasistabas durvīm, kas nenodrošināja privātumu. Arī apgaismojums bija pārāk slikts tajā telpā. Kopumā Gaisa kvalitāte nebija laba, jo kondicionieris atradās tieši virs gultas - kas traucēja. Savukārt balkonu turēt vaļā nebija iespējams.
