Havlular saçma sapan yatağın üstünde ince bir çarşaf var yatakta yanık izleri var ve kirliydi. Balkon mevsimden dolayı kirli olabilir ama yerde sigara izmariti falan vardı masa sandalyeler toz içindeydi. Kısacası görsellere bakıp yanılmayın. Yalnızca ilk girişte resepsiyondaki beyefendi çok kibar ve güler yüzlüydü.
Lekah (5/5): Not a good experience - It's nearer to all facilities around...the cleaning lady did our bedroom very well...the bed was comfortable. But there was a strange noise of hammering all night till late in the morning around 3 am it was scary I didn't like the welcome that we got... Upon check-in I came to the guy and say hello we have booking he asked what's the problem inside there's no problem we are checking in...then he said it's his last work day etc...😑...There was only 2 friendly staff the others not friendly at all not welcoming.

They told me same price but charge me with euros instead dollars .. cost more money for same room I founded out after coming back from my trip. Plus front desk people didn’t not help me with my suitcases carrying up to my room. Being female after my surgery was expecting nicer treatment and I would have tipped generously. Don’t signup for Breakfast it’s a joke you get a much better options at near by hotels with open buffet Turkish breakfast. I should give 1 star but location is good nearby shops are great. if you’re female traveling alone other hotels I had stayed in Istanbul was much better nicer helped me with my suitcases better rooms and breakfast

Serena (8/5): Was good, would stay here again - Beds were comfortable, the room was spacious. Breakfast was abit basic but good. I was on the top floor and the hot water would play up sometimes. Internet wasnt the best. Lift only goes up to level 5 so you have to walk up stairs if youre on the top level. I didnt like the location, would find it hard to catch a taxi sometimes. Alot of traffic around this area too

Mohammad (1/5): the hotel is a 3 stars hotel, starting from the overall appearance is bad. The elevator is very small and reaches to the - cleanliness and the awful smell of the bathroom
Mehdei (4/5): - - The hotel never cleans my room from check-in till check-out. - They always have a package of rubbish beside the elevator corner. - They have a storeroom for cleaning stuff beside my room, I woke up three times in one night because of the sound, while they were getting stuff from that storeroom

Diana (1/5): terrible - the only positive thing about this hotel is stuff in the reception and convenient location. Property was overpriced as it was high season in Istanbul. so I paid for 10 nights in advance but when I reached the hotel I couldn’t believe my eyes. My bed was full of long black hair and dirty spots. Same situation with shower and towels, I found that hair on my body after using their towels. They didn’t provide a blanket just very tiny sheet. The bedside table was full of garbage they didn’t bother to throw it out. Housekeeping would enter my room without knocking the door even. The window in my room was broken so at night it was impossible to sleep as my room located next to the main road there. Honest review I had terrible experience and checked out in 2 days as the property is in unacceptable condition. Even tho it’s 3 starts hotel, this should not be the case. Basically I just wasted my money. The only positive thing in the hotel were stuff in the reception very good people. always smile and help.
Vina (2/5): awful. dirty. disgusting. - nothing. this place is full of cockroaches and mold, smells like cigerrettes and sheets and towels have stains. it was disgusting. there were cigarrette butts in the elevator that barely fits 2 people. staff are rude.
Diki (2/5): - Do not go this place Never Ever. No exact manager so many people from village which is scary. Looks like boss relatives all come from village and managing that hotel. We got 5 nights and barely finish 4 and left.

Verified traveler (4/5): - Das einzig positive war die Lage. Ansonsten, ziemlich komische Gäste. Die Zimmer waren alt und schmutzig. Wir haben es nicht ausgehalten und sind statt 3 Nächte nur 1 Nacht geblieben und sind in ein anderes Hotel umgezogen :/

Verified traveler (6/5): Disappointing! - The hotel amenities and condition was disappoiınting! The pictures are looking way better than the hotel itself. The room was small and the terrace was dirty. Overall, it was overrated! The only good thing about this hotel is its central location!
Ruya (10/5): Great location and customer service - Second time staying at this hotel and I am very pleased with the service. I had a minor issue wiTh my room and within 5 minutes I was allocated to a new room plus upgraded! The staff was very attendant and I was really pleased wiTh customer service! Definitely reccomend it!
