Personen über 1,80 müssen hier den Kopf einziehen ... der Spiegel hängt auf "Bauchnabelhöhe" - ein Witz ! ... der Lüfter im Bad war vor Staub/Dreck untauglich ... an den Heizkörpern fehlten die Temperaturregler - so blieb alles kalt, auch das Bad ... Frühstücksraum diete gleichzeitig aus Abstellraum ( die hoteleigene Heißmangel stand in der Ecke, inkl. Korb mit frischer Bettwäsche ) ... während des Frühstücks räumte das Personla lautstark das Geschirr auf und fegte Essensreste von Tischen/Stühlen einfach auf den Boden ! ... das Spiegelei hätte gerne noch 3 Minuten länger gebraucht - so glitt / lief alles von der Gabel - ekelhaft ! ... der Toaster bzw. Grill ließ den Toast hinter dem Schrank verschwinden ( ein Teller hätte sicher Abhilfe leisten können )

• Batu (9/5): Great place to stay. - Check in was very practical. We arrive late and our room key was on reception desk :) Car park was good. Staff was friendly. Quiet area. Almost everythings was great.

Being located right next to the bus stop makes it much easier to get to all the places you want to visit. Special thanks to the hotel owner. He was very kind and helped us with everything. He helped with the bus tickets. His biggest help was with safely storing our luggage. For that, I thank him especially. I recommend it to everyone.
• DANILA (10/5): Nice and pleasant hotel - A classic Austrian hotel with a nice room. As always in Austria, everyone was welcoming. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant upon arrival. Free parking is available nearby. Rooms are on the 2nd or 3rd floors; there is no elevator. The room is clean. The bedding is high-quality, and the room is quiet.

• Christopher (10/5): Relaxation in a beautiful forested area. - Firstly, the location near the foot of the Untersberg mountain, the peace and quiet, the comfortable beds, clean bedroom, clean bathroom. A warm and friendly welcome and efficient service from the hosts. Excellent breakfast of Mueslis, scrambled eggs and delicious artisan breads with REAL butter and good machine coffee. Very tasty dinners too prepared by the owner himself. Very reasonably priced for what is offered and lastly the bus terminus is right outside making access to Salzburg city centre a breeze. No bed side tables.

The room was very cold and explanation form the owner was that temperature during the day was above 20. But during the night it was very cold and if room wasn’t used for a while you can imagine how cold it could be. The dust was everywhere. It is too expensive for what they offered us. The same price we paid for four star hotel in the middle of Graz. No, we would not recommend this object, although it has all conditions to be great place to stay few days until visit the city of Salzburg.

• Violeta (1/5): Not worth the money - The room was clean and somewhat comfortable, though a bit outdated. In a nutshell: The stay was disappointing and not worth the money. Despite a clean room the lack of proper parking, loud music until after midnight, and constant noise from other guests made it impossible to rest after a long journey. Overall, poor value for money. Let me explain: No parking space available: We arrived at 6 pm, having provided our registration number in advance to secure parking, as requested via booking.com. However, due to a birthday party with live music, all parking spaces were occupied. The lady at the reception advised us to leave the car on the street with hazard lights, which we declined. Eventually, the barman directed us to another parking space nearby, and only later that evening could we park in front of the building. Loud music until late: From 9.30 pm onwards, the music was still playing, making it impossible to sleep. When I rang the property, I was told that the music was allowed to continue until 10 pm. The music stopped briefly, but started again and continued until after midnight. In addition, there was constant noise from crying children and shouting parents above our room, which disrupted our sleep even further. After a long drive of almost 1,000 km, we really needed some rest, but we didn’t find it here. When we checked out at 8.00 am in the morning, the key was accepted without any questions or comments.

Das Essen im Landgasthof war sehr gut. Alles frisch zubereitet. Durch den Gutschein für die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel war es super nach Salzburg zu fahren. Der Bus fährt alle 15 Minuten (Zeitaufwand ca. 30Min),

• PETRU-IONUT (5/5): Some people make or break a plesant experience - The location is nice and quiet. The key was waiting for me on the reception desk in an envelope with my name on it and instructions re breakfast.I did appreciate that. The master bed was huge. I was surprised to see that THERE ARE NO WALLS for the shower room, as it’s practically IN the room, separated by an ordinary curtain. The sink was also located IN the room. That is NOT how I imagined a hotel room in Salzburg in 2026! There was no information in the room description about this setting, otherwise I wouldn’t booked it. However, the most upsetting is the staff (possibly the MANAGER itself) agresive attitude towards my family. In the morning, before leaving, they were verbally abused by this individual because they disposed some garbage (small plastic bag) in the trash recipient located in front of the building. He became furious and started to shout very loud to my son :“ why did you did that ?! “ and other similar words. I do chalange the error from our end. However, the staff overreacted and created unnecessary distress to us all, nearly ruining our day in this beautiful city. So, fellow travelers, be awere of this and avoid unnecessary drama.

• Christina (2/5): Never again - Convenient location Everything else. The beds were terrible, old worn out mattresses that should have been replaced a long time ago. You won’t get a good night rest here. The curtains are falling off and are only partially hanging on the rails. But worst of all: the room was very dirty, hairs everywhere. The soap for hand wash was diluted with water (to save cost?) - disgusting place. We won’t be coming back ever. Overall the place gets a good rating from others and I can’t understand why. I wish I read the negative reviews before booking, they tell the truth.

We will come back definitely. In the room 205 the double bed needs some repair, every night 2 pieces of wooden slats were falling down while we were sleeping. Otherwise everything was perfect!

• Katrin (6/5): - Einchecken war sehr schnell, freundlich und unkompliziert Leider ist die Ausstattung sehr verlebt. Da wir ein Zimmer straßenseitig hatten, war es sehr laut. Es ist im Allgemeinen sehr hellhörig. Für eine Nacht ok, aber einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich nicht machen.

Das Zimmer war im "alten Bereich" und deshalb in einem nicht so optimalen Zustand, aber Hauptsache sauber. Die Zimmer im Anbau sind sicher schöner.
