I spent a night here while attending a function in London, and she reached out in advance to confirm my arrival and made all the necessary arrangements for a wonderful stay. - Rhiannon (8/5): Lovely stay, would definitely recommend - Lovely host who was very welcoming and accomodating, clean and tidy room, great location. Beds were comfy, room was warm and quiet. We were able to park right on the driveway which was excellent. We travelled for an annual event and will hopefully book again for next year as soon as we have the dates. The Indian restaurant and the pub on the high street were also really lovely places to visit in the evenings. Would have appreciated a little more variety at breakfast. What we did have was lovely, but the cooked breakfast was a shared plate between the three of us of bit of bacon, some scrambled eggs and a hash brown each; I think we'd expected a full cooked breakfast so sausages, beans, mushrooms, maybe black pudding. It would have been nice to have a few more items and maybe take orders for breakfast or have a little menu to ask what people might like. That being said, what we did eat was lovely, just a bit less than expected.

Frühstück war ok meinem Mann hat die Wurst gefehlt :-). Nächste U-Bahn Station fünf Minuten entfernt. Lag zwar sehr außerhalb von der City, aber war alles gut erreichbar.

- Lynn (10/5): Girl's trip - Beautiful house. Nice little town. Jasmine is a sweetheart. No lift to 2 or 3 floor. So if you can't handle climbing stairs with luggage then it's not a place to stay.
- Christina (10/5): Charming B&B with delicious breakfast and helpful hostess. - Charming, lovely room, tasty and plentiful breakfast, helpful and nice owner/operator, beautiful sunroom overlooking a very pretty garden, walking distance to Arnos Grove underground and New Southgate Cemetery. The hot water in the shower was not very hot.
- Anzelika (9/5): Great location near the metro, friendly host, clean family room, and pleasant breakfast. - The location is very convenient – the metro is just a 7-minute walk, and you can reach the city center directly without changing lines. The hostess is wonderful and very welcoming. The room was clean and perfectly suited our family: we stayed in one room with a shower and bathtub, two adults and two teenagers (16 and 18), with one double bed and two single beds. In the morning we enjoyed a pleasant breakfast on the terrace. Some guests might find it a bit repetitive or not too filling, but for us it was just fine, as we didn’t have any special preferences. The hot breakfast was served individually, which we really appreciated.

It was a hot weekend and the owner had helpfully provided a fan in the room which was very welcome. Large comfortable room. But I think it would have been better if there were more vegetarian options. Otherwise the taste was good. There should have been a kettle in the room itself if someone wants to drink warm water or tea in the room.

Easy to get to areas of interest via tube, London, and in our case, concert at Finsbury Park. Jasmine made you feel really welcome, great sense of humour. Would definitely stay there again!

Our host was so kind and chatty and us girls felt so safe and at home. We had a beautiful breakfast in the morning. Beds were really comfy and whole place was spotless. - Keith (10/5): Great stay, great host! - The reason for our stay was we were going to watch a football match. We would be arriving before check in time, so I contacted the host, who was wonderful and said we could park our car there and take the room key, but unfortunately the room would not be ready. This was not a problem as we could leave our belongings in the car and then just go straight to our room on our return. The host greeted us at breakfast, which was a lovely variety of continental delights, in addition to a cooked breakfast. Plenty of food! The host left us to eat as a family, checking in once that we had everything we needed and then as we finished came in for a chat which was lovely. Very personal, much nicer than a chain hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. There are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, but this is available downstairs in the dining room. There are a selection of eateries at the end of the road, about a 5 minute walk N/A

- Laura (10/5): - Had a brief, but lovely stay with Jasmine in her lovely home. The daffodil room was cute and bright, faced the road but very quiet. Lovely comfy bed, room is on the smaller side room but perfect for a couple or a short stay. Shower was great and provided basic shower gel and shampoo and towels. The only downside of the room was the glass paneled door into the bathroom, but we just hung a towel on the hooks to cover it so it wasn't too much of an issue. Would have been nice to have tea / coffee in room but we were told to help ourself to drinks in the dining room. Glasses and drinking water were provided in the room. Jasmine was a lovely host though we didn't spend much time with her, she was very pleasant and welcoming. And cooked bacon and scrambled eggs to perfection, I actually think they were the best scrambled eggs I've ever had. Good choice of cereal, toast and spreads, pastries etc. Great links to Ally Pally and the on street parking was ideal. Would definitely return. The fireplace in the dining room was beautiful, a lovely homs. Thank you for your hospitality.

- MR N D (6/5): Perfectly fine B&B in North London - This was perfectly ok, although I have no idea why it should rate as high as it does First point: This B&B has NO EV CHARGER, despite claiming to have one in their amenities. This is the main reason we chose this location, and so we were off to a bad start already. The double room was functional - no tea/coffee in room (but available in the dining room) Bathroom has a glass door, which won't be for everyone as the toilet is directly opposite the door Towels are just larger than a hand towel Breakfast was fine, although the cooked element was three hot items, without having a choice of what they were ... so not always what you might want Five minute walk to the Piccadilly Line in a nice, safe area.

- Julie (10/5): Ideal stay in a quiet suburb with easy access to Central London - We stayed overnight whilst visiting family in the area and we would not hesitate to come back on future visits. The property was very clean and Jasmine was very friendly and helpful without being obtrusive. We enjoyed a super breakfast which set us up for our onward travels. The property was within easy walking distance of a tube station which makes it very convenient to explore London. Everything was good.

The breakfast was very good along with plenty of options. The room was very clean and comfortably as well as providing tea/coffee facilities. I would definitely stay here if I visited the area again. It is also good value for money and in a lovely area away from the hustle of central London. Nothing everything was fine for me.

The host is very friendly and attentive. Location is somewhat out of central London, but easy to access via the tube, so not a problem to me. The bed was extremely comfortable. I can't think of anything to complain about.

There was nothing I did not like, the rooms were very quaint and the electric shower was fine for what I needed.

The hosts were welcoming and warm, and the breakfast was more than expected - freshly cooked and plenty of items to choose from. We drove, but the house is near a tube station for convenient access into London locations. Would definitely stay here again.
