• Patricia (9/5): Fantastic place in Split - The location is fantastic. It’s so close to everything. The rooms are large and it’s great to have a fridge in the room. We arrived on a public holiday weekend so it was pretty noisy but it was also really fun
• Harry (9/5): Ideally located apartment in the old city. - Mila and Davor were exceptional in maintaining communication with us and greeting us at the apartment. We loved Davor’s recommendations and assistance and we greatly appreciated being let into the apartment much earlier due to an early arrival on the ferry. Thank you so much. The apartment is incredibly quiet despite being located in the heart of the action. We enjoyed the location and the proximity to Split old town, ferry port, restaurants, supermarkets, and bus station. The apartment is in a great spot and we loved our stay. Thank you! -

The room itself was very clean, our towels were replaced halfway through our stay which was very convenient, and the location is unbeatable! Check in and check out were very smooth. The WiFi worked but was a bit slow and spotty.

The building itself is a bit tired but once you are on the first floor (where the hotel is located) it’s very nice. We had a room with a balcony which we loved!

The property is in the old city and all attractions are easily accessible. The host also arranged for transportation to the airport at a reasonable cost. I would highly recommended this property.
• Mark (10/5): Great apartment in the heart of the palace - I stayed in Split for four nights. This is a fantastic apartment in the heart of Diocletian's palace. Despite being so close to the main squares, it was very quiet and easy to get good sleep on a comfortable bed. The unit was very basic, but very well maintained. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

It was nice to have a veranda, however the view was limited to a rooftop (but it was as shown in the pics, so this is just for others info)

There was limited hot water, resulting in quick showers. Minimal WiFi/cellular service. Refrigerator struggled to stay cool.

It was really convenient being right in the centre of Split, and the rooms were still v quiet. The suites were modern and well maintained, even though in an old traditional building. Would 100% recommend and would stay again if coming to Split.

The airline lost my luggage and the owners picked up my luggage from the edge of the old town and brought it to my room because I was on a tour. I would go back there for sure.

The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. It’s in a perfect location—just a short walk to the Riva and Diocletian’s Palace. The location really couldn’t be better for exploring the city. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again!

Be aware that All the showers in the area, not just Davo's have limited hot water. I would use this property again without hesitation.
• Michele (8/5): Great sobe in Split! - This apartment is conveniently located for everything Split has to offer. I would stay here again! The hosts were very accommodating and communicated with us well. The apartment is large with basic accommodations but the location is superb!

• Sarah (7/5): A really good and really convenient place to stay in the old town - Great location, quiet and perfectly satisfactory for our short stay. Communication with Davor was excellent, he greeted us nearby and took us to the accommodation and gave us really useful information on things to do in Split and places to eat. The room was not quite as the photos led us to believe but we were very comfortable during our stay We had to switch off the fridge as it buzzed noisily. The balcony has no view but I like that it was there. The shower is cramped but worked well. No drawers or shelves for clothes - just hanging space in the wardrobe. The top sheet on the bed is too small for the bed.

• Michael (9/5): Comfortable stay close to town centre and harbor. - Close to all local attractions, just outside the west gate to Diocletian’s Palace. Room was “smallish” but the balcony gave us additional room to relax. Our hosts were very responsive to questions we had prior to arrival and Davor met us as scheduled when we arrived. He provide helpful information on what to see and do and suggestions for local restaurants. Nothing.

• John (9/5): Cozy and charming suite in the historic Old Town next to the palace and Riva. - Exceptional location next to the main square and palace. The room was cozy and charming. Balcony was a bonus. Quiet at night even though in the tourist hub. Comfortable bed. Easy access to all the amenities. Davor was the perfect host. Highly recommended. All good!

• Philip (8/5): Very good - The accommodation was right in the old town in Split! Couldn't have been a better location. The lighting in the room was either too bright or too dark. There needed to be some alternative lighting.
• TAKASHI (10/5): - 場所は分かりにくいですが、プロムナードから近くとても便利なロケーションです。オーナーは親切で事前に道案内をメッセージしてくれますし、チェックインの時に近隣の説明をしてくれます。フロントデスクはありませんが、エントランスは扉が２重になっていてセキュリティも心配ありません。 ベッドサイドに電源が無いのが不便でした。バスルームに換気扇が無かったので付けてほしいです。

Mesmo sendo localizado em uma região tão central, Prior Suites consegue ser calmo e aconchegante, graças às janelas anti-ruído. O banheiro pode não ser espaçoso, mas a água sai em grande quantidade e quente. Em resumo, foram 5 noites fantásticas que valeram cada centavo investido. Certamente recomendo!

The place was really clean and really well decorated. This apartment has all the facilities we required. The location of the property is excellent as it's located in the city centre which is a great access point to all the tourists spots.

Mila and Davor the owners were very kind and hospitable! They gave us the best local recommendations on things to do and places to eat. No need for a travel planner! The room was nice and cool with quiet air conditioning and WiFi. We had everything we needed and more. Would definitely come again!

• Rosie (9/5): Lovely apartment in the old city centre - The apartments are in a perfect location in the centre of the old city, very close to many restaurants and bars. It’s about 15 minute walk to one beach which was very busy but we chose to walk five minutes further to a lovely quieter rocky beach. The apartments were very clean and quiet and the staff were so friendly and waited for us after our flight was delayed and also arranged a taxi. The bed was very comfortable and the air con worked amazingly to keep us cool on a very hot week! They also stored our luggage for us on the last day which was very helpful. The bathroom was a little cramped but still very clean and functional. We had some trouble with the shower not staying hot for very long and would be more luke warm. Apart from that there were no issues and I would highly recommend.

• Emma (8/5): Wonderful room in the heart of Split - The room was quite spacious for being in the Old Town. Everything was clean and the bed was comfy. The location is amazing, you are at the heart of the Old Town. The room was located above a restaurant, so when having the window a food-y/burnt smell would show up. It wasn't too bad and we weren't much in the room as we were out a lot but it's still worth mentioning.

The hosts were exceptionally kind and helpful, accommodating our requests for a late check-in and providing a clothing iron upon request. The apartment is situated in a vibrant area with many bars and restaurants, which can be a bit noisy at times. However, the noise ends early in the night, and closing the windows mostly blocks it out. They also arranged an airport transfer for 47 euros, which was very convenient given our late arrival. I definitely recommend this place.
• Jennifer (10/5): The perfect trip with true friends, memories that will stay with us forever, we’re already saving for next year! - Could not have been more perfectly located for our first visit to the beautiful city of Split, right in the very heart of everything! The property was perfect for our group of 5 girlfriends since school celebrating our 60th birthdays in 2024. Each double room is self contained and there are 5 in total with a communal hallway and we had a room each which meant we had it all to ourselves. 3 of the rooms have balconies, separated by partitions but ideal for conversing with each other if you are like us and have them all to yourselves. You will even catch some sun on the balconies in the afternoon but you will most probably be too busy doing other things because there is so much to see and do! And if you aren’t a group and are just booking one room, don’t be put off because you will definitely not be spending your days on your balcony! This accommodation could not be more central, everything is right on your doorstep. The owners Davor & Mila are absolutely lovely, very responsive to text enquiries, Davor met us at the airport, he was so helpful and full of recommendations for us, and I can validate that all of his suggestions were spot on! Our airport transfers were all organised and everything went perfectly smoothly. We did not have the pleasure of meeting Mila but she was so lovely in all our text communications. We had actually previously booked another accommodation for our trip, a Villa with a pool, outside of the old town, and with 2 months to go they cancelled our booking due to having renovations. We all feel that this was fate, we could not have had the experience we had, had we not been staying in Prior Suites. I cannot recommend this property enough, it was perfect!!! There was absolutely nothing we didn’t like, we had the most fabulous trip. The only thing I can say is that I could not work out how to get a channel on the TV, but why would you go all the way to this amazing place to watch TV anyway!

• Jason (8/5): Split Prior Suites 3 night stay - Right in the centre of town so the location was excellent and the host was super helpful and friendly! The room had a balcony which was nice (no view as the streets are so narrow) and the aircon was appreciated. Nothing particularly but although it is called Prior Suites, it is mainly a hotel bedroom and doesn't have kitchen facilities etc. That's not a criticism as it was as described but it is something to note.

They helped arrange transportation at 5am, suggested good restaurants, met us early and stored bags, room was not large but quiet. Room had a balcony, which was great for drying clothes. Not enough loungers to rent.

Air-conditioning was very handy and the location was good to access old town. Lift was handy at times Shower was ok for me but maybe small for someone bigger. To be fair though, this is a property in the old town and there will always be a small compromise. It was good calue

Split is a wonderful place to visit a - The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the old town with plenty of places and restaurants to explore. We arranged transfers with Davor and he was punctual and very helpful. The only surprise was it looked quite different from their website, a little basic in comparison (Room 3), as the photos show brightly coloured soft furnishings. That said, it was perfectly functional and very clean. Bedding and towels were changed mid week and the room was equipped with tea/coffee making facilities, a safe, hairdryer and a complimentary bottle of water in the fridge. We had a small balcony too where you could hear the hustle and bustle of the surrounding narrow streets although the room is very quiet of a night.

Kind and interested in how to make your stay perfect. He acted as a guide for us and told us a lot of things about Split and Croatia as a country. He also came with a lot of tips for us. If you want to have a nice room with a profesional host and a room in the heart of Split, you should choose this. Strongly recommend.
