- kenichim216 (4/5): Rude front ladies. - For the price, its location is pretty good. However, the front ladies do not know how to talk to the customers. Some of them told me that your Russian is very bad, others just yelled at me when I was talking. I understand the frustration when they talk to the customers who cannot speak good Russian. However, I still believe that they should talk to the customers with a polite manner.

- Nuriya (8/5): В целом неплохо - Отель чистый, простой, без излишеств. Номер был бюджетный, без окон. Было душнова-то, приходилось открывать дверь в коридор. Хотя и предупреждают при заселении, что курить нельзя, в туалете временами тянуло прокуренным запахом. Стоит отметить замечательные завтраки: есть выбор из 4-х видов, все очень сытно и вкусно. В номере есть чайник и чашки, что также было для нас приятным дополнением. Слышимость с соседних номеров, действительно, довольно ощутима, но у нас были спокойные соседи, поэтому сильного дискомфорта это не доставило. Положительныи моментом была близость к метро. В целом отель для бюджетного отдыха рекомендую.

- Biljana (8/5): - Nice, quiet and safe place. Very clean with polite staff. Small but well equiped room. Local transport is excelent. The bus station is very close. 2 Metro stations are at 5-8 min walk. Regarding to money you pay, the accomodation is perfect. One remark, I do not recomend room without windows.
- Maksim (2/5): Отвратительное место - Отвратительное место дали номер без окна, внутри духота находится невозможно, душ кривой льет все на пол, стены тонкие полночи не давали спать, на ресепшене какая то бабка хабалка грубила, сказала я сам виноват что выбрал этот номер, хотя не было указано что там нет окна, телевизор кстати тоже не работал, зря потраченные деньги грубый персонал, тонкие стены, маргинальные соседи, крайне не рекомендую, рядом есть более достойные варианты, не поверите, но это первый "отель" куда не пустили ко мне курьера с едой, мне пришлось самому после душа спускаться к нему, ужас, какой то дремучий совок
- raisa (8/5): - Останавливались с друзьями в отеле на 3 дня. Понравилось местоположение отеля: близко к метро и к центру Москвы. В номере было всё необходимое в соответствии с описанием в рекламе, уборка номера производилась каждый день. Один раз менялись полотенца. В отеле есть кафе, воспользовались только однажды, достаточно вкусно и ценник нормальный. Работает камера хранения (багажная комната), очень удобно, если отъезд вечером, а номер освобождается в 12-00. Номер маленький, но для отеля три звезды и соответствующей цены нормально. Проживанием остались довольны, в следующий свой приезд остановимся здесь опять.

- MARIYA (8/5): бюджетно, но не очень комфортно. - Комната маленькая и узкая, разместится вдвоем можно, но очень тесно. Постель чистая. В номере была самая маленькая и узкая ванная комната, которую я когда-либо видела. Из водопроводного крана постоянно било током, пришлось умываться с помощью кружки. Душ за шторкой, вода плескается на пол, что не удобно. Хороший сигнал вай-фай, адекватный персонал. Расположение для Москвы неплохое, до метро 10 минут пешком, рядом есть несколько супермаркетов, бюджетному туристу жить можно.

- 892peterf (2/5): The worst ever! - I stayed for three nights from 30th of July till the 2nd in toom 352. The hotel has no credit card machine and i had to go look for an ATM machine to withraw cash money! They charge 2000 Rbls for registration while its 250 in other places. The old lady at the reception doesn't speak a single english word and extremely aggressive. The moment i stepped in there was a guest fighting as his room had no windows! After the check in i had to take the stairs to the third floor with my luggage as there's no elevator, room is tiny and ceiling is very low that's almost suffocating with no AC, fan or a proper ventilation system . They have tve tiniest window ive ever see almost 35cm x 35cm however this tiny window has no black out so once its light you can never sleep. Not even a dustbin in the room and the toilet stinked. I wanted to at least change the room but they refused though i saw they keys of empty rooms hanging on the wall. I tried to cancel the reservation thru booking.com but the hotel refused. The most terrible stay ive ever had!

- Andrei (10/5): Из европейского С.-Петербурга - в Русскую Москву! - Приехал в отель поздно вечером. Был очень радушно встречен персоналом! Разместили в очень уютном номере, где есть все что нужно - душ, туалет, чайник, телевизор, кондиционер(благодаря которому, поддерживается свежий воздух, не смотря на то, что в номере нет окон!). Континентальный завтрак на выбор 3 видов! Очень хорошее расположение - рядом Спасо-Андроников монастырь, где хранятся мощи Андрея Рублева!!! 15 минут пешком до Покровского монастыря к Матроне Московской! И очень сытный и вкусный континентальный завтрак 3 видов на выбор! В следующий раз, по приезду в Москву, обязательно остановлюсь в "Андроне". Тем более меня зовут Андрей!
- ramindn (2/5): The worst hotel in the world - I have been staying in more than 40 hotels in my life and definitely the worst hotel in the world is this one! I can not call it as a hotel. It's really a jail or prison, with a very bad tempered staff and disaster rooms. very very small room that even they did not have any window!!!! I could not believe that!!!!!! If you respect yourself, DO NOT reserve this barn! At the fist, the reception asked for 1000 rubles for registration, although we had paid all money while booking. The staff do not know any ENGLISH words and It was the worst experience of my life. I beg the TripAdvisor to remove this jail from the list of hotels. I forgot to say! I lost my keys (normal keys, not digital or ... ), and the receptionist gave 500 rubles for the lost key!!!!!!! Finally, I advise everybody! DO NOT reserve this .... .

- Verified traveler (6/5): Ok stay on a budget - It's an ok stay on a budget. You might risk getting a room with no window, but there is a fan to cool the room down. A translating app would be good, as the staff hardly speak any English. The placement is alright, it isn't so far from everything. Only downside is that it's really difficult to find as it doesn't have anything that indicates that it's a hotel. Even the sign of the hotel is in Russian, so it is difficult for a foreigner see that the sign says Andron Hotel

- arthur (4/5): Acceptable Hostel type lodging-not the hotel - hotel doesn't have elevator. Amenities description are far from truth. Good WiFi though throughout the hotel. All complimentary staff for regular hotel is for money there. TV screen size is 16". Picture quality is below poor. Price for the hotel is jacked up by hotel.com by probably 30%. They have prices posted on hotel door. I wouldn't advise staying at this "hotel"

The room was clean but I found a used condom in the bathroom behind the toilet. The breakfast was really poor. For two days it was okay, but for a week, I can't accept it. I never will go back to there. And don't recommend it to anyone.

It looks like this was not a temporary or sudden failure .when people usually stay here overnight do not recognise this problem. I have stayed 6 nights continuously.

- KatieRussia (10/5): The best for such a price - I couldn't find a better hotel for such a low price in Moscow that would have private bathroom, such a good location (if 7-10mins walk to underground is too much for smb, I have nothing to say..) not far from underground and city centre and be so clean! Most foreigners expect for more but I'd then recommend them to stay at hostel or 4-5*hotel. This is a budget place but still has everything u need: clean bad, shower utensils, towels (they change it every 3 days now but can do more often if u ask politely), teapot, fridge, and cheap breakfast for those who are lazy to go out. I used to buy takeaway food in cafes near underground and the price was almost the same. My room had no window btw, but had fan. It was ok as long as I didn't stay there at daytime but was always out. Pay better by cash as credit card will have fees (this is what person at reception warned me about).

- Patricia (6/5): Hôtel typique moscovite - Séjour de 5 nuits à l'hôtel avec ma fille. Hôtel bien situé, proche du métro, banque + supérette + restaurants à proximité, personnel sympathique et serviable. Les + de la chambre : connexion internet performante dans les chambres, mini frigidaire très appréciable dans la chambre, petit déjeuner possible le matin avec du choix. Le petit bémol: chambre très étroite (impossible de faire le tour du lit), sans fenêtre et à la chaleur étouffante (obligé de dormir avec le ventilateur en fonctionnement car impossibilité de toucher au radiateur encastré dans le mur). Ce fut un séjour agréable où nous avons véritablement eu l'impression de découvrir la culture du pays; nous étions entourées de russes à l'hôtel, sans aucun touriste étranger et c'est exactement ce que nous recherchions. Je recommande de type de séjour fort dépaysant ! Merci au personnel de l'hôtel! Nous n'hésiterons pas, ma fille et moi, à réserver de nouveau dans cet hôtel si nous revenons !

There is kind of cafeteria in the hotel, expensive and poor choice of meal, always closed at 12 noon. Restaurants in close proximity from the hotel but very expensive ones or poor quality On the good side; everyday cleaning and linen changing, and separate bathroom with shower gives you some glimpse of a normal stay, close to the subway station and other public transportation. From other points of interest there is a famous Andronikov Monastery Museum with everyday excursions unfortunately only in Russian, and a restaurant inside the Monastery with slight resemblance of authentic Monasterial food, but poor quality and expensive. The Monastery itself is very picturesque, as well as many old churches and temples around the area.

- KritsanaP_13 (6/5): You get what you pay - The hotel is quite far from the subway. It take 10-15 minutes walk from the station. The room is clean but it's very tight. There is not available for 2 standard size of suitcase. Wifi in the room is very fast and reliable. The hotel reception is helpful but they can speak English a little. Breakfast is served in the Cafe on 1st floor. The food is a la carte menu. There are not variety menu. I have never tried them.
- Boris (6/5): Неплохо для суперэконом класса, но есть минусы - Начну с плохого: дамы на рецепшене, не все, но одна смена, первая для меня - больше напоминают советских комендантов общежития. Не пустили в готовый номер за 2 часа до заселения (ПЛАТИТЬ будете за ранний заезд), и разумеется, пытались взять второй раз деньги за проживание. «С вас 5100». Но у меня все оплачено. Да, вижу. А зачем тогда проверяете, вдруг дурак второй раз заплатит. От метро 400 метров и станции удобные. Менее километра до Садового Кольца. Все свежее в небольшом номере, чисто, три розетки, одна свободная и только за столом, холодильник, фен. Уборка качественная каждый день, расходники обновляют. Отсутствует шумоизоляция как таковая - не только тихий разговор - звук клавиш ноутбука слышен, все как в твоем номере, от криков и стонов громкого секса соседей, засыпаешь по чужому расписанию то в 2 ночи закончат, то в 2.30, рекорд поставили в 4.50. Даже курево тянет через тонкие стены от соседей. Микротелевизор, чайник, хоть с накипью. Есть минус еще - первый этаж низкий, так что, окно не открыть, страшно днем и ночью. Просите второй.
- Bruno (8/5): Entrega o que foi Contratado - BOM - O Hotel oferece o que se propõe. Preço bom e acomodação justa! Fica a 10 minutos da EStação do Metro e bem próximo a um Supermercado. O quarto não tem janelas. Porém, Não havia mal cheiro ou coisas do tipo. O serviço de Limpeza é super eficiente e há um Micro-ondas no corredor, assim como Tábua e ferro de passar. Equipe amigável porém, falam somente Russo. Usei o `Google Tradutor´ na Recepção, já que a internet é muito boa..Existem apartamento melhores com Ar-condicionado e Janelas. Mas, esses não nos foram oferecidos...
- Anna (8/5): Небольшой,уютный отель. - Отель очень удобно расположен,недалеко от метро,рядом магазины и сети питания.Красивый район с часовней Сергия Радонежского.В отеле приветливый персонал,в номерах чисто,есть чайник,две кружки,два стакана,тарелка и чайные ложки.Кроме этого на каждого пакетик чая,кофе и сахар к ним.Очень понравилось!В кафе отеля можно вкусно и недорого поесть.Завтрак на двоих 250-400 руб.в зависимости от ваших аппетитов.При заселении дают купон на скидку в кафе.В следующий раз обязательно остановимся в этом отеле.

- Aleksei (4/5): - Не работал кондиционер! И причём админ отеля знала и специально заселила. Все потому, что бронирование через ваш сайт, а не напрямую от отеля. Душ ужасный, лейка душа не крепится, намыливайся и как хочешь смывай держа руками.

- Matthieu (4/5): Un bon rapport qualité prix - L'hôtel est situé à 5 minutes du métro Plochtchad Ilitcha qui est est elle-même peu éloignée du centre. C'est un petit établissement et les chambres sont très bon marché. L'accueil est sympathique. L'ensemble est propre et neuf, fait de bric et de broc et reste très soviétique. Le confort est spartiate. Un seul très gros bé mol; la ventilation ne fonctionne pas et la fenêtre ne s'ouvre pas. Quand il fait très chaud, c'est difficile...
- Nikolay (6/5): Отель новый, порядки советские. - Был самый простой номер без окна на верхнем этаже, без окон. При дожде было слышно как капли тарабанят по крыше или ходят птицы-кошки, что забавно. В номере есть отдельный туалет, современный телевизор, холодильник, чайник, фен. Даже дают чай, кофе, сахар. На этаже есть микроволновка и гладильная доска. Номер малюсенький, стены картонные, так что слышно всё хорошо. К недостаткам гостиницы можно отнести то, что лифта нет, а лестницы не оборудованы никакими вспомогательными приспособлениями. Впечатление также испортила администратор гостиницы. Оплатил через hotels.com, а с меня требовали подтверждение оплаты в печатном виде! Больше ни в какой гостинице такого не видывал.Ещё высадили фразы типа "а нам плевать!" и "почему вы не пустили горничную в номер, у нас положена уборка":-(
