Guest Reviews
parking payant (10 euros / jour)
- Katherine (8/5): We had a lovely family holiday - Apartment was a good size , shower was good and always hot water, staff were very helpful , good bar and food area , the adult only area on 5th floor has fab views over St Eulària. Good value for money . The beds were a bit hard and the kitchen area was a bit cramped it needs another surface area which is possible given the space . Make it an L shape space .
- Raoul (7/5): -
- Liza (8/5): The staff was amazing .. very helpful with everything ! - Clean practical and spacious apartments Mattresses very hard and uncomfortable and also blankets quite old

- Gertjan (7/5): -
- Petra (8/5): Good value for the money - Swimming pool, big appartement, nice and friendly staff by bar, good value for money. People behind reception could be more flexible with arrangements.
- Cerna (9/5): -
- Mary (10/5): Lovely staff. Very nice breakfast. Entertainment good . Easy access to shops and cafes. Adult pool lovely. - Spacious and clean
- Katy (8/5): Cheap and cheerful. - We stayed in early April so there were a good selection of pools and sunbeds to use. Once we found our bearings the location was good! Not too far to walk to the marina. The splash pool and room could have been more secure for people travelling with toddlers. The kids entertainment seemed non existent apart from an evening disco at 8pm which was later than most resorts.
- Tom (8/5): -
- Cathyduk (7/5): - There's a lot to like here, family friendly, several pools, a splash pool, and a playground. Also, a pool table. There are plenty of sunbeds available. Staff are friendly and helpful. The grounds are well maintained, and the general hotel feel is good. The room itself had comfortable beds, the sofa bed too. The kitchenette is basic, but you could cook simple things here. The bedroom was spacious, and the cleaning was daily. The restaurant offers a plentiful breakfast selection. Dinner options are simple but crowd pleasers.
There are some entertainment options such as things for kids, live music etc.
There is a bus stop right outside the apartments. Also, two large supermarkets nearby and a large children's playground too. It's a good walk into Santa Eulalia, but buses are plentiful and taxis cheap if you have little legs with you.
I'd recommend staying in the newer part of the hotel for soundproofing reasons described below. We were on the lower floor (of 3) and the apartment was noisy. Constant scraping of chairs/ moving sofa beds, people walking above. It could all be heard. I could ever hear the people next door sneeze. Soundproofing really needs improvement. At the minimum, put those little pads on the bottom of things.
A few things needed maintenance (peeling paint in bathroom, a few sun beds broken, umbrella etc)
The pool was stone cold (April).
- Patrick (9/5): Tolle und großzügige Familienunterkunft in ruhigr Lage - Schöne Zimmer und gute Aufteilung. Toller Balkon. Gut erreichbar.

- KDT250817070621 (10/5): Fantastic holiday. - A fine hotel just on the outskirts of Santa Eulalias centre. It is about a 20 minute walk but that was great for our family as we like to walk anyway. Some areas are a touch dated in the hotel but it is 51 years old so this is not a surprise or an issue. Staff helpful and friendly, good sized rooms, good selection of food and drink at a reasonable price, good entertainment for the kids and two pools they can use along with a splash pool. There is an adults only pool on the roof as well. A supermarket just a 2 minute walk away also. Ideal hotel for families.
- Welshie24 (8/5): Great stay - just bring your own soap and washing up liquid! - We stayed here as part of a Jet2 package.
The hotel itself was good with a good selection of pools and lots of space for sun loungers.
We had a hire car and had ample availability in the underground car park.
The check in process was quick and efficient. The ground floor room we had was excellent in terms of location - Door to pool in literally 8 seconds. Only down side was we could hear all the merry guests returning to their rooms after a good night at the bar as our door was next to the main door to the block.
There were three of us so we pushed the two single beds together and made it into a nice big bed. Despite the apartment accommodating 4 people, as other people have said in reviews. two of these utilise the rather dated but comfortable sofa in the living area.
The kitchen was adequately stocked with plates, cutlery and cookware and a tea towel. However we had to purchase our own sponge scourer and washing up liquid and hand soap for the bathroom as these were not provided.
The patio area was spacious and benefitted from a mop, bucket, broom and also a clothes airer.
The bathroom was good and the shower was always hot and had good water pressure.
The apartment was dated a little bit personally I like it as it reminds me of past holidays with my family back in the 2000s.
The evening entertainment was great for us. A mini disco for the kids every night and a mix of karaoke, bingo and a magic show which my son loved being a part of.
The hotel was located down the end of the main straight-ish road that led to down which was well walkable. An easy walk into town passing a large supermarket and a large play area on the way as well as other shops further in town.
The swimming pools were good but COLD. One pool was slightly warmer than the other so we spend most of our time in that one.
There was a bus stop one minute away which had regular services to town and also the Airport.
All in all, it was a really enjoyable stay. We didn’t have any complaints and would love to stay there again in the future!
- Passenger54553140907 (8/5): A - The apartament was ok the bathroom was small and would do with up dating.Room was clean 3 time. Staff very friendy and helpful food was ok they had shows on all the time at night.
- niclovestravel12 (4/5): Not the best unfortunately - This was our third visit and unfortunately will be the last. Stayed in the superior block also for the third time. Previously had room 435 and 436. This time we had 441. First thing that hit us when we walked in was the smell. Horrid drain smell. Then the balcony had a large crack in it. Bathroom was really shabby. To me it looked like it just gets a once over for cleaning when in reality it needs deep cleaning. The smell in the shower and toilet was like rotten eggs all the time. We did ask to be moved but staff in reception seemed somewhat unapproachable this time and said there was nothing they could do. The other thing I must mention is the bin under the sink which wasn’t regularly changed, they have signs up in the corridors asking guests not to take rubbish to the bins outside so I’m guessing people must have been doing this. We were happy the first two times we stayed but just felt things had gone downhill and some money needs to be spent upgrading things. Maybe it was just bad luck for us but we won’t return.

- Diane58_12 (10/5): Recommend this budget friendly apartment complex - We would recommend this budget apartment complex. We stayed in a premium apartment so was quieter and had great views of hills and sea from our 4th floor. The apartment was basically equipt but had all we needed and clean. We stayed as a couple and enjoyed the adult roof pool and terrace. The complex caters well for families with pools and splash pool( altho not heated) Bar and restaurant, they do great pizza and prices reasonable also games during day and evening entertainment. Located 20 minutes walk from marina and town centre of Santa Eulalia. We enjoyed the walk along the coast to Niu Blau beach beautiful. Local buses from outside complex to Ibiza town and Es Canar. All in all had great holiday
- David (5/5): - Large apartment, clean Location. Families with unruly children. Basic accommodation. No privacy on terrace
- Jose Manuel (10/5): Excelente alojamiento - La situación y los servicios
- matthewcU4004ZW (2/5): Stay Away - Well not a pleasant experience, booked through Jet2, it’s a 3 star so not expecting 5 star luxury. The apartment say sleep 4, they are clever not to say pull out settee as two adults or children have to literally sleep on the sofa. The double bed mattress was old & very uncomfortable. When we checked in we asked about the beds as our 2.5yr old was now in a bed. We were told the beds were not suitable & a cot could be provided which they sent to the room. I tried to give the hotel chance to fix it by asking for an upgrade to a two bedroom or could they provide a matress topper. I was told they had no toppers or any other mattress to replace. I reported this to Jet2 and they contacted the hotel to get the same response that all the mattresses were in the same state. The cleaning staff did try to put a blanket under the sheets but that did not help. We asked to move as if they could not at least try to fix it we would not both be sleeping on a settee with our 2.5yr old in the lounge when he paid for a one bed apartment. Staff rude & not helpful in any way
- Stark (10/5): We love the apartments, the staff, the entertainment and the surrounding area. - Great Family orientated apartments with lovely pool, restaurant and bar close to the beaches and bars.. Been going for years now and the staff are all amazing, super friendly and welcoming. Nothing

ben comunicada. Les platges son accesibles. En general hem estat súper be.
- Erik (9/5): -
- Martina (10/5): -
- 140juliak (4/5): Never again - What you pay for and what you get is very different. Paid for a room that should sleep up to 4 adults and what I got was a rabbit hutch. Hotel appears to allocate rooms on number of people and not what you actually pay for. Dirty pool areas. Endless broken sunbeds. Poor cleaning. Over priced restaurant. Reception staff oblivious to anything other than suits their criteria. In middle of questionable residential area. You’ve got to “pick a pocket or two” springs to mind as the owners of this place rake in the money with no investment and represent themselves differently on the Jet2 website.
- Aafke (7/5): -
- Gavj2014 (4/5): Our 2nd Visit, not great! - Our 2nd year staying here, we decided to upgrade to a superior one bed apartment. Nice and large, however, it was right next to the bin store on the side road, which meant at 4 am every day we were woken up and that included the weekends too!.
Housekeeping came around every other day to change towels and remade beds and that was it. I had to request a change of bedding the 2nd week. The floors weren't touched at all and very basic kitchen equipment supplied.
The complex has a lovely rooftop pool and bar but on going to the bar we were informed by a staff member that the bar was never open in September ( strange as we were there last year and had photo evidence that it was).
We went to the restaurant/bar for some drinks and a snack of potatas Bravas only to be served frozen mini roast potatoes ( not great)
We enjoyed it last year, but the standards have definitely dropped. We did hear that the hotel has been brought out by the Invisa Group, so hopefully they will bring some investment to make major improvements that it requires.
- SamanthaC452 (8/5): Great Holiday! - What a lovely week, the weather was gorgeous and the hotel had everything we needed.
5 stars for me, means everything was perfect. The older rooms are small, and the bathrooms are dated. Whilst most of the staff were amazing, the reception staff, unfortunately were not.
Location wise, I really didnt mind the walk into town - head out to the main road and turn right... keep walking till you see the shops :)
Like most people have said, buses are the way to travel and it only cost us 3EUR for 2 adults and a 3YO to get to Es Cana for the Hippy Markets. We got the ferry back which was lovely - but might be a bit rough if your not into boats.
There is a huge play area next to the mercadona supermarket ( less than a 5 min walk away ) which was great for us.
Would I stay here again? absolutely... I pre requested a quiet room and got 301... didnt hear anything from the bar / entertainment. I would consider hiring a car next time, whilst the buses are great, 1 hour to the old town felt too far with a kid in tow.
- hayleyw543 (10/5): Fabulous holiday - Stayed here for a week ,
Great location , nice port Santa Eulalia, with restaurants n shops ,
Near to the bus stop , very cheap bus tickets , lovely quiet beach Nia Blu, 2 supermarkets ,
Clean apartment , fresh towels every other day , great pools , no problem getting a sunbed ,
Friendly staff
The location makes it easy to get to Ibiza old town , es Cana , calla longa , San Antonio…
Would recommend - Ibiza is a fabulous place to holiday …
Lots of amazing beaches , Ibiza oldd town is a must !
- Nando (9/5): -
- rafia rubin (8/5): very restful and nice :) - The bathroom has too many steps :/ we were in the studio 110 :) the apartment was very nice and cute otherwise :)
- cosecgpd (10/5): A little gem - A little gem of a complex about 1k from the resort centre.
A rooftop adult only pool and 3 ground level pools very much catering for families, with one kids pool a water park style adventure pool.
All staff very helpful and friendly.
Cleanliness first class.
Tagged as a 3 star accommodation but maybe 2.75 as it is a little dated.
Overall the week me & my wife stayed we couldn’t have asked for more !
- p0ppy2014 (6/5): Pros and cons - Just returned home after spending a week here with hubby and our 5 year old granddaughter.
Pros , 3 good pools, plenty of sun loungers, clean everywhere, nightly entertainment was good and enjoyed by all.
Cons. We were put in 102 block 2, right next to the pool and bar area , bedroom window was into a corridor, very noisy room, dark and dingy, didn't get to sleep before 12 each night. Sofa bed is not a sofa bed it's an uncomfortable sofa no fit for sleeping on, not sure why the reviews were so good for the food as it was average, service was slow and often wrong.
Lots of the sunlougers were broken and not fit for purpose
My granddaughter enjoyed it but we wouldn't return, room needs an upgrade.
- 468kola (2/5): Grim - Grim...
Old and tired apartments. In need of a full refresh both inside and around the pool areas.
Inside the apartment we found lumpy stained sofas and beds.
A broken freezer door, broken towel rail, sticky and dirty glassware and crockery. Broken toilet flush. I could go on.
Won't be back. You might get what you pay for but I would expect a bare minimum of cleanliness and a flushing toilet.
- N2012ZWpeters (6/5): Honest review, you get what you pay for. - Stayed here with my wife and 5 year old granddaughter.
The one bed appt we had was right near the bar/ restaurant, functional and clean spare bed in living area not a bed it's a sofa.Room was very noisy at times due to bar and people stopping above.
Entertainment provided is ok.
We ate at the restaurant, found the food to be OK,on a par with what you'd get at a wetherspoons in my opinion, not anything to write home about and overpriced if you think of it as such.
Staff all OK,service however was a bit inconsistent.
Pool area nr reception very tired, multiple worn loungers that need replacing.
Pool nr restaurant slightly better.
Kids pool area OK.
There's a decent beach a 15 minute walk away.
The town and marina 20 minute walk.
We enjoyed Ibiza and will return.
We would probably not come back to Casa luis however.

- allfunkedup1 (8/5): 3 star self catering - it does what it says on the tin !!!!! - Exactly what you would expect from a 3 star self catering holiday. Rooms are as to be expected, nice size rooms with separate bedroom, beds instead of sofa bed for kids - massive plus as ours are 10 & 13 and no longer want to share a tiny sofa bed. Air con was freezing and to top it off we had the best wi fi we’ve ever had - another plus for the kids. 15 minute walk or quick taxi down to main strip or ten minute drive to es Cana. We had a car and it was a perfect base to explore the whole island. All in all I couldn’t fault this place - we didn’t eat or drink here so I can’t comment on that but if your looking for a reasonably priced self catering apartment to explore Ibiza this fits the bill.
- wehatethesun (10/5): Couldn’t fault it but a Superior Apartment is a must! - This was our third time at Casa Luis in the last nine years and the improvements in that time have been massive. The first time we went the service was poor, the pools were dirty and the food was pretty much inedible. We’ve stayed in the oldest blocks which are very dated, the slightly newer ones above reception which are a lot better and this year in a superior apartment in the newest block.
The superior apartments are more expensive but OMG they’re worth every penny! The block is immaculate at all times, the apartments are massive and very contemporary with everything you need and the rooftop pool and bar are just incredible. You actually feel like you’re staying at a different place compared to staying in the non superior block. It’s quiet day and night which is just lovely. The views from our one bedroom apartment (435) were of the sea over the top of the intervening streets and buildings.
The rooftop pool and bar are immaculately maintained and constantly staffed. It’s a lovely place to go and just chill out with a drink, use the pool or have a chat. There’s rarely a lot of people there so you can always get your own space.
The food last time we were there had improved immeasurably and we enjoyed literally everything we ordered. This time was exactly the same. The menu is large, portions big enough, quality excellent and the service is always fast and with a smile and a “how are you today?”. Hannah in particular was a gem.
Luis still works all day every day and his energy for his age is why the place constantly gets great reviews and is always full.
Based on this year’s experience, and if I was really trying to be picky and critical, I genuinely couldn’t find a fault with any aspect of our stay.
Even down to the communal loo and baby change facility in the atrium area which was always spotless and never had a bad smell. They’re often the things that get missed and bring reviews down. Not here.
We’re done with Ibiza for a good few years as we’ve been loads but I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Casa Luis.

- Odyssey45696566288 (10/5): BRILLIANT HOTEL - Did a 4 night stay at Casa Luis - 10th - 14th Aug. Stayed in a Studio room 313 and was perfect. Geoffrey - Entertainer around the pool is superb! All staff very attentive and welcoming. Roof top pool lovely escape. €10 cocktails €4.50 for pints. They have a 3 course meal on at the restaurant every evening 7-10.30pm which is €18-€20. 2 supermarkets very close with bakery and hot food options.
- Chloe (10/5): A beautiful stay in a stunning part of Ibiza - I stayed here with my boyfriend and had the best time. 20 minutes from Ibiza town and Taxis and transport are handy to get. This area is so stunning with the sea a few minutes walk. Reception is so helpful and the entire accommodation is spotless. Clean towels are constantly being delivered! Such value for money

- biggtoggs (10/5): Thank you to everyone at Casa Luis - Although casa luis is not a 5 star hotel the Staff, Amenities, Rooms and location make casa luis 5 stars. There is 2 supermarkets in close vicinity, 1 to the left at the bottom of the road and anothe just across behind the local apartments and plenty of good deals to be had.
This was my third time in staying, my wife's second and my young children's 1st (11 & 14) and certainly not the last. Casa luis does exactly what it's suppose to do, offer you a nice and relaxing place to rest your head and give a very good springboard into the rest of what ibiza has to offer. A 10 minute walk into santa eulalia is just a right turn away at the bottom of the street, or a 10 minute bus ride to the Old town. Es carna is a 10 minute bus ride to your left at the bus stop also at the bottom of the street leading you to the hippy market (Well worth checking out also)
During the day the restaurant will offer breakfast, refreshments meals & snacks all day at a very reasonable price. Entertainment during the day at the main pool is provided by the one only Jeffrey, who will definitely keep any of your kids busy with pool games and also dancing competitions, whilst the adults can relax in the sun at one of three pools we're hiding from the sun is impossible unless you have an umbrella.
In the evening you have a varied entertainment from quizzes, bingo, a magician, dancers and karaoke all done during happy hour. All sporting events are also streamed to the 4 Tvs available, Golf, Football whatever you want it can be viewed on request.
I know this is my personal opinion but I cannot rate my time and experience with casa luis more than I have, myself and my family really enjoyed our stay here and we will definitely return and always recommend casa luis to anyone.
- yvetteb604 (10/5): A great budget hotel, great base for exploring the island too. - This was our second visit to Casa Luis and it exceeded our wonderful memories of the first time!
Since our previous visit I have been struggling with mobility issues, but the hotel were great, putting us on the ground floor. We found the bus services great to get to different places and the bus stops are only a short walk away meaning the whole holiday was manageable for me.
Yes the rooms could do with an update but everything was clean and we didn’t see any insects in our room unlike some other reviews. Air con in the room was great.
The supermarket is a short walk away and so it’s very easy to stock up on food etc. The meals at the hotel were great value, although we like to explore and eat out. Santa Eulalia is a 10 min bus ride, and Es Cana 15 mins in other direction & a reasonable price. Make sure you have cash as buses don’t accept card. We took a bus to Ibiza Town and it was easy and only 14euros for the 4 of us (2adults, 2 children).
We hired a car for the day and went to Cala llonga beach, but the driving was not easy and we wouldn’t bother again as the buses are so easy.
Our kids love Jeffrey the entertainer! The staff are friendly and welcoming. We were sad to go home, we would have stayed longer than 7 nights. We might try a superior next time.
- MHVacayy (8/5): Good family holiday. - Spent 11 nights in a superior apartment. The room was a great size for a family of 4. The wraparound balcony was fantastic, and we had a decent view, which was quiet. The room was clean. It was, however, disappointing to see no washing up liquid/a cloth and soap in the bathroom for washing hands. The cutlery was all marked and not up to standard. Needs upgrading. Besides that rooms were decent. 2 fold down sofas and beds were comfy enough. We had no problem at all with any ants/roaches as some reviews state. The hotel is great for families. With the 4 pools, we found that we didn't struggle to get a lounger without an alearly rise. This changed a few days in when the towel brigade came and claimed most loungers, meaning you needed to be there before 9 to secure a lounger. The amount of broken loungers by the pool was also unacceptable. They are also crammed very tightly together. They should get rid of all the broken beds and free up some space. There was some music and kids games during the day. Usual games and water polo in the afternoon. The pool bar was pricey, 4.75E for a paper cup of soft drink. Far too expensive. We found the 'menu of the day' deal to be fantastic and we would thoroughly recommend. This is 18E for a 3 course, changes daily and includes bread and aioli. Decent deal and the food was nice. The Sunday roast was lovely, this was 20E per head. Staff are nice enough, don't really bother you which suited us. The evening entertainment was between 930-1030pm. No late nights here. The entertainment was decent enough. The magician was fab. Bar busy enough at night as lots of families. We ate out mainly. The walk is a good 15 mins to the marina/restaurant area. Lots to try and to suit your budget. Not many steals about mostly a la carte. The walk back was always a killer in the heat, even at night. I would not recommend for anyone with walking difficulties. We got the bus at the end of the road for a trip to the Hippy Market and Es Cana. Great for a day out. The hotel is also close to the stunning Niu Blau beach . A 5 minute walk, you can go a little coastal walk, which is breathtaking. All in all, this is a decent base for a family holiday. The 2 supermarkets nearby mean you can budget if you like. Would recommend.
- M5222MUjulieh (4/5): Casa Cucharacha - You get what you pay for to a point. In hindsight we should have upgraded. Consisted of lounge, bedroom and bathroom. Kitchen facilities were adequate but litter wasn’t emptied often enough so we did it ourselves. We were in block overlooking bins so not exactly scenic and it was noisy at night with sound of people returning to rooms. Pool areas were very tired, so we spent most time around kids splash pool which was more modern.
We only ate in restaurant once and as food took 1 hr and 15 mins we didn’t bother again. Staff were ok, not as friendly as in other places we have stayed and it was entertaining as a fluent Spanish and Catalan speaker being constantly spoken to in English.
The main reason we would never return was the cockroaches. Only two but two too many for us. The first time in over 30 years we have ever had cockroaches in our accommodation. We told the cleaner, but she just laughed and chucked bleach down the old air vent that is a feature of the dated bathrooms.
I guess it’s fine if you are looking for somewhere basic with the opportunity of additional guests, but my advice would be to book a superior room.
- Slawomir (10/5): Perdect place to sttay - Location None
- ReviewNova2015 (8/5): A quiet escape - The room was large and spacious with cooking facilities, two small sofas (not a pull out sofa bed) in the main space and two beds in the bedroom. A decent hotel, with nice facilties. Some loungers need replaced, as are broken around the smaller pool. No lifeguard on duty and floats are not permitted. Rooftop adults only pool was a lovely escape. Entertainment was OK, no kids club activities advertised, like you would see in some hotels, however there was a small mini disco. There were some water activities and football on offer. The bar area is nice however expensive. There is a charge for ice. Location is good, with two supermarkets nearby and the marina is a walk or taxi away. Lots of places to eat out nearby.
- O7835WYrobertj (10/5): A wonderful stay for the whole family - Amazing hotel and great value for money, friendly staff clean and comfortable rooms and everything you need for a family holiday.
Great location close the supermarkets and a 20 min walk into te main and centre.
Only thing that does need attention is the sun loungers they could do with being upgraded but still comfortable, just some are broken and tired.
- Adventure08461950139 (8/5): Great ,friendly complex. Good value - Just returned from a 10 night stay here. We booked a superior one bedroom apartment which was spacious and had everything we needed.
Spent a few days by the pool, three to choose from ( 1 adults only )so never too busy. Food and drinks reasonably priced at the pool bar and very good. Lovely staff. Entertainment the best we've had in years. Jeremy is "unbelievable baby" . Darts, football, quiz nights.
The walk down to the marina is about 15 -20 mins. You can get a bus from outside the hotel into the town, beach. 15-20 min walk in the other direction is Niu Blau beach, which is lovely. Also visited Es Cana a few times. 10 mins by bus from outside the complex.
Will definitely be back
- MissCallyP (4/5): Mis-representation of hotel and area - I think if you have young children and are looking for a good value basic accommodation with a great kids pool and entertainment and not that fussed on walking for 25mins to get to main beach and restaurants, this could be good-and if you were lucky enough to be in the one block they take all the pictures from-also good- but for our party we felt the Hotel was in very urban surroundings, not the forested hill as seen in all the pictures-all photos were taken from only one aspect of the hotel.
The balcony overlooked the bin compound-these bins were emptied from 6:30am onwards and refuse trucks work during the night, this woke us on several occasions.
The bedroom windows in the entire block all opened into the internal public stairwell-my daughters did not feel safe sleeping in there with the window open . The slatted window shutters were flimsy and would have been easy to break open from the stairwell ( a small shoot bolt), you could see through the shutters straight into their room when coming up the stairs, the noise of people returning from a night out was disturbing, the stairs were marble therefore all sound was amplified, no fresh air at all coming into the bedroom. Patio door wouldn't lock, hotel got that sorted that day and some of the staff were great, the rooms were really dated but very clean.
The food was average my Dad getting frozen veg and fish on one occasion, big issue was Breakfast is only available from from 10:00, not even coffee or drinks before then either.
- Djrossko (8/5): Great food & service. Quiet location close to Ed cana and St Elualia, highly recommend for quiet fun and great fam time - what a little gem this was, we stayed here June 2025 with my little family. My girls are 3/5 years old and had the best time, the kids club was so much fun especially the wonderful "Jeremy" unbelievable baby!! Every night was really really good entertainment from singers to magic, plus kids disco every night. The food was always spot on, great friendly service, we will definitely come back, only little grudge was beds weren't that comfortable and some of the sun beds were tired but it was all made up by the staff and friendliness!! great quiet location but close to the town, walking distance or 7 euro taxi!We loved this place thanks for having us at a great value price
- hranachan (10/5): Lovely complex, something for everyone! - Recently returned from a week away with the family (8 of us), including a baby, 4 year old and disabled adult. The complex catered for all of us! With a choice of 4 pool areas - adult only rooftop pool, baby splash pool and 2 x other pools, we had no shortage of places to grab a sunbed.
The evening entertainment was good every night. Food at the pool bar was reasonable and the nightly set menu seemed good value.
Receptionists all very friendly as well as the pool bar staff, particularly Julie! And Jeffrey is a class entertainer. Spoke to the management team who were regularly visible and always friendly.
Nice rooms with decent aircon at only 3€ per day.
Only a 3 minute walk to the supermarket. 15min walk to the marina, 20mins to Santa Eulalia beach front with lovely restaurants etc.
I would say that we went mid-June before it got too busy so I can imagine in peak season it may be a bit more difficult to get somewhere to sunbathe and sit in the evening for the entertainment.
Only big negative for us was not being able to do a late checkout before our evening flight, even with a baby and disabled adult.
- Amy (9/5): Superb -
- M5023WKmarkp (6/5): Potential to be a fantastic place bar and food not so good !! - We booked last minute a really good jet 2 deal we got a superior room we had to pay euros a day for the air con but worth every penny it works a treat the room was huge and had everything you needed except a washing up sponge we had a nice big balcony and really comfy beds and you could separate the lounge from the bedroom with a huge sliding door we found the lighting in the bathroom poor and the shower leaked on to the floor and as in a previous reviews the door stop become detached leaving a screw pointing up quite dangerous and the toilet brush was disgusting that being said they did change it straight away and we did have a enjoyable stay I think this is on the better side of self catering apartments it's ideal for family's the bar is quite poor and staff a bit rude or just ignored your requests we did not have children but I think 10.90 for chicken nuggets and chips with a soft drink was extreme especially those with 2 or more children that would soon rack up during your stay we had a toastie and sandwich which took over 45 minutes to arrive and it was empty in there and the drinks very expensive also 2 euro for a tiny bottle of water and if you wanted a cup and ice it was another 50cents to take round the pool just please also bare in mind the location is a bit remote but a bus stops at the bottom of the road and 2 big supermarkets just a few mins away I hope this helps any one thinking about booking my overall thoughts are great bargain break would I stay again? To me it's the location a brilliant little place plenty of pools but I just think a bit remote
- Rebecca (7/5): Friendly , Good value family hotel - Room was spacious with good small kitchen. On site restaurant and pools. Good value for money.
The main lady on reception was very kind & helpful. One thing was no English chanel on TV. The entertainment was noisy if you are sensitive to noise.
- alishaw720 (6/5): Okay - Very basic hotel, good for a base for exploring between santa eulalia and es cana. Food and drinks were really good as was evening entertainment for kids. Supermarkets nearby and right by the bus stop.
We had a standard room, spacious but reminded me of the 90's. Beds were rock solid and our balcony overlooked the bins/washing area.. Woke up every morning.
Ibiza is beautiful though and this is a good base hotel to explore the area. 5 mins out of hotel and your on the coastal path which was beautiful. Good value just go with the right expectations.
- janus1972 (8/5): 1st visit to ibiza - Very nice holiday complex nice comfortable rooms 4 pools including rooftop with stunning views bar and restaurant area very good with great service.food in restaurant was very good but a bit pricey staff were excellent. The only problem with this place is it's too far outside the main resort. A good 20 minute walk for steady walkers. Overall a nice holiday
- U4126UBjaniceg (8/5): Good , basic but lovely sun terracd - We stayed in a superior apartment and I'd strongly recommend you book these if you are a couple wanting a quieter stay. The main complex and pools are great for kids but very active. lovely location near 2 very good supermarkets and near a gorgeous beach all within walking distance. it's about 15 stroll into st euliaia, lovely town , cafes and shops. At the far end you can do the river route walk. staff very friendly and accommodating. eat in the restaurant twice and food of a good standard. The kitchette is ok but could do with some extra utensils like a draining colender and chopping knife. Maids come every other day. Air conditioning not included until mid June , you can pay €3 a day for it until then. we had fab weather and didn't see a cloud for 10 days. The adults only roof top sun terrace and splash pool was lovely. In summary a good clean apartment, not top end but good value and a great base.
- gunnstrip (10/5): Great family holiday - Just had a great weeks stay here. We stayed in the superior block 2studios and a 1 bedroom one. There’s a great splash pool for the kids two pools with baby pools and an adults only pool on the roof with bar. The apartments were very well equipped ample cutlery pots and pans glasses cups and plates. Also microwave double hot plate toaster kettle and hairdryer in the bathroom. The balcony’s were huge double aspect in the one bedroom apartment. Two supermarkets within a 5/10 min stroll the marine is a 15/20 walk with toddlers in tow.
- niclovestravel12 (10/5): Brilliant once again - Our second stay here and another enjoyable one. Stayed in the superior block which we did last time and found it again to be nice and quiet. The other blocks are designed more for families with children and that’s where all the entertainment takes place. Two supermarkets close by. 15-20 min walk into the town which we don’t mind but if you don’t like walking then is would be too far out for you. Apartment had all the cutlery and cups and glasses we needed and was kept clean by housekeeping. Another great stay and great value for money
- SJMholiday (6/5): Disappointing - i had such high hopes for this accommodation , sadly i was let down.
they stand alone, the only thing near them is a super market and a laundrette.
Santa Eularia is quite a walk away and Es Canar (better than SE in my opinion) was a bus ride away. luckily buses are cheap - 1.55 euros per person per journey (a taxi to the centre of Santa Eularia was 8 euros).
we found the restaurant food to be very poor (aside the pizzas, they were great) - the fish and chips was the sort you get out a cheap freezer shop in the UK, the homemade veg lasagne may have been homemade but it was made up of again veg from a freezer shop, the type thats diced up really small - maybe to add to stir frys? to me a homemade veg lasagne should have consisted of fresh chucky veg. we also thought 4.90 euros for a cola was very expensive.
the rooms are very basic. the bathroom needs fully modernising, it has a small bath with a shower overhead (good shower and hot water) but the awful shower curtains (who still has them in 2025?) stick to you ; they also dont work so the bathroom and the apartment hallway ends up flooded and dangerously slippy.
the beds are incredibly uncomfortable.
good points are - nice pizzas, enough storage for our clothes (might struggle if there's more than 2 of you in the 1 bed apt), pools are lovely; especially the adults only roof top pool, the staff are very very nice and incredibly helpful and accommodating, the evening entertainment brought in to the hotel was good, we were glad of UK TV channels as it rained a couple of evenings (BBC1, BBC2, Ch4, E4, Channel 47), cleaners were friendly and done a good job (bed changed once and new towels every 2 days - more than acceptable).
would i recommend these apts, i am afraid i would not.
- lynnepO7947FZ (6/5): Relaxing holiday - Enjoyed our 10 days at Casa Luis. Room was too near bar and pool for my liking especially when it got busier nearer end of our holiday.
Bar prices quite expensive, rooms well equiped and comfortable with welcome Uk tv when weather bad.
Jeffrey in charge of entertainment really nice guy who works hard and long hours to entertains quests
- 128janem (10/5): Amazing cheap last minute break. - Returned home yesterday after staying here for a week . It was break we had booked 11 days earlier with Jet 2.
We arrived and were given a lovely welcome by the reception staff.
We were allocated Apartment 16L in the main block . A lovely apartment overlooking the bar and main swimming pool . The apartment had everything we needed it was clean comfy beds , hot shower , tv with English Channels and kitchen equipment to make snacks.
We ate in the bar several times, the food was lovely and reasonably priced . All the bar staff were lovely . My only moan was the spirits are very expensive... 11 euros for a rum and coke .
Wine and beer more reasonably priced. We found the entertainment good on an evening.Great local bus and taxi service. Already looking at returning later in the year.
- angeladD6177ND (6/5): Basic but functional - Apartment was functional and we got what we paid for - a one bedroom apartment. It was meant to sleep 5 which I guess is not 5 adults. We were a party of 3 adults and the apartment was just big enough. One bedroom with twin beds and one adult on the sofa - which was just that - no pull out. We asked if we could pay to upgrade but was told the hotel was fully booked - it clearly wasn’t.
No air con in the room, fortunately wasn’t needed. Beds were comfortable enough.
Roof top pool was lovely, bar wasn’t open. Food at the restaurant was good.
We were there at start of May, seems that was too early for Sun beds on the beach despite the warm/hot sunshine.
It’s a good walk into St Eulalia - not all places were open though. Hippy market on Weds is good, taxi was about €10.
If we went again to St Eulalia, which we would, it would be later in the year and we would see about an upgrade.
- Road19351334325 (10/5): Perfect stay - Had a fantastic week at Casa Luis, Ibiza. The complex is well maintained and well managed by lovely helpful staff.
The location is ideal, near to a small sandy beach with a lovely bar and restaurant. Also very nearby are two large supermarkets. The resort centre is just a 10 minute stroll or 5 euro in a taxi.
The hotel bar and restaurant is very reasonable and the food is excellent. The bar staff are wonderful. Rooms are well equipped with large balcony, ours had the sun all day. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment which was very spacious and had views of the pools, this apartment wasn’t located in the newer superior but it was absolutely no different from our grown up girls studio that was located in the superior block. All rooms are spotlessly clean and serviced every other day with clean sheets and towels. There’s a stunning rooftop pool and terrace with a bar, the bar was closed as it was too early in the season, but it didn’t bother us, the views up there are stunning and it’s a massive sun trap. The entire complex is immaculate and credit to the staff.
I can’t recommend this place enough. Don’t believe the bad reviews, they are just haters who are never happy. It’s excellent value for money and beautifully cared for. We went with Jet 2 so it included transfers and luggage, absolute amazing value.
- 798ls (8/5): Overall a great holiday with a couple of tweaks needed - We went as a family of four and grandparents. Children aged 1 and 3 loved the pools although they were cold. Plenty to keep little ones entertained, and a relaxed atmosphere which was what we were looking for. Restaurant food was average but reasonably priced, breakfast didn't start until 10am which was too late for us, also took a while to come although cooked to order which was good. Supermarket 5 mins walk away which was well equipped with everything you need. Towns at both sides easy to get to by walking, bus or taxi. Mini disco a bit of an afterthought but good for older kids. Rooms big and balconies spacious. We stayed in the main block which had recently been decorated, briefly cleaned twice in the week. The drains were an issue in the bathrooms as they smelled quite bad throughout, so upgrade to premium rooms would be preferable. Overall though a great holiday and definitely value for money.
- ellieknight232 (8/5): Nice hotel in a great location - We had a lovely 4 night stay here. The apartment was really spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the hotel was out of the way of hustle and bustle while also being an easy walk to the marina, bars, and restaurants. We felt very safe walking back after leaving the club at 3am. After we had checked out and we were waiting for our coach transfer to the airport I realised I had left my phone charger behind. Thankfully the man working reception worked really fast to get me a key card so I could run back and get my charger in time to catch the coach! It was so kind of him and I was really grateful.
If you are going around April/May time I would suggest taking blankets for in the room. We were freezing cold in bed but when we asked for more blankets at reception they gave some to us which was good. My friend ordered some fruit at the bar one morning and was given a lovely platter, but the manager shouted at the server for giving too much fruit, this was very unprofessional to do in front of a customer, and workers should not be shouted at. My friend ate this fruit while relaxing on our balcony, unfortunately the entertainment team set up a table tennis game right in front of our ground floor balcony (within touching distance) so my friend had no privacy at all and ended up coming inside.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay, and with a few tweaks and finishing touches this could be a great hotel!
- Rodger (10/5): Exceptional -
- 27spaw (4/5): Keep your expectations low. - By far the worst room we have ever stayed in, room 104 basically a toilet....quite literally. Staff were OK ,food was meh and management were liars. This hotel is the reason my family and I will never use jet 2 ever again
If you like a noisey toilet then this is the place for you.
- Stark (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rich52 (10/5): Great !! - We had a great family holiday here - parents, children and grandparents. Everything was good and the kids loved it ! Beds comfortable and quiet for sleeping. The restaurant food was good and reasonably priced. Staff very friendly and helpful.
- Mark (7/5): Great value. Simple and easy. - Good Value for money. Good location. Modern spacious apartment. Great balcony and views. Rooftop pool is very nice. Good simple food at the bar. Friendly helpful staff. Cleaners only came to room once during 5 day stay. Should be daily or every other day.
- Michelle (9/5): Excellent family holiday apartments - Lovely place, great entertainment and restaurant. Lots of pools to choose from. We’ve been here before and it never disappoints.
