- Stephanie (9/5): it was great - rooms, pool, hot tub, breakfast - everything was very nice the fact that there was no shuttle to Turtle Creek Casino as shown on their website. Not your fault by no means, but you should have the casino remove your name from their website.
- gr8hookipa (10/5): A great option in Traverse City - Great hotel right on the bay. The decor is like fancy 70's style, which I kind of liked. The resort was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I extended my stay because it is a great place.
- Edward (10/5): - Cleanliness, friendly staff , off sesson cost and location Nothing

- janesP1017KZ (10/5): Cannot beat the Bayshore - Love the Bayshore after 25+ years of bi-annual visits. Not one grump in the Bayshore staff. We always reserve a full bayfront view room. The Bayshore itself
Is a tad dated but spotless w/not one sign of visible wear and tear. It is just a matter of taste in decor. The gratis breakfast is great. A shoutout to “Diane”, the attendant on duty for breakfast. A true “local” w/a vast knowledge of the area and willing to share tips. Clearly Diane enjoys her work while graciously looking after the needs of guests.
- Jacquelyn (10/5): -
- Margaret (10/5): - Although rage hotel was accommodating several young people the breakfast room was well stocked.
- Robert (8/5): -
- Sandy (10/5): Gracious staff and a room with a lovely view - The staff went out of their way to help me correct a double booking. Weather thiis time of year, but they have no control over hat.

- Chelsey (10/5): - Easy to find and clean None
- Smith (8/5): -
- Rich (8/5): We’d return there for a stay. - Location and staff great. Fairly decent breakfast spread. Lots of choices. Rooms could use some updating. Carpet and wallpaper mainly. WiFi not adequate either. Kept bumping us off from wifi with poor signal.
- Michael (10/5): Very nice - Clean and close to downtown
- Tombaugh (9/5): I love staying here 7 months out of the year - Location is perfect It’s not affordable in the summer

- Sabrina (9/5): Very nice - The Hot Tub Pillows
- Jamie (7/5): - The room was really cute and clean, and the staff were so helpful. We needed a corkscrew and it was brought to our room in no time. And when the pool and spa reopened our second day there we were the first to know! Also the view from our balcony looking out at Grand Traverse Bay was beautiful. It was very unfortunate that the first night we were there we weren't able to use the pool and hot tub. But it also is not the hotel's fault that a kid had an accident in there. We made up for it by using it as much as possible our second day!
- Aming (8/5): - The fact that it is at the lakeside with the room facing to the lake. Nothing
- RickandAnnie (10/5): Would stay there again - Front desk staff and shuttle drivers were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was excellent.
- William (9/5): -
- Elyse (10/5): Nice hotel to spend wintertime in Traverse City. Loved the complimentary shuttle! - Friendly staff and complimentary airport shuttle. Spacious and clean rooms. N/A
- asew07 (10/5): Wonderful Staff, Beautiful Place - We had a rough weekend, things did not go as planned. However, our stay at this hotel was the best part of our weekend. The hotel itself is very beautiful and romantic. They accommodated us when our sitter couldn’t watch our kids anymore with absolutely no issues whatsoever. The staff at the front desk were so sweet and welcoming. I felt like I was up there ten times and they were wonderful each time.
They have a very large and fun pool area. They have a very cozy, welcoming fire place. The beach access looks amazing, I would love to visit during the summer season. The room was clean and comfortable. Thank you for being the kind and stable part of our chaotic weekend!

- Wayne (10/5): The beach and the hotel were great. We would stay here again - The breakfast wasn't very good. The donuts were frozen and thawed fell apart and didn't taste good.
- roger (9/5): We enjoyed ourselves very much - The staff was friendly and helpful. The room ( we got an upgrade at no charge) was very nice. The pool was as clean as any pool I've ever seen. The hot tub was hot and had very good jets. The breakfast turned out to be very good. It right on the beach, what more could you ask for? Very very minor. The shower had no place to set soap or shampoo down . The fan in the bathroom must have been broken
- Criss (7/5): Nice location, good breakfast, pleasant staff, good beach - Good location, nice beach, a few chairs & loungers available, towels and beach needs right there A bit run down, my room looked out on to an odd flat asphalt area like a flat roof. The big windows on the 3rd floor could see in my room
- Arti (9/5): - Staff was on top of the stocking and cleaning in the breakfast room. Hallways were clean and quiet, the beach front was clean and the chairs were clean and dry, Appreciated the early check in. Plenty of parking for all guests. There could have been more seating in the breakfast area. More information on parking and getting around downtown area would have been helpful. For example, what is within walking distance, what requires parking, is there a shuttle or trolly in the area...
- Cheryl (7/5): -
- Crystal (10/5): Perfect location, wish we could have stayed longer - Lived the location and amenities One of the beds in our queen room was uncomfortable, you could feel the springs in it. The other bed was great.
- TABITHA (10/5): Excellent place to stay - It was very clean, nice walk out and close to downtown Everything was great just wish they had a bar, would be nice to order some drinks while on the beacj
- JILL (10/5): - Everything.....we asked front desk for recommendation for wine tour, provided quality answers, beach clean, all staff friendly we had amazing time and this is 2nd yr choosing this hotel, will definitely use this hotel for next year or anytime we have opportunity to travel to Traverse City
- Brian (10/5): Met my expectations. - Breakfast was good. Location was excellent.
- Randy (10/5): - Way overpriced tourist trap
- Peggy (8/5): We have been staying there for several years, we just celebrated our 66th Anniversary! The prices Ar - It was good, the coffee was good!

- patricia (9/5): Clean, comfortable, quiet hotel located close to downtown - Loved the location so close to downtown. Very friendly staff, exceptionally clean room, and quiet. The property looks a bit dated but it was clean, comfortable, and quiet - I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again

- Timothy (10/5): -
- Clark (7/5): -
- Nichapat (10/5): -
- Perry (10/5): - The breakfast was great! The pool and jacuzzi were very nice and well maintained.
- Leo (9/5): We just needed a clean, comfortable place to crash for a night. This was a lot better. - Right where we needed to be. Staff did a good job clearing parking lot from snowstorm. Everything in perfect condition. There were a lot of kids but the layout made that OK; kids romped outside a closed hallway door. Breakfast good. Everything was fine. No complaints.
- James (10/5): - Location on beach outstanding. Close to downtown Traverse City and all it has to offer. There was nothing not to like!
- Amanda (10/5): -
- Randy (10/5): Loved the stay - I loved being able to drive downtown and Christmas shop in the snow. It was like when I was a kid.
- Linda (8/5): It was a nice stay and I will return. - Pleasant room and common areas. Lovely view from the balcony of Grand Traverse bay, sandy beach. The breakfast was very minimal, no eggs or yogurt, which I would have liked.
- Marina (6/5): - We asked for breakfast and got an answer that the breakfast is hot breakfast. In the morning we got cheap sendwiches for microwave that we had to prepare by ourselves.
- James (10/5): - Staff and property were first rate Nothing
- Sykora (10/5): -
- Sean (10/5): -
- jesse (10/5): -
- Naumoff (8/5): - I loved there was seating by the fireplace for breakfast I needed dairy free breakfast, so I only had oatmeal. The breakfast meat did not look appetizing.
- Williams (8/5): -
- Joan (10/5): Excellent - Very friendly staff and clean. Definitely will stay again. ☺️
- JACKSON (10/5): Highly recommended - Room was spacious. Clean and good location. Nothing
- Amy (8/5): Great value and clean hotel - It was good. Lots of selection

- Joan (10/5): -
- Brian (9/5): Nice, clean room in a good building. Excellent location. - Breakfast was okay and staff was great.
Some guests were a bit rude.
- BRISKUT (10/5): Don't pass this place up! - Of all the front row motels in Traverse City my wife and I have totally enjoyed our stays at this location.
The staff is friendly, the hotel is always spotless and you are as close to downtown as you can get.
Despite being close to town it is quite and peaceful.
I highly recommend this location.
- c (9/5): - The thermostat was set to 68 degrees so we woke up very very warm. Luckily we turned it way down. Wish the pillows were a tad larger as well. Other than that it was a great stay!
- Lissette (9/5): Our stay was comfortable we felt right at home. - We loved the location, the decor, the aesthetic and the ambience. The carpets weren’t vacuumed, and the curtains were dirty.
- DAN (8/5): We had a great time - Location and our room The price is high for the time of year
- Kari (9/5): -
- Travis (8/5): - Normally people probably would rave about the beach access, which was great. However, we went in October..
so I'll rave about the free breakfast. Great choices, but far and away our favorite was the taco shaped omelets. Easily the best complimentary breakfast I've ever had at a hotel.
