Also, Florence is within 15 minutes by car. Staff was very friendly. Great swimming pool area with many (shaded) seats. Everything was very clean. Great property where you can freely walk around the olive trees. There is an EV charger on site, which is very convenient. Nice room with high ceilings and everything you need. Nothing noteworthy.

- Sherri (10/5): This place is a gem! The view, quietness, tranquility, decor, comfortness of the beds and amenities was really somethin - Everything! Location, history of the farm, quietness, incredible views. There’s a very old church right up the road. Every hour on the hour, the bells chime to signify the time. If you open your windows and listen closely and quietly, you can hear more bells of other churches in the distance. So peaceful. Early in the morning, the roosters are crowing too. Magical! It was ~25 mins south of the center of Florence, but a great area. Near Chianti, Panzano, Greve and other villages. Convenient location if you plan to visit these areas but still be in proximity to Florence. Narrow, windy roads driving there. We got the hang of it, but it was a little challenging. However, this would not prevent us from staying here again.
- Louise (9/5): Beautiful apartment with stunning Tuscan views - We booked this apartment as we wanted a self-catering stay during our road trip. What an incredible find, it was a fantastic apartment situated in an olive grove. Worth staying here for the views from the bedroom alone. Made use of the washing machine and iron in the utility area, cooked a couple of meals in the kitchen space which was well equipped, and logged into our Netflix account to watch a movie in the evening. Great information from the hosts. Would definitely return. It is a bit outside of Florence so taxis were difficult to get. We got the bus at the end of the lane which took us straight into the centre but I'm not sure how late these run. Our flat was on the second floor and there's no lift so be aware if you are not able to get around easily.

- Dörte (10/5): Appartements mit Blick auf Florenz - Unterkunft mit atemberaubendem Blick auf Florenz. Inmitten einer Olivenfarm befinden sich insgesamt 9 Appartements unterschiedlicher Größe. Es ist alles sehr sauber, die Einrichtung vereint toskanischen Charm mit Moderne. Wir haben abends gern den Sonnenuntergang vom Pool aus genossen. Eine Führung über die Farm haben wir gemacht, Olivenöl kann man auch kaufen. Nur Kleinigkeiten: kleine Schüsseln für Müsli/ Salat, Eierbecher fehlten. Das Wasser in der Dusche war höchstens lauwarm, mehr Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad wären schön.

The rooms were large with a lovely breeze blowing through (there was air-con but we didnt need it) The site is lovely, the pool welcomed. Great shade, plenty of sun beds (with towels provided) A very minor point- more tea towels and a towel refresh after a couple of days This in no way detracts from this wonderful venue...in fact I have already recommended it to friends

Pour un prochain voyage dans cette région nous reviendrons certainement dans cet établissement - Établissement très bien situé, avec piscine, salle de sport, et jardin-terrasse privatif. Splendide vue sur Florence. Pièces spacieuses avec une tres belle hauteur de plafond, et très joliment meublées et décorées, climatisation (mais la maison est déjà très fraîche même en plein été). Cuisine très bien équipée. Accueil chaleureux et souriant. Aucun regret ni reproche. Simplement un carport serait utile dans le parking pour protéger les voitures du soleil.

A great olive oil memorabilia given with the stay. Getting to the property at night can be a little bit challenging but directions given by staff was great.

Phenomenal location, 15 minute drive to Florence, with beautiful view from the hill towards the city. Super comfortable, well-appointment apartment, sturdy, timeless. Good pool with a view. Pool towels provided in addition to the bath towels. One can't really hear the neighbours much at all. Helpful hosts. Just good care taken with everything here. We love this place.

Surrounded by olive groves, it's a beautiful location to stay with views of the Arno Valley. The pool and gym are added features that make relaxing at the venue more appealing than the many nearby attractions.

We were very pleased with the toys in the grass area, as this kept them entertained the whole time. It was very clean, nice and quiet. Stunning views, very relaxing, staff very welcoming and helpful. Would stay here again.

- Nick (8/5): Beautiful and relaxing stay, a stones throw from Florence - Beautiful setting and located easily to Florence. The room was modern, clean and tidy which was perfect for our new baby on their first holiday abroad. The view from our apartment was superb which we took full advantage of at breakfast, lunches, dinner and long nights. There could have been more basic amenities, e.g. sugar for the coffee pods, sponges for cleaning, the kind of stuff that might have been left by previous guests.

The views were amazing and unobstructed. Calm and noise free. Cons: As it is a stand alone farm, there are no stores or restaurants close by. We had to drive every time we needed something.

The noise from the neighbor was terrible at 1 in the morning. I assume the guests arrived late and their conversation, carrying the baggage noise was just so clear that we woke up at 1 am.

The staff was very helpful- thanks Elena!! Maybe it was my bad but I was a bit surprised to find out that our apartment was in the second floor and the pool was in a walking distance. Maybe it should be more clear when booking, I totally missed it.

- Lourdes (10/5): - Had a great stay here and the staff was so lovely and super helpful. They provided me with cabs and answered all my questions. We did not get a car during our stay here. But i highly recommend others do get a car!! There is a bus at the corner of the property, however the buses run a very limited ride schedule. and even more limited coming back in the evening hours. the apartments were lovely and the entire property is beautiful and clean. The pool was so fun as well! the apartments come equipped with a kitchen. However the down side is that there is no options for food/dinning walking distance at all. I recommend to get a car so you can go to the supermarket at any time. There are markets close by. However, without a car, obtaining food, drinks, and even getting around is difficult. Make sure to bring the drinks back to the apartment as well to enjoy by the pool! Great pool views! I would recommend for families traveling in groups, but not for couples who want to enjoy dinning out more. However, if you want to enjoy a nice quite stay, stay here!! The town center close by Impruenta, is only 10-20 mins away by car/bus and has great dinning options! But remember to avoid going mid-day hours as businesses close and reopen at 7PM.

- Kathryn (10/5): Fabulous - This was superb. Spacious, clean and beautiful views. We were very pleased. Elena who met us at the beginning was friendly and very informative. Good parking space too. We had the ground floor so had our own private garden part which was bliss having breakfast outside. Pool was quiet and clean. A 20 minute drive from Florence which was perfect. We cooked a lot so a couple more tea towels would've been handy.

The pool and the view to Florence is amazing. We also saw a deer inside property. We had a situation in our village because of a big storm but they helped us.

The villa we had was really clean, modern appliances with beautiful views from the rooms. They provided a really informative tour on olive oil production. We stayed for 3 days, which was not long enough.

- Shay (10/5): - Fantastic property!! Apartment is huge with full appliances and washing machine and the view is spectacular! Only downside is that you only get one set of amenities and don’t get your roomed cleaned daily, which isn’t specified... no a huge concern If most the time your outside enjoying the pool and view. There’s a 2.50 Euro bus which stops directly outside the gate and goes to the local town Impruneta or Florence which is handy! Defiantly recommended!!

The local bus can be taken at a few minutes walk to go to Firenze or Impruneta. We didn't have a car and it was fine! They make olive oil and it is sooo good. A perfect stay! :)
