The hotel had a hot and cold indoor pool & sauna AND a hot outdoor pool! Breakfast was superb. Best sourdough bread i had. Minor things - I was in a smoking room but an ashtray was not provided, the fridge didnt work but it was swopped with a working one. I would still come back here if i come to Jkt.

• Vina (9/5): - Das Hotel liegt direkt in der Mitte der Stadt. Es hat direkt Zugang zum Einkaufszentrum Grand Indonesia und kann viele gute Restaurants finden. Parkplatz ist auch sehr gut. Das Frühstück ist gut aber es schmeckt nicht ganz gut. Die Innere Dekoration besonders der Wand und der Dach repräsentiert nicht 5 Sterne Hotel. In der Dusche gibt keine Antirutschmatte, es war leicht Rutsch.

Bathroom was well designed with a Japanese toilet & large bathtub. Pillows & bed was comfortable. Housekeeping provided a prayer mat when they noticed we were using a towel. Excellent breakfast buffet.

• vivp273 (10/5): Wonderful five nights in the terror hotel - I loved everything about this hotel. It has a very luxurious feel. Staff were great. Room was amazing. We had the one with the huge bath - with a great view over the fountain roundabout. Highlight for me was the pool. Really sunny. Lovely towels. Fabulous staff to serve us. Really 10 out of 10. Breakfast was good. It would probably good if you put some coffee machines in as a thought. Oh one downside, the coffee machine in our room was hopeless. No instructions and seemed very sporadic as to when it worked. Would defo stay here again. Well done!

Zimmer sehr schön und sauber. The room was very nice and clean. Kleiner Nachteil war der Strassenlärm. Besonders durch Motorräder. A minor drawback was the road noise, especially from motorcycles. Sonst perfekt. otherwise perfect Der Executive-Bereich beeindruckt nicht nur durch sein Personal, sondern auch durch die Auswahl an frisch zubereiteten Speisen und guter Auswahl an Getränke. Die Öffnungszeit bis 20:30 ist außergewöhnlich. The executive area impresses not only with its staff, but also with its selection of freshly prepared dishes and good range of drinks. The opening hours until 8:30 pm are exceptional.

The room was spotless, the location was excellent with direct access to Grand Indonesia Mall, and everything felt perfectly curated for a special occasion. Special appreciation to Jihad, who arranged a room with a beautiful view and coordinated seamlessly across departments to deliver outstanding service. His attention to detail truly stood out. Thank you as well to Pak Rifno and the Concierge team for their attentive assistance throughout our stay. Our gratitude also goes to Monica, Vita, and Sanj from the Lady in Red team for the beautiful room decoration that made our anniversary even more memorable. Anisa from the Executive Lounge provided warm, caring, and attentive service, making our time there very enjoyable. A special thank you to Bu Yeni and the Signature team for delivering the lovely surprise during breakfast. The room was clean, great location direct connection to Grand Indonesia Mall. Would like to appreciate to our Butler-alike staff, Jihad who arranged nice view room and coordinate accross department to deliver an excellent service to Pak Rifno and Concierge team who assist attentively to Monica, Vita & Sanj from Lady in red who decorate our room beautifully. Also would like to give appreciation for Anisa from Executive lounge who provides attentive and care service during our visit there. Bu Yeni & Signature team who deliver the surprise arrange by Jihad upon breakfast, while the food and ambience of the restaurant is great. Especially Bubur Hotel Indonesia. But they compensated me with access to an executive room. Unfortunately, I got the 2nd floor, which is not suitable for the view of Bundaran HI.

• محمد (1/5): بشكل عام سيئه ومستاء جداً - مرافقه وجودته لقد جئت مساءً وذهبت في التاسعه صباحاً لم اذوق طعم النوم وكأنني في منصت اغاني في المساء كان يوجد فالفندق صوت كبير جدداً اغاني ولم استطيع النوم وعندما اطفئوها في الساعه الثالثه فجرن أشتغلت سماعات كبيره جدن ومزعجه كثيراً في الساحه المقابله للفندق في الساعه السادسه إلى ان خرجت من الفندق لم ارتح ولم انام وخساره كبيره دفعي لهاذا المبلغ مع هذا الذي حصل

Gym equipment is quite complete Breakfast is awesome, so many range of food and beverages, from Indonesian, Indian, Chinese, Western, etc. Love the bircher muesli so much ❤️ We would like to extend our gratitude to Ms. Liana, Ms. Dona, and Ms. Yeni for their exceptional care of our family during breakfast.
